Part 5

It already 3am.. The entire family member was retired in their respective room.. But one person among them were still missing and haven't return home yet.. They didn't wait for him as they didn't knew he will be back or not.. It was a routine for him.. He never spend his free time with them.. Most of the time he will be dawn with alcohol or having meeting back to back.. He loves all his family member except his father.. He hates him.. If possible he wanted to make him disappear from his eyes and because of his step mothers and sister he was bearing him around him.. He has his own apartment but the house ladies didn't let him stay there.. If that happen then he might be neglecting his meals and won't pay an attention to them too..

The mansion door been open roughly and a man wearing three piece suit walked towards the entrance.. His body was swing as he wasn't in his sense.. He tried to balance his feet and walked towards his room.. But suddenly his legs slipped and he was about to fall down when two arms come and hold him..

Shyam: "SalehSahib.." He saw his Jijaji who was the one rescue him.. Shyam help him to stand properly and put his one arm behind his waist while Arnav rested his arm on his Jijaji's shoulder..

He took him to him room and was trying his best to avoid waking up the family member.. If the Hitler awake and notice all this then he will roared in anger and they will be again new argument between this father and son..

Arnav: "Khushi Kaha hai.. Jijaji.. (Where is Khushi Jijaji..??)" He asked in drunken state..

Shyam: "She already shift back to her bungalow.." He stopped and look at Shyam.. His gaze was unpredictable.. He leave Shyam's grip and start to walk towards the exits.. "Salehsahib.. Where are you going..??" He asked in panic..

Arnav: "Khushi se milne.. (To meet Khushi..)" Shyam frown his brows.. He don't understand why he wanted to meet Khushi and that too at these time.. Within three hours morning prayers will start and here he wanted to meet her..? He hurriedly went to him and make him stop..

Shyam: "This is not the right time to meet her.. She might be sleeping.." A sudden rage appear in his eyes..

Arnav: "I knew she won't be sleeping.. What I did to her none of the girl can get a proper sleep.. I need to meet her now.." He was about to walk but suddenly his hand been held by Shyam and he make him look at him..

Shyam: "What you did to her..??" He smirked..

Arnav: "None of your business.." He snapped out roughly.. he don't care to whom he was speaking.. He don't give damn to anyone..

Shyam: "Whatever it is.. I can only say.. The impact might be worst and please don't disturb her for time being.. She too need some peace and spare her.."

Arnav: "I hate when people teach me.. It just that you are my brother in law I'm sparing you this time but don't try to repeat this again next time.. I won't tolerate it.." He start to walk to his room leaving all his misery thoughts.. He wanted to meet her and he don't even knew why he wanted to meet her.. The only he knew is.. He wanted to see her that too IN FRONT of his eyes..

Shyam shook his head literally feeling disappointed with his brother in law.. He is too tough.. But there were reason too why he was behaving like this.. All because of his Father..

Arnav's room

He open the room's door and start to walk to his bed.. He was losing his balance and fell exactly on the bed.. His eyes was blinking slowly.. He trying hard to digest her words.. It was stabbing his heart..

Arnav: "Maaa…" His eyes moist.. He missing his mother a lot.. No one knew how much his mother meant to him.. She was his priority.. His God and everything.. Not a signal words against his mother he can bear.. But today someone took her name in front of him and said that his mother will be crying because of his animal behaviour toward girls.. "Maa.. Are you regretting giving birth to me..?? Are you regretting carrying me in your womb for nine months..?? Bahto na Maa.. (Maa.. Please tell me..)" He gulped down his sorrow.. He feel lonely just the way he used to feel when he was staying at hostel.. He purposely went hostel as it was the only way he can stay away from his father and he didn't want to see his face..

He was here only because of the ladies.. He agree he get the motherly love from his step mother but none of them can replace the place of his biological mother.. She give birth to him.. She thought him to speak and walk.. A mother's love can never been replaced even you are given thousand mother like Tanuja..

Arnav: "Khushi.. Itni bhi bura nahi hu main.. (I'm not that bad Khushi).. You will never understand.. Infact no one can understand me.." His tear finally escaped from his eyes and a slumber took over him..

Mahi just wake up and went to her brother room without even brushing her teeth.. She wanted to meet him.. She wanted to inform him regarding the small argument happen during his absence.. She open his room's door which wasn't locked.. She saw him sleeping and she hurriedly jump on his bed..

Mahi: "Bhai.. Wake up.." She called but he wasn't responding.. She start to shook him and trying to make him aware of her presence.. "Bhai.. wake up.. I need to talk with you..!!" He lazily twisted his body but still sleeping on his stomach..

Arnav: "Hmmm.." The only reply he could give.. She was excited as he already awake and that was a sign for her to continue..

Mahi: "Yesterday there were small argument.. Dad was hell angry when he come to know Khushi haven't reached home yet.." The name of Khushi surely popped his eyes.. But he didn't let Mahi notice it.. "He was shouting at me because I allowed you to pick Khushi.. But when Khushi enter in Mansion and she told Dad and Mom that you already dropped her at her bungalow as it was late.. And she spent her night at there.. But Dad was still doubting and she again clarified her statement which clear all Dad's doubt.."

He was little confused here.. He don't understand why she defend him and why didn't she told everyone what he did to her.. Why she wanted to hide it..??

Mahi: "But the sad things is Khushi already move out.. She not staying with us anymore.." He hurriedly seat on the bed and eyed his sister..

Arnav: "What..??" He asked in surprised expression..

Mahi: "Yea.. She said she didn't want to depend to anyone and she wanted to try to live alone.. Mom and Dad agree because they respect her decision.. But I miss my friend.." She show her sad face but Arnav wasn't even looking at her.. His mind was somewhere else.. He do get some flashes of his Jijaji's and his conversation and on how he was insisting to meet Khushi.. Mahi shook him and bring him back to presence.. "Bhai what are you thinking..??"

Arnav: "Nothing.." He stood up and marched towards the bathroom.. Mahi didn't give any important for his sudden changes.. She too went to her room and get ready for college..

Khushi just wake up from sleep.. Her head was spinning since last night.. She took medicine before sleeping but it didn't affect much on her pain.. She went to bathroom and fresh herself.. The maid send her breakfast to her room and she instruct them to keep at the balcony.. She wanted to inhale some fresh air..

She was out from the bathroom wearing a jeans short and a white t-shirt.. She keep the towel aside after wiping her hair.. She walked to the balcony and seat on the recliner and start to have her breakfast there.. She was looking at the garden which been taken care by the gardener.. In between having breakfast she was playing with her hair and was mesmerized in herself..

She didn't notice someone's eyes was glued on her.. He was looking at her adorable face.. And what she was doing all the while.. He smirked seeing her lost in her own thought least she knew she look even adorable when she was thinking something deeply.. Nearly 20 minutes passed and he wasn't tired admiring her.. A soft RabbaVe was playing at the background..

Arnav: "Beautiful.." a words escape from his mouths.. That when someone shook him and he saw Anjali standing behind him.. He hurriedly back to his sense and look at his Di..

Anjali: "What are you looking at Chotte..?" He tried to catch his gaze and that's when her eyes saw Khushi at the Balcony.. "Khushiji.." She whisper..

Arnav(Snapped out): "I'm not looking at her.. I was looking at the birds.." He lied.. He didn't want his Di to make her own speculation..

Anjali: "I did commented..??" He narrowed his eyes and seat on the recliner at his balcony.. Anjali served him his breakfast.. "Khushiji is quite beautiful na..?" His gaze too fall on her.. "Whoever marry her will be the most luckiest person in this world.." The word MARRY brings an unknown feeling in him.. "How much I wished to make her my Bhabi (SIL).." His gaze now lifted to Anjali.. His mouth was literally open as the words was indirectly pointed to him.. Anjali smile on her brothers reaction.. "I'm not talking about you.. I'm talking about NK Bhai.. Mamiji was telling that NK's parents looking for bride for him and I think Khushiji is the best choice.." He stood up in rage and clenched his fist..

Arnav: "Did I said anything.. By the way why would I care..?? She meant nothing to me.. She can marry whoever she want and I don't give DAMN..!! Samji aap (Do you understand).." He blurt out in sudden and leave a shocked Anjali behind.. He slammed the room's door in frustrated..
