This is an fabulous update.. very touchy and very emotional. More than khushi, more than his mom, arnav has gonna through a lot. He lost khushi long back and Now he lost his only hope of ray, his mom. Very very sad of him. Now his doctor has to help him. Thankfully now he getting back to avinash and anjum. Lets see where all this leads him.
