The stone fell from shambhavi's hands and she faints. Rudra screams shambhavi and catch her. He was hearbroken to see her condition. He never even imagined that he had to see her in this situation. He was crying and tears were streaming down from his eyes.he covered her with her dupatta. He softly and lovingly touched her face.
Rudra: shama open your eyes. Look I am here. Now everything will be fine,nothing will happen to you. Your Rudra is with you. Open your eyes shama.
Birju too was very hurt to see shambhavi's state. Rudra was trying to bring her into conscious ness. He hugs her and cries out loud.
Birju: Rudra, lets find a safe place to stay. This jungle is full of wild Animals.
Rudra lifts her in his arms and they start searching for a place to stay.
Rudra: lets go in the direction of the river we have crossed earlier.
They reach back to the river after walking few hours. They were walking by the side of the river. Shambhavi was still unconscious. After searching for a while they found a place to stay. The place seems to be like some kind of old remains. Rudra lay shambhavi down on the floor. Birju looks around and found a big piece of broken pot. He picks it up
Birju: I'll go and get some water in it.
Rudra holds shambhavi's head and keeps it on his lap.. he caresses her head and tears were rolling down from his cheeks.
Rudra: I am sorry shama I left you alone. If I wouldn't have gone then this would have never happened. I am responsible for all this.
Birju brought water on the broken piece of pot. Rudra cleans her wounds. His hands were shaking but still he was doing it slowly and steadily. Shambhavi felt a little pain. Rudra wrapped up her foot and head with a cloth. She gains consciousness and slowly opens her eyes. She looks around and saw rudra and birju but doesn't react. Rudra touches her face lovingly and softly says
Rudra: shama its me.your rudra.
She doesn't respond. She was just looking at him with no expression on her face. She again closes her eyes and becomes unconscious. Rudra was extremely hurt and sad. He was unable to bear the suffering she had gone through. Every wound and bruise of her body was pinching dagger in his heart. The pain and the sadness were slowly turning into anger and wrath.
Rudra: I am not gonna leave them. This time they have crossed all limits. They will pay for what they have done to you. They will regret for hurting my shambhavi. I am gonna kill them all.
Birju: yes they'll pay for their misdeed.
While they were talking.it started raining heavily.
Birju: luckily we have found this place otherwise we would have been drenching in the rain.
Rudra: yes you are right..
He looks at shambhavi and becomes sad. Birju in order to lighten up his mood says.
Birju: don't worry she'll be alright. She is just like you. She is your female version.
Rudra smiles.
Late night
It was still raining. Birju fell asleep but Rudra was awake. He wasn't feeling sleepy. He keeps his hand on shambhavi's head and becomes worried. He touches her cheeks,hands. He becomes extremely tensed. shambhavi's body becomes icy cold. Her lips turned black due to cold. She was unconscious. Rudra rubs her hand to keep her warm. Birju awakes and saw Rudra tensed and worried.
Birju: Rudra, what's wrong? What happened?
Rudra: her body has become icy cold. She is not responding and she is not even gaining consciousness.
Birju: I'll burn some more woods. Its too dangerous. it shouldn't happen.
Rudra: i know this condition is very serious and dangerous.
Birju starts rubbing shambhavi's feet but she was still not gaining consciousness.
Birju: we have to make her conscious otherwise
Rudra: no, i won't let her happen anything.
Rudra hugs her tightly and rubs her back.
Rudra: shama, stay with me... Open ur eyes..you promised me you'll never leave me..you can't break ur promise.
He was losing his cool.he was getting more and more desperate to bring her in consciousness. He shouts and shakes her hard.
Rudra: open your eyes shambhavi. Wake up.
Shambhavi slightly opens her eyes but again fell asleep.
Birju: Rudra there is only one way left now.
Rudra: what?
Birju: you know what i am trying to say and it's the only way to save her life.
Rudra goes in thinking mode. His mind was not ready to take such step. He looks at birju and birju goes from there. He holds her in his arms and hugs her. He lay her down on the floor and caresses her head. He looks at her lovingly and with determination. He removed his clothes and then he removed her clothes. He took her hand and kissed it, he lay down on her.
In videha's palace
Rananjay and satyajeet were outside the palace. Two of the men who attacked shambhavi came to him and inform him about the whole incident. Rananjay becomes furious and slapped them.
Rananjay: you fool. How do you know she is dead? Did you saw her dead body? you only saw her falling in the river that doesn't mean she is dead. I have done the biggest mistake of my life by trusting you all. Now get lost before I kill you.
Satyajeet: how can you be so sure that she is alive? May be she is dead..
Rananjay: I know she won't de that easily but now we are in a very big problem. On one side we have to face king's wrath and on the other side..you know whom.
Satyajeet: we are in big trouble
Both become very worried and terrified.
In the morning
Shambhavi slowly opens her eyes and looks around. She slowly gets up and realizes that she is undressed. She then found rudra sleeping besides her. she becomes extremely happy and tears flowed from her eyes. She was unable to believe that he is with her. she never imagined that she can see him again but she was very confused as to why she and rudra are undressed. She wears clothes. She touches his head and he immediately wakes up and wears his clothes. He holds her face and kissed all over her face.
Rudra: I can't tell you how happy I am seeing you alive. You know how much I was worried about you. I promise I'll never ever leave you again..
Shambhavi was in tears. She hugged him
Shambhavi: I thought I am never gonna see you again. I lost all hope
Rudra: why are you saying like this? Your rudra will never let you happen anything. You are my life. You are my reason to stay alive.
Shambhavi: I love you. I always do something stupid and then you save me. I am very bad.
Rudra: no you are not and you never do anything stupid,not this time atleast. Those who has done all this will get punished.
Shambhavi: how can you love me so much?
Rudra: you make me love you so much
Shambhavi looks at him lovingly and was crying. Rudra wipes her tears and kissed her forehead.
Shambhavi: what happened last night? I mean when I woke up..
Rudra: last night you were freezing and unconscious. I gave you my body heat.
Shambhavi: oh ok.. One more time you saved my life.
Rudra: no I saved "My Life" coz you are my life..
Birju comes there and becomes happy seeing her.
Birju: princess I am so happy to see you fine. I told him that nothing will happen to you after all you are his female version
Shambhavi (amusingly): am I really?
Birju: yes you are.
Rudra: stop it birju.
Birju: alright alright. Its morning and rain has stopped so we should go
