"well what's in a name"...it has come down to that in the life of Khushi

wow what a strong headed person grandma is .. quite a resilient character ... undeterred by the discrimination all the EQUALITY is bringing alongwith it

dammit this grandma is really mindboggling...she has the guts to face the entire society with "ALL IS WELL " attitude of hers

what a dinner time conversation between friends about indian joint family system ... how very true indeed

SLMS does exist in our families and society which makes it easy to overlook the flaws and move on ... an invariable cause of many evils in this society

omg...didnt khushi ever ask who her mother was ... or was it as usual brushed under the carpet using SLMS ... amazing

here comes our 21st century out of the box thinking mrinal unabashed with the never the guilty one attitude...quite a trend setter in the 80s itself 👏

but i must say grandma has in her own quaint sensitive way protected her daughter and grandchild...kudos to u grandma ... u have nestled khushi in the safety of ur palms away from prying eyes of anyone and everyone 👏

what (in my eyes) the irresponsible mrinal could not do u grandma have singlehandedly done i.e brought respect for khushi in this society

i truly appreciate u grandma

All our ladies are strong and resilient in this chapter...

We love GRAMMS (I just did not want to give her a name yet) ...

Any suggestions for the name ?

- KHUSHI in this FF is very different from the show because of her past experiences

- Strength and reliance personified indeed... unfortunate that I cannot use that phrase for her

Prior to that its a combination of boarding school syndrome where most kid who come that young do not speak about their parents in detail. The life in boarding has its own rules - watch for that update (lol)

i do feel that grandma is to some extent responsible for this "dont care" attitude of mrinal... but again the whole blame cannot be put at grandma's doorstep as mrinal was away from home leading a hostel life during school life and she has chosen her mother's attitude to her advantage...

"birds and bees" explanation indeed ... well mrinal may have been a minor at the time of conceiving khushi...but "birds and bees" can definitely not be an explanation to a daughter's query if not when the daughter was a kid but as a major ... truly deplorable excuse mrinal - u have used SLMS well to ur advantage...

i wud definitely prefer gramms to stay as gramms and nothing else 😆

Thank you Amu for all the encouragement!

More SLMS to come in the future updates too, but my inspiration for this syndrome would be from the open forum telecasted everyday on a certain national news channel at 9pm usually "how not to answer a question without an answer", quality entertainment unplugged (oozing with sarcasm here) !

again Arnav Singh Raizada - the loan Shark...well well well that adds punch to his character...

most of the time u r born into it and bred in it...and definitely the deciding factor of a successful Shark lies in the abilities to maintain , retain,calculate the exhorbitant figures and last but not the least judge the scenario and hit under the belly where it hurts the most(or should i say pull the earth beneath the feet??)

well described the detest and acerbic thoughts associated with loan sharks...the last resort in a sink or swim situation which finally most probably turn into a sink situation with their entry

AG seems to be a responsible guy and going from his character analysis seems to be a highly resposible and dedicated person...

well what is the bigger picture...

Aditya Gupta,Ramana , Yadavji and Sunil Krishnan( CBI) new characters introduced...

now who is Yadavji????seems to be a confidante - mystery deepens

the Raizedas - the power movers and shakers of the society...profiting and churning profits true to the proverbial saying 'make hay while the sun shines' but also being the behind the scenes real powerseat or the kingmakers of the society

now a triangle is formed with khushi holding on to one corner - the other corner held by GGI with AG in the forefront and the other corner the Raizeda's with the unscrouplous Arnav Singh Raizeda holding the other corner...
