I have read some of the stories from Vignettes and they r most certainly great and IPK007 got me hooked to 'Impenetrable Heart' for like 3 consecutive nights, though I am still to read her ALS but after your personalized view, I can't wait. The other day I wanted to watch a Bond movie with Khushi but of course, she insisted on watching Salman Khan. I agreed! After a while she was so engrossed in the movie that she didn't even notice when I sneaked out and went to my faithful laptop. As I was surfing the web, I came across IF again, and this time, i stumbled on someone called IPK007. Of course, the 007 caught my eye.

So I started reading her stories. (I assume it is a her, I really cannot imagine a guy writing such involved stories)
SO far I had read what people were saying about me and my family, but this story was totally out there. Except for the fact that she used my name, and Khushi and a few other key characters, nothing else was the same as my life. She weaved a completely new story. It was called The Impenetrable Heart.
My first reaction of course was to call Aman and have him send a legal notice to IF for printing such falsehood about me. But then i stopped and read a few chapters (only to strengthen my case, mind you!)... and then I read a few more... and before I knew it, I was on thread 8 or 9 and Khushi had come to pout at me and accuse me of loving the laptop more .

I made KHushi read some of the story with me. This was actually a cool story, where I was some sort of Royal descendant and Khushi had a terribly sad past. Of course, I hated that part, but Khushi being the die-hard romantic, loved it. She now feels her past is so lack-luster compared to the Khushi of TIH.
And she said she loves the Arnav from the story too. 😡 And for some strange reason , my wife has been humming Man-mohana a lot lately!

Of course as we were reading, we got to some really *Ahem* interesting parts. Good Lord, the details, the intensity, the passion. How do these girls write like this! And you should have seen the color on Khushi's cheeks. She blushed so hard and for so long that she was still blushing at the breakfast table the next morning. Nani was worried and wondered what happened. I told her Khushi had an allergic reaction to some Gol-Guppe she ate, prompting Nani to ban Gol Guppe from the house . That didn't go down well with my wife, who made her displeasure known with a pretty strong kick under the table.

I have to say I was pretty curious about the Arnav/Mohini/Khushi saga and I stayed up late several days and completed the story. Which led me to this IF Bond girl's other story ... where I started out as a school boy. and I am not even a Raizada anymore! but this Foster guy is pretty cool too... I have to say, that is one common factor in all these stories... Arnav is a super cool guy and Khushi is an angel! So, much as I hate to admit it, I am getting addicted to these stories!

Khushi liked this story a lot too, and now insists we need to visit Landour next christmas. 😲
She even tried calling Aarav Branny, and said it sounded cute, but Aarav would have none of that and he was pretty vocal about it. Like an Idiot, I supported Aarav at the time. Now my paagal wife insists we need to have a second child. I should have known better. Letting her call Aarav Branny would have been such an easier option!


I happened to glance at some of the comments for this story, and seems like this Foster guy has a bigger fan following than I had at the peak of the show. Hmmm.. Ermm

Among her many false stories about me, she also portrayed me as a freedom-fighter-wannabe dude with Khushi as as a child bride. Now this story is intriguing and I find myself waiting for updates, like all those fangirls seem to be doing on IF. Kabhi sapne me bhi nahin socha tha that the ASR would be acting like this.

This one's for my dear friend Jenny. (I consider her my friend, she barely knows my name 😆 ). She is an amazing writer who should be writing books, or screen plays for movies. Her descriptive writing pulls you into the story until you feel you are a part of the story yourself.
When i read TIH, I thought she had to be Rajasthani, then i read ALS and thought she had to have anglo-indian connections. Now it seems like she must be bengali. How else could someone write so naturally about the culture, the settings, the language, everything!
She is responsible for making a stalker out of me!

Reading your comments always makes me feel that had we known each other in real life, we would have been really good friends...our though processes in general are so alike...
