Part two.

For a normal person getting invited to a party is cool

Getting invited to a birthday party is normal

Getting invited to a kids birthday party is sweet

Getting invited to a party with purple dress code is "aww... cute!"

But arnav singh raizada is no normal person now is he ?

That's pretty much why for him getting invited for a party is "unbelievable"

If you worked at the raizada mansion you'd pretty much get fed up with all the unbelievables arnav had been bent upon bestowing'

That's probably why hari prakashji twirled around in joy when arnav left his house to the party'.

Unlike Anjali who was requesting arnav to change his clothes'. And stuffing the gift into his hand

Arnav had worn his normal BLACK SUIT WITH A BLACK PANT AND BLACK SHOES'. Quite opposite to the colour code that was given and the most Anjali could do was make him wear a rich purple coloured tie' which she guessed would be tossed out the minute he was out of sight of the raizada mansion!

But anyways arnav singh raizada had no time for his fussy sister he was now more worried upon the deal which mr.gupta will be unveiling'. What changes would he have made?? Wondered arnav as he drove away'. He would be there in half an hour'.

"KHUSHI GET DOWN THE PARTY STARTS IN HALF AN HOUR!!!" shouted poor payal as she stood by the sofa trying to pull her sister down'

Khushi was standing on the sofa waving around a beautiful wine- coloured dress in her hand'

"nahiii'.. mujhe yeh nahi pehena hai'." Khushi shouted unhappily with a pout.

"but khushi'. You yourself chose that dress how come you don't want it now???" asked payal desparately'

Her younger sister khushi had chosen the dress herself' she was pretty happy about it' but now all of a sudden she was acting wonky'' jumping around , waving the dress like as if she were in a march with a flag.. gosh she would never hear the end of it' thought payal'

"I want to wear that dress you have designed'." said khushi slyly'.

"you know it??" asked payal open mouthed!!

Payal had secretly been designing a dress for khushi's birthday' but she was new to this line and she never did have the guts to walk up to khushi and show her creation' so she just kept it with her'

But khushi is no less she knew payal had a born talent of designing and wanted to help promote her sis as much as possible'. And she knew at today's party dad's boring clients from the fashion world would gravitate' and if they saw her dress and thought it was good payal might as well have the boost instead of some already famous designer'

"so what do you say?" said khushi adamantly as she sat cross legged on the sofa'

"well khushi' that dress is not good'. You should wear something nice you know??? Why would you wear my dress instead of this branded one?? "Asked payal

" you must be kidding di!!" khushi exclaimed!! " your dress is waaay better than this one I wanna wear it I wanna I wanna I wanna!!" khushi said as she started parading upstairs to payal's room , with payal trailing behind her laughing at her sister's weirdness'.

"tada!!!" khushi exclaimed as she walked out of her room gracefully clad in payal's gown'

The wine coloured dress had all the richness, gracefulness and beauty trapped in its well placed nets'

Noo wonder khushi chose this one over that stupid designer dress'.

Khushi walked into the living rooms to gasps from her mother and payal'

"you look stunning!!!" said mrs gupta as she walked over to admire her daughter'

"your hair is' WOW!!!" said payal as she ran her hand through khushi's curled locks'.

"oh.. here's my princess!!" mr gupta exclaimed as he "wow"ed at her dress too!!!

"accha chalo!! Many people are already here!! The lawn is as beautiful as you!! Though it did not have a creative payal gupta tending to it!" said mr gupta as he pat payal's back and made his way to the huge lawn where the party was to take place'..

"righto!!" said khushi as she pat payal's back too and slipped into her stilettos

"how do I look??" said khushi as she turned her back to the door' she had to look good before she went out!

"you look BEAUTIFUL!!" said payal once again'. "no faults!!! Hair is as gracious as possible the dress is absolutely stunning the stilettos are a real good choice' the make up is just right and you are on the whole' well' I've run out of words" payal sighed' "ill have to get repetitive you look gracious stunning and just right!!" she said with a smile as she opened the door for khushi'

Meanwhile the lawn outside was decorated absolutely well mr. gupta had taken complete care of that! His little princess would have nothing less than a royal party! The guests arriving and not a tiny complaint about the party! Except for arnav of course'

Arnav had arrived a few minutes ago and he too thought that the place was beautifully lit with fairy lights glowing on the dark sky and the lacy curtains made the venue perfect for one of AR's business party! And the food'. No complains at al' the tables were each perfect.. even the way the roses were arranged'. The shadows that moved around due to the dim lighting gave a mistque yet graceful look of the place it definitely did not look like a kids party judging by the guests' most of them seemed to be of his age' a few models' and a few guys who looked like they just came out of the gym' and each one had complied to the dress code' arnav looked down at his suit' for the first time he felt stupid for wearing the suit'.No one could be angry for a long time in this place'. But arnav is no normal person' no matter how good it was he still managed to utter an unbelievable as a huge cake was bought onto the lawn... and now everyone was standing up to welcome the little birthday girl' curiosity got more of arnav as he tried his best to have a peak at the opening door.. Without acting too interested ofcourse!!

The door opened slowly as khushi stepped down lifting up her dress a little so as to not trip down' she not yet completely descended when heard loads of WOW's.. yes she'd been hearing a lot of them she thought!! She sent a "I told you so!" look to payal who was just tooo glad as she helped khushi get down' once she was down khushi flashed a big smile ,even brighter than the lighting, at everyone as she acknowledged their wishes. Her mother motioned her to the cake'

Meanwhile arnav was just..well.. shell shocked shall we say? To see a beautiful model type girl come down with this out the world dress looking fabulous'. Woah! And he expected a kid to waddle out in a pink frock!! Gosh maybe he misconstrued this khushi girl to be a small kid!!! So that means' this beautiful young girl is khushi!!! Gosh!! Di was right' how could I be mistaken?? Thought arnav.. that's when he realised he had been thinking good about her!!

I cant talk good bout this girl' after she has got him stuck in this situation!!!

Anyways she still is stupid! Thought arnav pretty convinced! Aah that's right!

She likes dolls.. she celebrates her birthday.. her name is khushi' she likes purple and she is 23! Hmmm' stupid! Thought arnav with a smile as she saw mr gupta lovingly fixing a candle which was shaped like "23"

What all one has to do for their kids!! Thought arnav with a wider smirk now'

Mr. gupta , who was one of his most punctual, strict, no nonsense clientele was here lighting candles for his daughter birthday cake!

And then again his eyes jumped back to khushi who was now waving around happily' as she cut her cake and was thronged by people with huge gifts as they went to wish her'. That's when arnav realised he was supposed to wish her' and give her this'.. whatever <read teddy bear>

He walked up' this was more embarrassing than giving a small kid a doll'. Great thought arnav !

Right when he walked up to the front.. the crowd decided to leave!!! Now he can't go unnoticed with a BLACK SUIT! Why one earth was I sooo.. egoistic??? Thought arnav as he walked up.. mr. gupta stood there with khushi and payal and thankfully none of them were looking at him'

"hello! Mr gupta!" arnav wished him to grab his attention and he wantedly ignored the birthday girl who was now goggling and rotating her eyes as she looked as his suit with distaste'.

"hello' miss. Gupta!" said arnav as he handed over his gift which had a "purple" wrapping paper!

Jai ho to di! Thought arnav' as the girl lit up a little' A LITTLE'. As she thanked him and snatched away the gift'

No manners arnav made a mental note

She had not made a good impression on him' nor had he on her'.

Khushi's eyes were tiered of going round and round' why does dad invite such boring people to her birthday party? And this man was the worst' he was good looking no doubts but looked stubborn she thought'. Judging by what he was wearing he was definitely stubborn'. And boring'

"ah! Yea! Mr. raizada!" said mr gupta joyfully as he shook his hand hardly

"khushi!! My dear this is my most important client'" he said as he motioned her to shake hands..

"hello.." said khushi least interested' as she lightly shook his hand'

But there was something that happened when they shook hands'

Something totally unknown to them both'

A swoosh of the wind'

light music'.

Was it just good timing??

But how did their hearts have the same timing??

They both thought alike but then she withdrew her hand at once arnav did not really want to hold on too' he had experienced the same'

This guy has some aura round him' better not cross it khushi!

Khushi told herself similar notes formed on arnav's mind.. as he stepped back courteously'

But mr. gupta was in no mood to let go' he held khushi's hand in one hand and pulled arnav next to him by the other'

"ladies and gentlemen!" said mr gupta as he raised his voice'

The entire party shushed up' everyone intently looked at where mr. gupta stood with arnav khushi on either side'

"I have an announcement to make' perhaps the most important one of my daughter's life'" he added

Arnav thought it was better he was out of this scene.. he moved to the side' but mr. Gupta pulled him back'

"stay here' you play an important role in it too'" said mr gupta as he looked up toward his guests'

What on earth is he going to do now?? Thought arnav hoping that mr. gupta was gonna tell something sane'.
