when arnav said all the hurtful words to her it is ok and when she hurt him with the impacts of his words thats not fine and its hurting him??

yeah true its hurt him but he made some insecurities in her mind..so thats not easy for a girl like khushi..and she easily forgive him for everything he does..

and most of the time he is leaving her when she need him the most as her husband...

So she is clear now that he loves her. He is really hurt by his own words from her mouth . Now the family know about her pregnancy.
Where has he gone she is already missing him. And I wish nani's confession doesn't create more probs.
