Introduction:
We see the doors of a house opening (Bajaj house from KZK) and we see the back of a lady doing pooja. The camera turns and it is Prerna (Swetha Tiwari) and slowly the rest of house members come along and join the morning pooja. On the other hand we see a girl waking up, looking at the clock, jumping out of bed and running to the shower realizing she was late. She comes out drying her wet hair, goes to her closet and selects a white churidaar and goes back in to change. She again comes out wearing that suit and starts getting ready, she puts on some lip gloss, kajal, her chudiyaan, long silver dangling earrings and her payals. She is all ready and is running down the stairs and enters the mandir, and closes her eyes and pretends she has been there since the beginning. But be it her tough luck, someone pulls on her ear, and still with her eyes closed but with guilty look she said "Sorry Papa" and we see that it is Anurag (Cezanne Khan) and he lets go of her ear. The pooja is finished and Prerna is handing out the prasad and she comes to the last person who has her hands out waiting for the prasad.
Prerna: Phirse late, ab tuhje prasad nahi milegi.
Finally we see the face of the girl and its is none other than Kashish (Aamna Shariff)
Kashish: Arre Mama aap nahi samaj payegi, mere aur bhagwangi ka ek special rishta hai.
Prerna: Iska matlab tho nahi hai ke tu hamesha late aao, haina?
Kashish: Mama, abhi aap yah sab choro aur bataye ke aap muhje prasad derahi ya nahi?
Prerna shakes her head and gives her the prasad and Kashish bows in front of the idols and takes blessings.
Kashish: Bhagwanji aaj mere finals hai, please aap meri madat kijeye aur pass karade, please.
Prerna: Bhagwan ke samna sharam nahi aati?
Kashish: Mama, inke samna kya sharam? Agar hum inhe nahi kahenge ke hum kya chahte hai tho kisse kahenge hmm?
Prena: Tu kabhi nahi suhdrahegi.
Kashish: Sudrana bhi nahi chathi.
Anurag: Arre ab aap dono ka tu tu main main khatam hogaya ho tho breakfast ke liya chalein?
Now everyone is sitting on the breakfast table.
Anurag: Kashish beta aaj tuhje mein drop kardoonga.
Kashish: Nahi Papa, its okay muhje uni se pehle kahi aur jana hai, app office chale jaye.
Kripa (Neha Bamb): Papa, agar aap Di ko nahi drop karenge tho kya aap muhje drop karsakthe hain?
Anurag: Sure beta.
Prerna: Arre apka do ladle bete kahan rehgaya? Pooja mein tho the
Kripa: Ek important meeting thi, issi liye who pooja ke foran baad chale gaye.
Prerna: Yeh larke bhi naa.
Anurag: Rehne do Prerna.
Prerna: Kya rehne do, aap hi ne tho in saab ko bigaar kar rak diya hai.
Kashish: Acha ab mein chalti hoon, wish me luck!
Prerna: Best of luck beta,
Anurag: Good luck.
Kripa: All the best Di, I'll be waiting for a treat!
Prerna: Arre results tho chor usne tho abhi paper hi nahi diya aur tuhje treat ki pari hai.
Kripa: Mama, aap hi nahi, balke hum sab jaanthe hain ke Di acha marks tho kya balke class mein top hongi kyun Papa?
Anurag: Bilkul!
All share a warm laugh,
Kashish: Bye everybody.
Prerna: Arre sun…
Kashish: Haan Mama, uni jane se pehle mandir ho ana, I know I know.
Prerna: Good.
Well this is the life of one of the two main families in this story. This is the Basu family, it may look like there are a lot of people but they all are considered as one. Yeh ghar ek ghar nahi, balke ek mandir ke tara hai. Yeh parivaar ek dusre ke liya jeethe aur marthe bhi hain. They are all there for one another in happy times and sad times. Anurag and Prerna have been married for over 20 years and they have a happy and a loving family consisting four kids: Kavya (Eijaz Khan), Prem (Manoj Bohra), Kashish and Kripa. More character description as the story goes along.

Now we move on to the second house (Garewal house from KTH), the doors open and we see another lady doing pooja and she is Veena (no idea what her real name is). After completing the pooja she turns around and is upset to find no one from her family present. With a disappointed look she moves on upstairs and goes to a room. She goes inside and we see a man sleeping on his stomach she we cant see his face.
Veena: ANGAD (Iqbal Khan) beta itho, warna tum studio late pohoncho ge.
Angad: Maa, sone do naa, please bus do minute aur.
Veena: Tu bhi naa.
Fustrated, she leaves Angad's room and she goes to another room. There we see a girl sleeping in front of the computer on her chair, and it is none other than Sneha (Jennifer Winget).
Veena: (to herself) Phirse late soyi hogi… Sneha beta utho.
Sneha: (wakes up with a jerk) Mama, time kya huwa?
Veena: Saare saath (7:30).
Sneha: Kya! Itna late hogaya, aur aap muhje abhi utha rahi hain, muhje college jana hai. (she gets fustrated and leaves)
Veena goes to the last room and sees no one in bed and figures that the person has woken up and she leaves and moves on to the last room, her room. She sees her husband Lalit (no idea what his name is either) getting ready for office.
Lalit: (rudely) Aise kya dekh rahi ho, jao jake mera nashta taiyaar karo.
Veena moves downstairs and she and the servant are setting up the table. First Lalit comes and sits at the head of the table and starts eating and later Sneha joins him.
Veena: Arre Angad kaha hain?
Sneha: Soh rah hoga
Lalit: Is nikamme ladke se aur kya umeed ho sakti hai.
Veena: Woh apka beta hai.
Lalit: Sharam athi muhje usse apna beta kahene mein.
Angad: Itna sharam hai tho muhje is ghar se nikal kyo nahin dete?
Veena: ANGAD!
Angad: Rehne dijiye Mom! Inse (Lalit) aur kya umeed rakh sakta hoon mein?
Sneha: Kya aap sab please ek second ke liya bhi chen se nahi reh sakthe kya?
Veena: Aap sab naashta kijiye.
Now we see the back of a man coming out of the bathroom drying his wet hair, he grabs his black suit and goes back in to change. Comes back out and he wears his Rolex watch, black shoes and gelled hair and he heads out the door. All this time he has his back to us (but you all know who this is). Well he comes to the dining table and takes his mother's blessings and comes back up and we see that it is Sujal (Rajeev Khanelwal).
Veena: Jeethe raho.
Sujal: Good morning everybody.
Everyone: Good morning.
Sujal: Mama mein chalta hoon, aaj office mein ek important meeting hain.
Veena: Lekin naashta?
Sujal: Office mein kahloonga.
Veena: Par…
Sujal: Bye Mama, bye everybody.
Veena: Yeh larka bhi naa.
Lalit: Tumhara ladla jo hain.
Angad: Okay mein bhi chalta hoon, chal Sneha mein tuhje drop kardoonga.
Sneha: Thanks bro
Lalit: Goodbye.
Veena: Lekin aap ne tho naashta nahi kiya.
Lalit: I'm getting late, aur waise bhi time is money.
Well this is the Garewal family, I bet all of you could sense how different this family from the Basu family hmm? Even though the statuses of the two families are equal but their lifestyle is as different as chalk and cheese. This family too has a lot of people but unlike the Basu family, this family may be living in the same house but they act like strangers to one another. Lalit and Veena too have been married for over 20 years and they have three kids: Sujal, Angad and Sneha. Since the beginning Lalit has been a business oriented man and he has never had time for the family. For him business comes first then everything else. Therefore the kids aren't very close to him, they are very close to Veena however especially Sujal. You could say that Veena is the one thing that is keeping the family together. If it weren't for her then the family would have been torn apart long time ago. More character description on the kids coming later.

Wow that was a big introduction, please comment and tell me how you all like and on that basis I will continue. You all know that this story will revolve around Sujal and Kashish, but you just read how different they are. How do their paths meet? How do they realize that they are made for each other? Well to find out you have to comment in order for me to write the next part.
