Sigh... it had to end this way. isn't it ? There could have been no other end to all that evil. My heart broke for Arnav.. he has lost everything he held dear in one stroke. Perhaps one day he and Arav will reunite ?

Have enjoyed reading this story, RB. Looking forward to more 😊

Siiigghh!! You concluded the story the way it should have ended realistically and I like that about you.
Khushi's letter to Arnav was touching...reading it, it really felt like Khushi was writing it sitting on a toilet seat pressed for time - the angst, sometimes incoherent, thoughts jumping from one to another and how well she has understood that team of cops...the letter felt so real. Her courage is to be applauded,,,i guess though living and fighting evil takes more courage, sometimes thats just not the solution.
I hope Arnav gets to meet Arav some day...
Any plans to get back to continuing with Adaptation? I hope you do:)
I have finished reading North and South and would love to read your spin of it in the form of "Adaptation"
Take care

RB,You really do know how to weave a masterpiece. This story and your characters are truly, hauntingly beautiful. The characters crawl under your skin and imbed themselves into your being with such effortless clarity that it is as frightening as it is awe inspiring. You seem to seam magic with your words and I felt myself truly embroiled into your mesmerising plot and I am thankful that I was able to read this amazing tale in one sitting - waiting for updates may have possibly driven be insane as my mind reeled with possibilities! What I particularly adore about your work the clarity with which I can envisage everything. Its a magical trait, it truly is. Amazing work RB, it is a story that will haunt me pleasantly for a long time.Manreet :)

Khushi coming out of the Mass suicide alive wouldn't have justified the beautiful flow of the story - so I would say THIS WAS IT - great story - I got to learn a lot about cults by reading your work - thanks for your extra efforts RB
I thoroughly enjoyed reading all the updates dear -
thank you for this story and will wait for you to be back with another one - pls don't forget to pm me the link when u start writing a new one - PLEASE DONT FORGET TO SEND ME THE LINK DEAR

Thank you :=) Thanks for sticking around till the end!

There are loads of documentaries on cult on youtube. Check them out. You will also find websites with in detail literature about this subject.

Sure, will PM you when I start something new. :=) Are you restricted to reading only this couple? Or are you open for some Maan-Geet (am reopening an old thread so.)

What an end to the dreaded Cult that had kept so many on their toes for days
and years on end ...
Somehow I could not foresee another end to it ...
Khushi did turn out to be the High a Priestess 😲 and her father the Guru !
At times one gets unwillingly involved in things because of ones birth and blood
connections with no way of getting out of it ... I presume the same happened
with Khushi ...

Very well written RB ... thank you so much ...
if you do start another story please PM the link ... 😛

Glad you liked it :=)

It was hinted several times how her father's death was never really confirmed. She was told he died and no one saw him dying. Everyone just assumed and she was told the same. She believed it was her destiny - the last act as the role her community gave her. In the end its all about good of society isn't it?

Sure, will do. (Same question to you too: Only this couple or others will do?)

This was the right ending to this story.
I read the last three chapters together and really enjoyed the read.
Khushi and Anjali had to die.
Arnav has been left alone, but khushi in her death has saved many lives.
Very engrossing story.
Waiting now, for the next one!

Thanks Charu :=)

Its sad that Khushi had to do it that way and take her life along with Anjali... but I just wanted to know what was Anjali's story... but maybe its not her story afterall...it all made sense that Khushi was never harmed and for that fact never in danger because her father was the swami... its sad that he was her father and things had to end the way they did... but looking at the brighter side so many deaths have closures and so many families as saved from those gross murders... I am not sure what was achieved by this cult but a lot was taken away...
Arnav is alone as his only family is no longer with him but as khushi said his peers are his family and their investigation will be for khushi and her sacrifice... I am shedding a few tears for her
Very well written RB... you focus on things that we can't imagine Arnav and Khushi being a part of... so hats of dear.
Please do include me when your start your next story.

Thanks! Shutting down cult by external forces has never ended well by either side; be it cult members or law enforcements.
Anjali's story is quite simple - it was implied in several chapters. Anjali got into cult and couldn't get out. Systematic brain washing or a complete submission to the ideology the cult offered. She never got out of it. Maybe Shyam was also her mark along with her brother. Shyam was associated with Khushi and its best to keep him closer. She chooses her cult till the very end. Maybe if Arav was around, she could have seen Arnav's point of view but without him, she probably gave up.

Hopefully this explanation answers your questions.

i know abt the brain washing part...i guessed something like this happened wid Anjali...i felt really bad for her. i think more than anjali, i felt bad for Arav.

gosh
and she died
i want epilogue to complete the loopholes
like who was the person to give letter to arnav
i thought more that the guide had a letter in inside
and then
what that that khushi would give to arnav from her appartmeten
maybe some sleeping medicines
and then
what if khushi did have had sex with arnav would she got still inside in cult ?
plzz answers that questions
love u

Sorry, there will be no epilogue.

The things you asked for are not really loopholes but things I chose not to write about it consciously because it isn't important for this story.
a) It doesn't matter who gave the letter to Arnav. Could be someone Khushi trusted. Could be the people who Shukla has planted to help Khushi. Or some random person was asked to do this task.
b) Whatever Khushi gave to Arnav is between them. Again, not important for the closure of the story.
c) I don't get it - what's sex got to do with Khushi's decision?

Thanks.
