Khushi's saree was to die for, and her and Arnav's clothes complemented each other in the colour scheme… Arnav, in a pale green kurta & white pyjamas, was lying with his head on her lap, his face turned up towards her, his eyes on her lovely face. Khushi's right hand was on his chest, her fingers splayed over his heart. His left hand covered her slight fingers, holding her hand firmly against his heart. His right hand was on his washboard stomach. An subtle image of tender love, with the lovebirds lost in each other's eyes… and the reminder about Arnav's washboard abs give his fangirls something to drool over! Arnav's love for Khushi, his need for the girl he was gazing at, his enjoyment in her company, his delight in her presence, his pleasure in the moment of togetherness was obvious even to the blind. The slight, tender smile on his lips and the light in his eyes spoke volumes... What a sea change in Arnav's attitude… he's so comfortable in his love for Khushi that he lets his guard down, allowing the world to see how much she means to him! This coming from a guy who used to believe that showing his feelings was an admission of vulnerability is a revelation of the depth of his love! But more devastating to the hordes of society women was the look on Khushi's face. The fingers of her left hand were curved protectively over his head of unruly hair, and her face was suffused with love for and pride in him. Was it the love of a mother for her child? Or was it the love of a girl for her lover? Or was it a mix of both? Well said! Apart from the passion-filled or tender love Khushi feels for Arnav, there's always been a hint of the maternal instinct toward protectiveness in that very love of hers… she knows full well that his mask of arrogance hides the still hurting, lonely child behind it… a sweet reminder of how she placed her hand over his heart after that 'Mehendi Lagaake Rakna' song sequence or how she hugs him when he reveals his mother committed suicide! Scooby had crawled on to the rug, and was peering into the picnic basket with hopeful eyes. That just added to the beauty and innocence of that picture… in your next update, you must add a picture of what Scooby looks like! Dying to know what Khushi's and Arnav's reactions are to the truth revealed by these pictures!
The Raizadas and the Guptas unwilling to part from Anamika, their questions regarding her family, their reactions to the news that she has a 21-year-old son, and her amusement at the whole scene is all very touching! As she walked out of the house towards her car, she was smiling and her fingers were pressing the buttons to call Ganesh. 'He would die laughing!' she thought with pleasure as she let her driver seat her. I believe there's more to the Anamika-Ganesh relationship… the immediate thought that comes to Anamika's mind, when something fascinates or amuses her, is to share it with Ganesh… over and over again, we've seen that he's never far from her thoughts! Friendship, laughter and being there for each other are a nice foundation for love!
The 'Santoor' ad is hilariously apt!
