"Only one room is available" he dropped the bomb. "What" she gaped at him. "All have booked due to this weather" he said looking her. "What abot me" she asked him angrily. "What... If you want you can stay with me" he smirked. "Never.. i will sit in this reception hall for the whole night instead of staying with you" she replied furiously.

"Khushi... this is not a time for fighting... look at them" he signalled to a couple of guys who were staring her with lust from the moment she entered there. She got frightened. "I can manage any kind of situation... I still don't want to stay with you" she said thinking of his venomous words he spilled on her earlier. She just wanted to stay away from him. "Fine" saying this he walked towards his room gritting his teeth.

Khushi slowly came to the reception and asked that person abot getting another room. She got the same reply as given by Arnav. She went and sat in the couch praying her Devi Mayya. She closed her eyes due to the lightning and thunders. She felt hungry.

Removing his coat and throwing it on the couch Arnav said "damn it... why can't she come here... am i going to eat her" he paced restlessly. He came out to watch her whether she's safe or not. Khushi sensed that the guys were talking something by watching her. She stood and went to the receptionist. Before she could say anything that person said "Sister... You please go to your boyfriend's room... It's not safe here" concernly.

"He's not my boyfriend... he's my boss" she said looking him. "You will be safe with him" he said as he sensed some danger. Realising it, she too noticed that the guys were slowly moving towards her. Arnav clutched his fist and took a step to drag her to his room. But he stopped as he saw Khushi taking her phone and after pressing some numbers she kept it on her ear and talking to someone while moving towards his room.

He waited for her and when he's sure that she's coming to his room, he went inside and waited for her. She didnt noticed Arnav as she's busy to escape from that guys. "Yeah... he's here only... you want to talk to him... wait I will give the phone to him" saying this she opened the door and came in.

Arnav turned to her and looked at her. "Adi is in line" she said a bit loud as those guys heard it and moved away. She slowly came to the door and watched them. She smiled and breathed freely after closing the door. When she turned Arnav is standing so close to her that she can feel his breathe.

"What... Who's in line" he said smirking. "Adiii..." she said breathing heavily. "Oh... Adi talked to you... that too in this phone..." saying this he took the phone from her. "No... i just" she started "Pretended" he completed for her. She nodded.

"What did you say abot staying with me" he looked her sharply. "I will go" saying this she turned to open the door but Arnav shut the door by keeping his hands on the door also trapping her within his hands. She breathed heavily as she could sense his anger behind. She turned slowly and looked at him.

"You are going nowhere" saying this he locks the door and put the key in his pant pocket. She gaped him not knowing what to do. "What did you say" saying this he walked towards her. While she turned and moved back. "You can handle them" he smirked. "What... I have..." she slowly said in her breathe.

"You handled them..." he raised his eyebrows. She nodded. "So sad... now how are you going to handle me" saying this he throw her phone on the couch and started to unbutton his waistcoat while moving towards her. She looked back and is totally nervous. "What happened" he smirked still moving close to her.

"Stay there... don't come close to me" she said boldly though she's scared holding the parcel. "Are you threatening me" he took a step towards her while she has hit the bed. She balanced from falling by keeping her hand on the bed. Her bag slipped from her shoulder and fell on the bed. She kept the parcel and tried to stand. Arnav has reached her.

He removed his waistcoat and threw it on the bed. Her heart started to beat heavily. She swallowed. "How you are going to stop me" he smirked. "I have pepper spray" she said boldly even in that situation which made Arnav to laugh like anything. She couldn't believe that he's actually laughing. She stood watching him but soon came to her state.

"Pepper spray" he said smiling. She nodded. "Okay... take it out" he said looking her. She immediately opened her bag and took that spray and showed him. "Not bad" he said looking her from head to toe. "Am serious" she tried to say this. "Am serious too" saying this he closed the gap between them.

She tried to spray at him but before she can do anything he twists her spray hand behind her and holding her neck he pulls her closer to him like this...

Khushi tries to free from his grip but she couldn't as he his grip is so firm on her. Their eyes met. Khushi is breathing so heavily that he could feel. He then looked at her trembling lips. She couldn't do anything. She felt helpless. His eyes... His look made her feel something else. She too lost in his eyes.

Arnav is not sure whether to leave her or kiss her as her closeness made him crazy. She has closed her eyes in fear. He looked her eyes and then lips again. Then something struck him to reality and he freed her instantly which made her to sit on the bed with a thud. She breathed heavily looking him sharply. He turned as he couldn't able to meet her eyes.

"What happened to you... You are Arnav Singh Raizada... Why did you behave so cheap... that too with this girl..." he closed his eyes thinking abot this. "Actually you thought to hurt her... scare her... which will make her to apologize to you... but what happened now... why you were suddenly so soft towards her... when no one ever dared to question you... she did... don't fall in her trap.. I won't..." thinking this our ASR opened his eyes recollecting the market incident once again. His eyes were red in anger.

It took some time for her heavy breathes to settle. But she's not out from the shock that he almost tried to kiss her. She couldn't get why his stares made her crazy. She too thought abot her position and "Khushi... stop these thoughts... he's just a boss... nothing else..." thinking this she stood up looking his behind. He sensed her too.

"What do you think abot yourself..." she shouted at him as she wanted the reason for his doings. "Shut up..." he turned towards her with anger spitting in his eyes. She's really scared now. "Why did you try to ki..." she couldn't complete it and she looked down and then looked at him gaining some courage. Arnav who is watching her furiously yelled "Enough... You are nothing to me... you are just a low class girl who works under me... you don't even exist for me..." his words hurted her more that he could sense it.

"Then why did you brought me here... when you have no works for me..." she retorted back. "How dare you can talk to me like that" he gritted his teeth taking a deadly step towards her. It made her to fell on the bed. He simply stood and watched her struggling to get up. She stood up and looked at him angrily.

He took his bag and opened it. He threw a file on her. She gaped him holding it. "You want work right... get me the hard copy of this document" he yelled at her. "What" she looked him confusingly. "Yes..." he said in anger. "But how can i get hard copies of this document now..." saying this she looked at the clock which showed 9.30pm.

He handed some white sheets from his bag. She looked him not knowing what to do. "Write it down" he shouted at her. "What... are you serious" she asked him. "Yes... am serious... you asked for it... now do it... don't blame me..." he said with gritted teeth.

She felt crestfallen as her fingers were in pain already. She could have managed typing but this she didnt expect from him. "Yes Khushi... how come you can expect kindness from him when he's looking for chances to hurt you" thinking this she took the papers and file along with her bag and parcel. She came towards the couch and kept everything there. She felt hungry. Not knowing anything she went to the restroom to refresh.

Arnav stared her till she locked the door. He felt angry as he thought abot her fingers. He then dialled and ordered food for them. She came out pale and very tired. Arnav walked towards her rudely. She in fear moved back and hit the door. "What now..." she muttered. He held her hand and dragged her towards the bed. She looked at his harsh doings. He then yelled "Sit". She sat without saying anything as she didnt have energy to argue with him.

He then went and picked her hand bag. He came and sat beside her. She moved away with a jerk as she didnt know what will happen next. He opened her bag and took the ointment which she had bought for him. "What are you..." she stopped in the middle as he pulled her right hand towards him.

"No need" she pulled from his grip. But again throwing an angry stare he held her hand and started to apply the ointment on her fingers including her wrist. She just stared him as she struggled to guess his character. He's busy with her hand. "Awaaa" she shouted due to pain. He looked her and again got busy with her hand. She tried not to shout again. She closed her eyes due to pain. He looked up and watched her innocent face.

Then "done" saying this he went towards the restroom. Her fingers and wrist felt better. She took her bag and sat in the couch. She then opened her file to look through it keeping the pillow on her lap. It had almost ten pages. Her head started to spin thinking when she's going to complete it. She yawned and covered her mouth instantly when Arnav came out and stared her.

They heard a knock and Arnav opened the door. The room service person came with their food and arranged it on the tea table and went. Arnav came and sat beside her in the couch. She just looked him nervously. "What... why are staring me... have your dinner..." he said without looking her. She then moved and kept her pillow in between them which had the file on it.

He looked at the pillow and angrily started his dinner. "What's the time limit" she asked thinking abot how she had her breakfast and lunch. She's prepared now. "Shut up and finish your plate" saying this he ate his dinner without looking her. She ate her dinner without disturbing him. He looked her plate when they finished their dinner and felt satisfied seeing it empty.

That room service person came to collect those plates and left handing his umbrella to him. He turned on the AC. "It's already chill" she mouthed looking him. He looked her and without turning it off sat in the bed with his laptop. She looked him angrily and settled well in the couch with folding her legs and keeping the pillow on her lap. She took the file and started to write it.

His cell rang and it's Adi on the line. "Yes Adi..." her face brightened hearing this. She looked him. "Dont worry... am safe... Khushi... (he looked at her) yeah she's with me... not to worry... she will come in single piece" he answered angrily looking her who is staring him furiously. He switched it off. Adi giggled thinking abot Arnav and Khushi in one room. He then talked with Lavanya as she only called him and requested him to know abot Khushi.

Then both were busy with their works. Arnav didnt miss to glance her here and there. She started to shiver. She then stood and came towards him. "Blanket" she pointed it looking his face. "I need it" he said without looking her. "Then switch off the AC" she angrily said. He nodded like no. She came to pick the remote but he took it and kept it with him.

"Okay... fine..." saying this she came to the couch and took his coat and put it on her. "What the..." he angrily stood. "Coat or blanket" she threatened him. He sat calmly staring her who looked cute in his coat. "Good" saying this she took a pillow from the bed. He stared her angrily. "One is enough for you" saying this she settled by keeping that pillow on her back. She pulled the tea table and kept her legs on it. He looked her furiously. But she didnt mind his anger.

Then she started to write again. Arnav smiled a bit and glanced her position. He didnt miss to watch her yawning. She felt so sleepy. "Finish it and then sleep... i don't want any mistakes" he said rudely without looking her. She looked him angrily and muttered "Heartless monster". "I heard you..." he said without looking her. She just mouthed "Heartless monster" without any sound. "Still i can hear you..." he said looking his laptop. She shut her mouth and tried to finish her work. He smiled at the laptop.

It's still raining out with frequent thunders and lightnings. Arnav didn't miss to watch her during that time. She got buried in her work though shivering like anything. She now folded her legs and sensed his movement. She looked up to see that he has settled well in the blanket. She's fuming inside for her writing punishment. Also her fingers started to ache again. In between she stretched her hand to relax. Arnav is now sleeping calmly.

Her jaws started to shiver now. She kept that pillow on her side and slowly stood and walked towards him without making any noise. She stared him who's sleeping like an innocent child. After few seconds she came to sense of what she thought to do and looked for the remote. She saw it under his pillow. She slowly extended her hand like this...

"Don't even think abot it" saying this he turned and held the remote in his hand with closed eyes. She jerked back. She angrily raised her hands like strangling him. "Don't even dream" he said pulling his blanket over his head. "What a person... even in sleep torturing me..." she mouthed as she thought what happened when she muttered "Heartless monster".

She came and sat trying to finish her work as soon as possible though it's already late. She couldn't control her shiver. At last she finished her writings by around 2am. She happily kept everything on the tea table and lied on the couch. She thought she can sleep but she couldn't. Due to shiver she turned and tossed with difficulty. Tears welled up when she saw him sleeping peacefully. Her fingers were already in pain and her back too played its part. In between lightning's and thunder did its work.

Praying Devi Mayya she closed her eyes and became so furious thinking abot him. Now tears started to flow. Wiping it she held a pillow on her chest. She didnt know for how long she was awake. When Arnav opened his eyes he noticed its 7am. He slowly pushed his blanket and looked her. He came towards her and saw she curled up in the couch. She looked beautiful wearing his coat and holding that pillow tightly against her chest. He saw the file and looked at the papers. Like her... her handwriting too looked so pretty.

He kept it in his bag and went to refresh. He came out and saw she's still sleeping. He went near her and noticed her hairs on her face. He thought to move it as it looked like an obstacle for him in staring her angelic face. When he's abot to touch the hairs, she opened her eyes as she didnt slept properly. Seeing his hand near her face, she jerked back and fell on the floor. "Ouch" saying this she saw his hand for help. But angrily she stood with the help of the couch ignoring his hand. He looked so furious. "My coat" saying this he looked somewhere extending his hand. She instantly removed his coat and hanged on his hand.

Then angrily she moved towards the restroom. He touched the coat and can feel her warmth. He put his coat and felt like she has hugged him tightly. He dialled a number and ordered coffee for them. He opened the windows and saw rain has stopped showering now giving way to the sun rays. He then saw her coming out of the restroom. He looked her face which is even pale and her reddish eyes showed her tiredness and sleepless night. He felt sad for her cursing himself. Suddenly his mind "Why... she deserves that... even more..." thought with a smirk.

Khushi felt so weak now and her head failed her by starting to spin. She managed and sat on the couch adjusting her hairs behind her ears. "Are you alright" he asked looking her. After throwing an angry look on him she saw the door as they heard a knock and it followed by their coffees. She took it calmly as she needed that desperately. She sipped it without looking him who is staring her only while having his coffee.

He kept his cup and said "We have to go now". She kept her cup and took her bag and parcel. She walked out followed by him. He is gazing her back while she's walking slowly as if she has some burden on her head. She smiled slowly at the receptionist who seemed happy that she's fine. Arnav started his Mercedes while Khushi slowly tightened her belt. She didnt looked him. She's so angry with his rude character.

Also she felt like her energy has drained out completely. She can sense that her eyes were burning like anything. Hearing his voice suddenly she looked him and found that he's on his call. She couldn't help staring him as he looked so smart with his sun glasses which remained her how she saw him first. He looked like this...

While talking he looked at her and took the phone from his ear and asked "What..." She simply turned towards the window and stared out. In anger he replied to the person on the other end with gritted teeth. "Khushi... stop staring him... don't fall for him... remember what he said abot you... low class girl... you don't even exist for him... just think abot these two days... it was like couple of years with him... like hell.. Just be steady for today... you have to prove him wrong... for that stay strong.. I know you don't have energy... but Devi Mayya is with you..." thinking these she blinked her eyes.

Arnav ended his call and is sure that something is wrong with her. "Are you alright Khushi..." he asked calmly but became angry when he got no reply from her side. "How dare she is" gritting his thoughts he halted his Mercedes as they have reached Khushi's home. She got down slowly. "Come to office by 9am..." he ordered. She looked the time 8am. She simply nodded and went in thinking "What can she expect from him... since he's a monster..."

She has decided not to talk to him for that day. But Arnav is so furious that she's not even replying to him. "I will get your Apology today... Ms. Khushi Kumari Gupta..." saying this he smirked and his car raced towards RM.
