*Fan Fiction Banner Contest*
Hi friends! Welcome to the second round of voting for our 2013 Fan Fiction Banner Contest! The competition has been a close one. Several banners had the same number of votes, so I selected the top 17 instead of the top 15.
Please read all the rules below very carefully before voting. May the best banner win!
Rules
1. Each member can vote for a maximum of two banners. If you vote for any more than two, only your first two votes will be counted.
2. You may NOT vote for your own banner.
3. Banner makers may NOT inform any members which banners they have made. You should NOT hit "like" on the posts in which your banner was selected unless you plan to hit "like" on all the other posts as well.
Round 1 of voting will end on Saturday, April 27, 2013.
The banners are presented in the same randomized order they appeared in on the last thread. The order is not dependent on the number of votes the banner received in the last round.
