As always it was brilliant...
I loved that Arnav can now say he loves her , the words come out easier ...no pretences , no pride, no dilemma ...just the words..
I loved Arnav's need for reassurance of her love for him and the need to actually hear her say it...at least once...his need for her is now just physically the emotional quotient is as important, her physical reaction to his love will now just not suffice ...he needs and wants those words...something that he never ever considered would be such a vital part of his life..love and the need to be told...by the woman he irrevocably loves...
His anticipation and disappointment, his anguish and restless bringing about his vulnerability as well.
Loved Khushi's teasing, she knows exactly what he wants to hear but wants him to know the value of those words...so she will play him...and she does by telling him about her love for their daughter...
She cites all his earlier reasons confusing him ...why can she or will she not admit...the love he can see she has for him till he has to ask her why she is marrying him? The anger in his voice , his defence mechanism ...rather than show his desperation and hurt.
While our Khushi lashes back ...she needs him to realise the importance and value of love...the lack of his admission or acceptance of love for her which made her easy target. His proposal would have been easier to accept and explain and would not have put her in the predicament that she was in.
Even his reasons of not being vocal about such things and the difficulty in expression leave her unmoved...she will not be coerced into an admission but will decided when she wants to tell him herself
She needed him to feel what she felt when she needed to hear those words and ...( what will power...I seriously would have jumped onto him) and I don't think she is doing a tit for tat...but for him to realise his actions !
I love that she is his match in the true sense be it physically or emotionally she is always able to stand her ground...
I loved how Arya so matter of factly calls Khushi "Mumma " she has always been that in her heart...but now it's official and she is not going to waste any time now...so Mumma it is...
I loved Arnav noticing the tears in Khushi's eyes...and the smile they exchange...I loved the way you wrote that entire scene about the importance of privacy to Arya...it was superbly written, your brilliance as a writer shone through...the sensitivity and excellence with which you wrote it was outstanding ...anjali spoke to her at her level without Arya feeling insecure but giving Arya a sense of pride ,responsibility and accomplishment .
.loved the Aditya bit ...a little bit of constructive comparison goes a long way...ha ha ! Anything he can do she can do better...
..loved how she drew comparisons from people in Arya s life to reiterate it to her it was perfect...loved Arnav holding on to her hand as he knew she would find if difficult to resist and I am glad he did...it was important for them.
And a big hug for how you write Arya character...she is just such a wonderful child...wise and mature beyond her years ...
Cannot wait to read...what Arnav would like to do with his wife...nor can Khushi who teases him back ...she has had enough of his words...she wants a demonstration too...
Love how by respecting her father s wishes he tells her how much he wants her but the stakes remain high one that he can not take risks with...to be rewarded with eyes that cannot deny the unmeasurable love for this complex man standing in front of her...
Love Payal teasing Khushi, loved Khushi gratitude for payal ...I love this Payalia...not bland at all...loads of mirchi!
Loved Khushi going to Anjali and telling her that she knew( reminded me of that hug she gives her in the show after she found out )
Loved your Anjali, she loved her parents but is disappointed in them for their selfishness...they were to have done what they did not once thinking of their children ...especially compared to mama, mami and nani...they took every decision keeping anjali and Arnav in mind...I love clarity on the reality of the situation, after all it was the night her marriage broke too!
I love how she feels Khushi is love but is not blinded by it forsaking her ability to question and think and how she feels it was important for her to know the entire truth about Arnav s past so her judgement for the future is never in doubt.
I liked Khushi telling that it was due to Shyam that she felt she needed to know the truth ...and more...for their future ...I like Anjali s narration of the entire past, I always did feel that Shyam was unaware of the circumstance that La marries Arnav, the deceit and the lies and when he does that withdraws...I felt bad for the Shyam who not once but twice looses his sister...( wow feeling bad for Shyam...you must be brilliant to evoke such sympathy from me for Shyam) and that is why he is detached and and is keen for Arya also to face the realities of life as soon as possible...
He realises his sisters mistakes and is trying to make up for some of Arnav s hurt by helping him with AR or and trying to build gaps and the right some of the wrong caused by his sister...
I also liked that even though she and Shyam want a future together, she is clear is cannot be at the cost of her brothers happiness. I also like the way that even though La was not their favourite person she wants to redeem her and not totally tarnish her image ...she credits her for loving Arya and for choosing for once atleast love over money...
I loved how Khushi immediately remembers her mother s words on her hearing how Arya was named...her fears and insecurities not about society but the name a constant reminder that she is not her child!
Loved Arnav irration at not being able to see or court Khushi liked plan and his smirk in finally being able to get back at Akash for his smugness when Payal also leaves for her parents house...
Loved Arnav reaction to finding out about SMJ helping him out via Anjali...his anger and betrayal and hurt...overcoming his capacity to think rationally ...
And loved Arya calling Her mother instinctively seeing her father in that state...Khushi understands and at that moment instead of gloating in being addressed as Mumma she comes to be there for him...his need for her is greater at that moment !
I loved how Khushi tells Arnav that it was never her secret to tell and then
Loved her explaination to Arnav about love trust and freedom to love, he should not feel that Anjali should tell him just because he has funded her all this while ! Loved her parallel to them that she makes...loved that anjali asks her chotey to trust her and loved that part where she simple states that he while referring to Shyam did not even notice her limp...loved the respect !
And loved loved Arnav wanting to meet Shyam...oh wow!
In short or not very short...I absolutely am in awe, more so with every update at your sheer brilliance and imagination !
I hope I have done justice and been able to cover everything ...( ha ha)
