It was a bright and a very pleasant morning. You could hear the chirp of the morning birds. The sun shone brightly radiating its light to everyone without any discrimination. Divya, who was busy preparing breakfast while enjoying the radiant sunlight fall in the house, heard a familiar tone. It was her phone ringing. She had a glance at the wall clock nearby and saw that it was just 8 am. She wondered who was calling her so early in the morning!
As the phone rung, Divya searched for her phone. She was able to track it down by hearing the phone ring. It was on the sofa! Picking up the phone Divya grinned seeing that it was ACP Rayan calling her. She was shocked as to why he called her so early in the morning!
'Sir, is there some problem?' asked Divya hesitatingly.
'There is a very important meeting at 10:00am. Please be there on time and please inform your other colleagues.' replied ACP Rayan. Divya loathed his heavy and hoarse voice.
The call had then been disconnected by the other side. After pondering for long, Divya thought it not so important to inform her other colleagues and continued with her work. The actual reason for Divya not telling her other colleagues is that she had a tiff between one of them. They both hated each other so much that they couldn't even stand each other. The ACP knew this. So he himself informed everyone else.
Ria sat on a chair and was busy doing something. She was on her PC! She was making some edits on her favorite Bollywood and Tellywood stars.
Rimi was busy worshiping her parents. Yes, parents! She considered Mahadev and Maa Durga as her parents and worships them all the time. She also has idols of them placed in her cabin.
Divya, Rimi and Ria reached on time for the meeting. ACP Rayan was already there waiting for everyone. Everyone present was eager to know what was the matter. They wanted to know the reason of having a meeting in such a short notice! ACP Rayan turned and looked at all the people present to see if everyone had assembled. But, there was one person missing! It was none other than Foram!
'When I had called her she was sleeping and got up because of my call. I knew that she'd be late!' said ACP Rayan with fury, 'I would like to know why the crime rate in our city is increasing day by day! Why are there a bunch of files in the office, which are not being solved!'
Everyone present started blaming each other and defending themselves. No one wanted to take the blame! Everyone knew that Foram wasn't present so they started blaming her and the Forensic Department.
After a lot of discussions, ACP Rayan informed everyone about the major transfers which were going to happen in the Bureau.
At that time, Foram had reached the office and the near by 'Tea Seller' told her everything that had happened.
'I will see them afterwards! Now I have to concentrate on the transfer thing ACP Rayan is talking about.' thought Foram.
'The transfers which I'm talking about is change in the duties and officers.' declared ACP Rayan.
Hearing this, everyone screamed!
'Sir, please don't do this!' shouted out a person.
'No, no!' shouted out a second.
'This is unacceptable!' shouted out a third. And so on, and so forth.
ACP Rayan was shocked with such a reaction! He calmed down everyone and told everyone that it is not he who is doing the transfer but the new officer and his aasistant.
Everyone sighed. But then they thought, 'Who is this new officer to tell us what do to? Aane do, dekh lenge!'. And this was the point which everyone agreed to.
------------------------But there are many questions in the mind of the people,Who is going to come?What happened to the previous officers?
Has someone filed a complaint against us?
Are we going to be suspended?
