So as we already know that they are already in the mission to find out that who is the person is ,and hence they are all in Nihaal's office and all tensed that who is the person is, hence this made Nihaal even more angrier as during several years there has been a rift between his parents but no body could actually find out the reason.
Nihaal:( tensed tone)" Samajh main nahin aa raha, samajh main nahin aa raha ki itni saal hum ne socha ki mom aur dad ki divorce ki kya vajay ho sakti hai, aur maine hamesha dad ko misunderstand kiya..jissne bhi yeh sab ghatiya kaam kiya..I would not even spare that person!!..😡😡
Sahil:" Nihaal ..calm down..main janta hoon ki tumhare dil pe kyaa beeti hogi..but I don't think humme jal baazi main kuch aisa vaisa kaam karna chahte hai..
Nihaal:" Main kaise chup baithoon Sahil..jissne bhi yeh divorce paper bhejha..nakli divorce papers bheja..I won't even spare that person..yeh insaan ki vajase..mere saari parivaar ko destroy kiya..😡..and you're telling me to calm down!!...I'm sorry Sahil..mujhe tumse aisi baat karna nahin chahiye tha..but..you tell me ..what can I really do.."
Sahil:" I completely understand Nihaal..main tumhare dil ke baat samajh sakta hoon..but don't worry ..humme hamara culprit mil jayega..
Disha:" Bhai relax..mere paas ek idea hai..hum log sabse pehle uss lawyer ke paas jayenge jisne Shobha Maa aur papa ko divorce papers bhejha hai..aur phir humme pataa chal jayega ki yeh insaan kaun hai..
Chhavi: " Aur phir humme uss hospital authority ke paas janaa padega jo , investigate karna padega ki aur kaun iss main involved tha..
Shifali:" That's right..that's the solution ..or else humme aur koi aur solution nahin hai.."..
Nihaal:" Yeah you're right guys..iss se humme hamara solution jald hi mil jayega..aur jo bhi yeh ghatiya kaam kar raha hai..voh zyaada din nahin bachega..usse to main kadi se kadi sazaa dilla ker rahunga.."..
After their discussion that has been held, Nihaal and Disha went to the law chamber D.K Associates which is very known to them , hence as the matter of the fact, it is their chamber which has been sent the divorce papers..later , they went inside their chamber and talking to the receptionist ..
Receptionist:" Welcome to D.K Associates..how can I help you?"
Disha:" Hi..we would like to meet Mr. Khanna.."
Nihaal:" We have an appointment with him.."
Receptionist : " Sure let me inform him..( calling Mr. Khanna)..sir..kuch log aap se milna chahte hai..they have an appointment..should I send them in?..( nodding )..yes sir..( hang up the phone)..aap log aandar jaa sakte hai..just go straight..
After a while, Nihaal knocked the door and and they have entered the cabin..
Mr. Khanna: " Aare Nihaal bete..Disha..how are you all doing?..tum logo ne phone kiya..and you all told me to meet confidentially..iss there any problem?..
Nihaal:" Yes uncle..humme aapke madaat ki zaroorat hai..it's a legal issue..aap to jante hai ki mom aur dad ke beech main kuch misunderstanding thi..and they have been separate for years..
Disha: " Aur humme poora yaakeen hai ki dad ne divorce papers file bhi nahin kiya..aur shobha mom bhi file bhi nahin kiya.."
Mr . Khanna: " I think tum logon ne ghalat femi hai..jahaan tak mujhe yaad hai..they have filed for the divorce..aur bete..mujhe aisa lag raha hai ki tum log time barbaad kar rahe ho.."
Nihaal" Hmm..Disha lag raha hai..mamla kaafi serious hai..mujhe aisa lag raha hai ki uncle ne jaan booch kar ke kuch baat chupa raha hai.."
Disha:" You're right..we have evidence uncle..we have evidence as well..as far as the divorce paper filing is concerned..aap ke company ne file kiya..( aur iss main aap ke signatures bhi hai..)..( showing him the signature)..to isska matlab bhai ..uncle kuch na kuch to yeh matter jante hai..( Mr.Khanna is sweating while, Nihaal is smirking at him )..
Nihaal:" Kyaa baat hai uncle..relax..you're sweating...aap to khamakha itna ghabhra rahe hai..hum to baas yunhi ..to iss ka matlab yeh hai..ki aap yeh baat jante hai ki yeh papers dad ne file nahin kiya hai..aur mom bhi divorce papers file bji nahin kiya hai..so if you want to get yourself out of the trouble..to batayee..kaun hai ?.."
Mr.Khanna:" Dekho..I cannot reveal the person's name..main uss insaan ke bare mein baat nahin kar sakta..it is in the violation .."
Disha:" Oh really...this is the violation..and against the law of conduct..and what about your conduct..aapne nakli divorce papers sign kiya hai..kissi ki zindagi barbaad kiya hai..shayad aap nahin jante..main aap ko yaad dilati hoon..due to your conduct..by sending the fake divorce paper files to the third party..it is against the law of conduct..hence agar yeh baat court ko pata chala..to phir..aap aur so called involved party jail bhi ho sakte hai..aur phir..aapke license bhi cancel ho sakte hai.."
Mr. Khanna: " Tum yeh law kaise jante ho?.."
Disha:" Shayad aap bhool gaye...main yaad dila ti hoon..main LLB graduate hoon..aur aap ki institutes se maine graduate kiya hai..shayad bhai..unke yaadash kamzor ho gaye hai.."
Nihaal" You're right Disha..shayad Mr. khanna ghabhrahat ki vajase tension ho gaye hai..before things get even worse ..you have to tell us.."
Mr Khanna" Thik hai..thik hai..main bata ta hoon...bata ta hoon..haan yeh sach hai..maine kisi kehne paar ..yeh divorce papers file kiya hai..unho ne mujhe bohot baadi rakaam diya hai..the person has bribed me..to paison ki lalaach main aakar..maine nakli divorce file kiya..aur Jaidev ko bhejha..usse yakeen dila kar ki Shobha ji ne yeh paper bhejha hai...aur iss ke baat mujhe aur kuch bhi nahin pataa.."
Nihaal:" Disha...main iss aadmi ko nahin chorunga..he has betrayed our trust..I won't spare him!!..( Grabbing Mr. Khanna's collar)..I won't leave you!!..Main tujhe nahin chorunga!..
Mr. Khanna:" M..Mujhe maaf kardo...mujhse bohot baadi galti ho gaye hai!!.."
Disha:" Bhai..bhai leave him!!..Usse chod di jiye..( leaving Nihaal's hand)..
Nihaal" Bol...Bol..kaun hai voh..jissne yeh saab kaam kiya hai..BATAAO!!😡😡...
Later , after the fiasco that has been happened , Mr. Khanna finally revealed the name of the culprit who has been involved in the heinous act , after that this Nihaal and Disha were completely shocked to hear this statement as they could not believe that the person could involve in doing such an heinous act..After, they have left , they have stepped out of the premises , later he has received the phone call from Sahil and Chhavi and they have made it into the call conference..
Disha:" Kaun hai bhai.."
Nihaal:" Sahil ka phone..( he connected the video call in order to connect in the line)...Haan Sahil bolo..
Sahil:" Nihaal..thank god tumne phone kiya hai..maine kuch information find out kiya hospital authorities se..tumhe vishwaas bhi nahin hoga.."
Nihaal" Really...aisa kya baat hai Sahil..bolo naa..it will be a really big help"
Chhavi:" Haan Nihaal..Sahil thik keh raha hai..humme kuch aur information mili hai..aur hospital authority ke through se humne voh ward boy ko find out kiya..jisne yeh ghatiya kaam kiya hai.."
Disha" Really..that is really wonderful!!.."
Nihaal:" Really..yeh to saach main good news hai.."
Sahil:" Nihaal..kuch aur formalities hai..jisse humme poora kar na parega..aur yeh culprit zyaada din baach nahin payeha.."
Nihaal" Thik hai..tum log formalities poora karo..and we will have to meet in the next destination according to the plan.."
Chhavi/ Sahil: " Thik hai!!..
They have disconnected the phone calls...and later , Nihaal telephones Shifali and she quickly received the phone call..
Shifali:" Hi Nihaal!!.."
Nihaal:" Shifali..kya tum mere liye ek favour kar sakte ho..?"
Shifali:" Ok..thik hai..bolo kyaa baat hai.."
Nihaal:" Disha ne kuch videos bhejha hai..jiss main humme saari footage milla hai..aur tumhe forensic lab main jaake kuch formalities karna parega.."
Shifali" Thik hai done..You send me the MMS clips..and I will finish all the formalities on the forensic lab..and get the report accordingly..you don't worry!..
Nihaal: " Thanks a lot.." ( after hanging up the phone)..tumhari khel aab khatam ho chuka hai..celebrate as much as you want..kyunki aap tumhe sirf barbaadi hi milegi..truth is finally going to be revealed..just count for your worst time...and your time starts now!!
After that, Nihaal is fully determined to expose the person who has been involved in the heinous crime, as he already find out..hence according to the plan..he sets all of the evidence against the person, and find out the witness..now he is in the mission to expose the person in front of everyone..
