who is the girl in Arnav's life?

It can't be Khushi, coz he hates her.

Khushi saved Arnav from accident.

I'm guessing that Dadi will meet Khushi in the hospital and she will assume Khushi is the girl of Arnav's life!

Nurse: maam, may you please submit the fees now for that operation?

Khushi thought something and moved to the lady for submitting the operation fees.

" his family is here for this, but they are not into themself. They love that Laad governor so much, but i cant ask them for paying the money at this stage. i have some deposits in mu account as my scholarship in the college. it may be around 1 lakh rupees. this will help" Khushi thought to herself.

She payed the operation fees without thinking.

Khushi: but one thing i want.

lady: yes maam

Khushi: i dont want him or his family member to know that i Payed. please keep it confidential.

lady: sure maam...
