God. Poor Lavanya. How difficult and hard ot must be for her to be a friend to him when all she wanted was to love him. Yet she kept her feelings aside. That's what they call true love i guess.

I think with each chapter you set a higher bar of standard for yourself and go higher with the next chapter! My heart goes our for lavanya! Poor thing, but one can't help it, may be she was blind to arnav's feeling for khushi and thought that he loved her or rather convinced herself that this was the truth. Simply awesome man! Standing ovation! Thanks for the pm.

Unrequited love...one of the most difficult things to go through.The hopelessness that you feel...because you can love a person all you want but can't force him/her to love you back.The helplessness that you feel...you know the person you love doesn't love you and maybe never will,but yet you can't stop loving him/her.My heart goes out to Lavanya for undergoing all this and much more and that too for so many years and yet she has been a marvellous friend to everybody.

He spoke about obscure things and the words danced around me in their own melody. I jumped around and clutched them all and shoved them into my pocket. Once home, I would take out those words from my pocket and put it in an old jam jar. At night, I would go under covers, take the jar with me and see it in complete darkness.

In darkness, I would see the jar lit with a lone sparkle.

Loved this whole para...beautifully expressed RB.👏

Oh man, my heart went out to Lavanya this time.. From the subtle hints from the first few chapters, it was no surprise that her feelings ran deep for Arnav..

Unrequited love, one of the most heart wrenchingly painful love, she must have been dying inside seeing them together thinking it could have been her instead.. & yet she stood by them by being such a wonderful friend.. My respect for her has increased.. I wonder if Arnav somehow knew about her feelings during Khushi's absence..

Gosh, the story keeps getting angstier with each update, a emotional roller-coaster with all the revelations..

What are we supposed to make of Shyam? Admittedly my bias towards the character makes me question his every motive, however I can't help but wonder that if what Khushi was saying is true, is it possible Shyam also wasn't fully off the mark? Perception alters realities.

Now as for the ending where Shyam really goes on the attack, I wonder if these are all questions that Khushi has considered for herself during her 7 year exile.

that was one very emotional update!

while reading it i felt like on a roller coaster and when i finished, i literally had tears in my eyes!

this was one of the best wriiten update for this ff! my heart simply went out for lavanya! she truly loved arnav and maybe will always do so but somewhere she adapted the phrase that her happiness lies in the happiness of the person she loves even if its with her best friend!

it must have been hard on a 16 year old but she faced her heartbreak with courage and that makes her an outstanding young lady! so proud of her!

How could we not feel for Lavanya? Her heart was his and yet his was taken. What a great person she is to not only remain friends with the two, such heartbreak can cause a person to pull away and at times run away. Hopefully she meets someone who may not fill the hole of lost love completely, but may give her happiness she perceives as lost.
