Riya slowly went near him.
Riya: Sir! Mai samajh sakti hu, ke aapke dil pe kya beet raha hoga...par...
But then & there Arjun turnd towards her & grabbd her uppar arm.
Arjun: samajh sakti ho tum? To samjhao mujhe, kya sach me tum samajhti ho kissi apna ko khone ka dard...wo bhi apne akho ke samne? Apne hi ankho se ussko daam todte hue dekhna...lekin kuch nehi kar pana. Apne hi inn hatho se ussko jalakar ghar wapas aana, uss ghar me jaha tum jante ho wo kavi laut kar nehi aayegi. Har waqt usske yaado se ghire rehna-wo yadein jo chein se nahi jine dete hai, aur nahi marne... Bolo, jawab do mujhe! Kabhi mehsus kar sakte ho wo dard? Dusro ko bhashan dena bohot asan hai miss Riya Mukherjee! But isse asli zindegi me face karna utna hi mushkil! Kya hua, aab kaha gayi tuhari badi badi baatein...han??'
Arjun said all these things in one go. But after that, he felt that he was still holding her very closely. Becaz of his anger...he didn't cared about this nearness. But after his outpour, when he didn't get any singl protestation frm her side, he looked into her eyes. Her mesmerizing doe shaped eyes, which usually spoke out thusand emotions, were showing some other emotions today. Such an emotion that for a friction of time, he felt that he could see the reflection of his own eyes in her eyes.
He jarked her away frm him so hard that she hit her head with the corner of the tabl for loosing balance. Arjun again gave his back towards her & said between gritted teeth, 'Just get out of here. Mere liye tumhe aur jhelna mushkil hote ja raha hai...leave!'
Riya slowly came out of the room. She didn't cared about all his harsh words, but only the last line kept echoing in her ear, 'Mere liye tumhe aur jhelna mushkil hote ja raha hai...'. She lookd lost, her eyes became red...she kept blabbering...'sehi to kaha unhone, mujhe jhelna..to..mushkil hogi hi...kyun na hogi...jisko bhi zindegi me apnaya...jisko bhi per(tree) ke daal(branch) samajhkar pakda hu...wahi toot jata hai...meri zindegi ki har insan ko mai dard ke ilawa aur kya diya...agar mujhe jhelna mushkil nehi hote...to kya unn sabne mujhe aisa akela chodkar chala jata??...'
Shree & Chotu knew that she went to Arjun sir's cabin. They even tried to stop her, but Rathod stopped the...which was really unexpected to them.
Now they saw her...all messed up...eyes red...blabbering something.
'Riya...Riyaa..!' shree litarally shouted. She looked towards him...totally lost, but didn't say anything. She directly went towards Rathod and asked, 'Sir, can I have a day off plz...'. Looking at her state, Rathod couldn't refuse her. He agreed. And another thing, she never demanded even a singl day off since she joind ETF, even when she became ill. But today, she was demanding a day off...so Rathod understood that something serious had happend.
After taking permission, Riya left office. Shree and Chotu were tensd. Becaz, she had never behaved like that before.
Rathod entrd Arjun's cabin and found him looking at The sky. He placed a hand on his shoulder.
Arjun: kuch maat puchna Sam...plz.
Rathod was taken aback by his sudden call-Sam! After so many years...! Arjun felt that waht he had said...so he turnd to justify that. But...'kuch kehne ki zarurat nehi hai Arjun!' said sameer.
Sameer: pareshan ho?
Arjun: nehi...aise koi baat nehi.
Sam: wo Riya...
Arjun: kuch nehi sunna mujhe usske bare me. Wo kya karti hai, kya bolti hai, kaise muskurati hai, kyun mere itna parwa karti hai, har roz mere itna daant se bhi kyun usse fark nehi padta, kyun mujhse itna pya...(suddenly he gives a pause and then adds)...I don't care of a damn! Mujhe usse koi matlab nehi hai...
Sam: kisse samjha ne ki koshish kar raha hai to Arjun? Ye chilla chilla ke ye sab kisko bata raha hai? Mujhe...ya aapne aapko? Tere ye sab 'Naa' me to mujhe 'Haan' hi nazar aa raha hai. Kyun nehi mann leta ke tere zindegi me aab sirf usski hi ehmiyat hai? Roshni ja chuki hai arjun. Wo kabhi lautkar tere pas nehi aayegi. Uss raat ki buri yaado ko apni haath ke muththi se jane de Arjun. Apni dil ke ek kone me Roshni ke sath bitaya hua khubsurat yadon ko samet kar rakh de. Roshni teri kal thi...but Riya aaj hai. Jo nehi hai usski yado ke piche bhagte bhagte kahi aisa na ho jaye ke jo hai usse kisi din kho baitho.
Arjun: sam mai wo...
Sam: mujhe jawab dene ki zarurat nehi hai tujhe. Apne apse sawal puch aur apne apko hi jawab dena.
Saying this, sameer left.
Yes Arjun was disturbd. Since Riya had enterd his faded dry life, unwillingly he felt a pull towards her. She also started to come in her thoughts. Even in his dreams, he found himself running after Roshni. He grabbd her arms, she turnd back. But it wasn't Roshni, it was Riya! So he felt that he was betraying his wife. So he always kept away frm Riya. To prove to hiself that, Riya ke hone ya na hone se usse koi fark nehi padta. But alas! He faild, his heart won over his head...Riya se usko fark padta hai! So to prove himself right,he kept away frm Riya...
