V is up and thinking about a way to punish Sukanya and Suhas sees this
Suhas: What happened?
V: Nothing i cant sleep i am thinking how to punish Sukanya for what she did!
Suhas: Yes she will surely get punished for what she did!!
V: But there's only one way i can think of and this is to take her to court!
Suhas: Court??
V: Yes.. but you will sue her not me! If you go and do all of this she will have confidence that you are crazy and she will surely win because i am already dead
Suhas: But will it work?
V: Yes i am sure!!!!
Suhas comes to Bhonsale House
SUkanya: WHy have you come back here??
Suhas: Dont worry i am not here to come back i just wanted to give you something!
She hands her the court papers
Sukanya: What is this?
Suhas: I am suing you for the murder of my husband!!
Sukanya is shocked and tells her she is crazy and they have a long fight and she leaves!!!
After she leaves Anil comes and asks her what happened and she tells them that Suhas is suing them for killing Vijendra and he tells her that there's no way we can get caught because this happened 3 years ago and they have no proof!!
Suhas was listening to this the whole time outside and she taped it!!
Suhas comes backs
V: what happened?
Suhas: Nothing, i put everything on tape!
Disha: Where did you go Aai?
Suhas: I found out from Sukanya that she really did do it!!
Dk: Dont worry i will get you the best lawyer there is!!!!!
V: It's okay i will find one!!
Dk: No trust me on this i know some very good lawyers!!!!
Disha goes check on the kids and Suhas goes with her
V: Look if you get a good lawyer i will pay you back
Dk: Why are you embarrasing me by saying this?? Dont worry about the fees!!! I will take care of everything!!!! You excepted me as your son-in-law now just leave it up to me!!!
He leaves and V is happy that he has a good son-in-law!
Next day, Sukanya and Anil has gotten a good lawyer but Dk has gotten the best one there is!!!!!
Now the court case will start in 2 weeks!!
V: I dont know how to thank you Dk!
Dk: Its ok you dont have to thank me whats so ever!
Everyone is just there and is talking Khushi is watching Dk and sees that he's laughing and not looking at her... (She's 1 1/2 she can walk and all she wants is Dk😳) Khushi tries to get Dk's attention but he's not looking!
Ved: Hey brother.... Look at this....
There is a article about the court case and Anil and Sukanya think they are confident that they will win!!
Dk: Dont pay attention to this... There is no way they are going to win!!
Disha: Yes.. Dont pay attention to this non sense
Khushi keeps looking at Dk and is getting annoyed and busts out crying everyone is like whats the matter with her... People try asking her to come by them but she says no So Dk comes over and right away she goes by him...
Dk: I will go take a walk with her!! you guys stay here
Dk picks her up and they go for a little walk! Khushi goes to sleep on Dk's shoulder and he comes back in the house... Dk goes to put her to sleep but Khushi is holding on to his shirt really tight! He finally makes her let go and she starts crying and Dk has no other option but to take her with him and she goes to sleep next to him! 😛
2 weeks later:
The court date arrives and everyone is there in court except for V becuase he will pop up later on!
The defense starts their case 1st...
He tells everyone how this is all stupid and bogus and theres no point coming here because there is no proof that my clients committed murder etc....
Sukanya's lawyers brings all these witnesses and like they think that everything is going there way!! DIsha, Suhas, etc... are all sitting there and has no reaction because they know that everything's going to be in their favor
It is now the Prosicution's turn! Their lawyer starts saying these people tried to killed Vijendra so He brings up his 1st person Sukanya
Lawyer: Now Sukanya, you say that you didnt kill or try to kill Vijendra?
Sukanya: Of course not he was my husband's brother
Lawyer: Then on the day he got killed it was your car that hit him
Sukanya: How could it be? I dont even know how to drive and plus i was gone somewhere else!
Lawyer: Did you have any fights with him?
Sukanya: No we were all happy living together!
He justs keeps asking her questions and then he plays the tape and everyone listens to it Sukanya says that isnt me and shes just arguing
Lawyer: What if i told you that V was alive today and he explained what really happened that day?
Sukanya: Well he isnt is he?
Lawyer: Well suppose he was, would the things you said match with his!
Sukanya: (nervous😕) why yes! But he died so he cant
Lawyer: Okay you say since he's dead he cant, well i have one witness that testifies that you really did plan all of this!
Sukanya thinks this is Suhas but she's telling herself she wont be able to do anything!
Lawyer: My lord, i want Sukanya to stay up here and i want permission to bring my lasy and final witness and maybe all of this will end!!!!
Judge: You have my permission😉😊
Lawyer: Thank you! I want to bring in my last and final witness and that person is none other than Vijendra himself...
Sukanya and Anil's face are turn all different colors and they are like what the hell i thought we killed him, etc...
Lawyer: My lord, (he tells everything about V and what happened to him on that day and how he was in jail etc.. and Then V tells them the whole story)
After 1 hour break.. the Judge comes to a conclusion:
Judge: After listening to everything i hearby giving Sukanya and Anil Bhonsale Life in prison for attempted murder for Vijendra Bhonsale.)
Everyone is happy and crying @ the same time!!!!!!!! Dk, Disha, Suhas and V are all relieved!!!!!!!
Sukanya: YOu will pay for this!!!!! (She tells everybody(
Dk: You wont be able to do anything.. you will finally be in the place where you belong!!!!!!
The cops take them both away (anil and SUkanya) they are in different cells and Gargi sees them and is laughing @ Sukanya!!
Everyone goes home to Saigal house...
V: thank you very much Dk for everything!!!!!!!!
Disha: Dad are you going somewhere?
V: well now since they are both in jail.. the house is mine and i think we should go back!
Disha is sad but realizes what he said is true!!!! They pack up their stuff (V, suhas, g, and priya) and they head back to their home where they finally belong!! Disha and Dk help them and take them home.....
Afterwards Dk and Disha are going back home.. and Disha is crying in the car
Dk: DIsha i know you are upset but you know what dad said was right
Disha: Yes i know but everyone was under one roof!
Dk: Look we will go visit them everyday dont you worry!!
Disha: Yeah but it wont be the same.. these past couple of weeks i enjoyed so much because everyone was there! Now it will incomplete!!!!!
Dk: Incomplete? You have me, mom dad ved, sia, and the kids how many more people do you want?
Disha: Yes i know but i will miss them not staying with us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dk: Dont worry they will be happy!!!!
Disha (lies on his shoulder's in the car and they get home)
Sum: Is everything okay?
Dk: Yes ma.. they unpacked and everything is now okay!!
Sum: how about you Disha, are you okay?
Disha: Yes i am okay!!😃
Khushi comes behind dk and hugs him and she wants him to pick her up and Dhruv (Junior) comes and Disha picks him up! Dk sits on the couch with Khushi and she falls asleep again on Dk
Sum: You know Khushi is very attached to you!
Disha: yes she is daddy's little girl!!
Dk: And your point.... 😉
Disha: nothing
Dk: well look at Dhruv he's momma's boy!!
They just laugh
Ved and Sia' room
Sia: what do you want a boy or a girl?
Ved: I dont care.. what ever it maybe as long as it is healthy i dont care!
Sia: Me either! i want a healthy child too!
Ved: We are going to be parents before we know it!!!

Next day Sia goes for a little shopping and she notices that she is being followed by these guys she walks faster and faster and she's about to run but she bumps into someone really hard and its Ved
Ved: Sia what happened?
Sia: SOme guys are following me!

They guys just turn back the other way and Ved follows them he listens to their convo cuz they are on the phone
Person #1: Sorry maam your work couldnt be done.. Her husband came along...
Ved is like who's he talking to
#1: DOnt worry Porineeta Madam. you work will be done we will kill her!!!
Ved is hell of Shocked and tells Sia to go home and not coming out of the house and tells her that Pori is behind all of this..... He wants to her pay for deeds and gets an idea
Ved: (calls up Pori) Hello Pori!
Pori: Ved?? i cant believe it's you!!!!!!
Ved: I wanted to see you tonight!!!! will you join me?
Pori: really?? of course i will!!! What about SIa?
Ved: Dont worry about her!! she wont know anything!!!!
Pori is all happy!!!!! And thinking he's finally mine!!
Ved; My work here is done.. (talking to Sia)
Ved: Now wait and watch i am going to make her dance to my tunes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ved has an evil smile and Sia smiles too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
