Khushi was descending down the stairs with Payal, both of them hand in hand, when she felt that he was here somewhere and was watching her. She looked up and saw him with his arms folded and wearing Shalwar-kameez.

Khushi's POV

I saw him standing there, right next to the pillar with a group of people who I didn't give a second thought about and I felt goose bumps creep over my body. He was looking me lovingly and smirking. Why is he doing this to me? And he was wearing an off-white shalwar-kameez but as far as I'm aware he doesn't wear such clothes. Maybe I'm mistaken. Or was.

"Holy crap! Khushi whispered to herself while still ogling at Arnav. "Your guy is wearing eastern clothes. Pinch me?" I heard Payal whisper excitedly too.

"My guy? And really, is this the first time?" I asked confused. I was aware that he was still looking.

"First time in years. Haha, look at Anjali she is still looking at him in shock. Khushi you're not freaking out? Doesn't he look hot? I mean you are so lucky to have such a hot husband." Payal said nudging me with her elbow. What a shameless bride!

"What? Husband? He isn't my husband." I said hiding my blush.

"Yet." Payal said. She smiled and kept looking at the not so fruitful floor.

"And yes he kind of looks good and I guess I am lucky." I mumbled.

Arnav's POV

She was descending down the stairs, she looked amazing. She looked so royal and...I have no words. I guess I just got lucky with falling in love. She kept glancing at me from time to time. I just couldn't help but smile. And I know proposing her now was too early but I can't help it any more. I simply can't stay away and let this chance slip out of my grip.

She was positioned there with Payal, I smiled at her slightly but Payal quickly made a wall between me and her. I couldn't see her. And after a while Payal took her some where.

I started feeling uncomfortable in these clothes, just wanted to take them off and wear something comfortable but Payal said that she liked guys in eastern clothes so I'm suffering this only for her. Well after a few minutes I thought of finding Khushi and telling her what I needed her to hear from me. I passed by the kitchen when I saw her there fiddling with her sari. Why was she nervous? Did Payal tell her?

"Do you want me to take her to the poolside?" I heard Payal from the back. Almost close to startle me.

"No, I have another plan." I said while taking out a blind fold.

"What the hell?" I saw Payal's eyes widen.

"Just let me do what I want to." I said advancing towards the main switch board. I switched the main lights off and asked Payal to switch them back on after I take her to the poolside.

I walked up to a frightened Khushi in the kitchen. Put a hand on her mouth, as usual. Every time we meet, I kind of end up placing a hand on her mouth. She tried to wriggle out of my grip but I had kept a firm hold on her. I quickly wrapped the blind fold on and took her to the poolside in a swift movement.

Nobody's POV

He removed his hand from her mouth and placed it on her waist and his other hand was on the back of her head to open the blindfold.

"Who is it? If you don't tell me then I'll start screaming. No jokes." Khushi said. He tried to suppress his chuckle. Why the hell was she so cute? He thought. With out making any sound he opened the blindfold and at the exact moment the lights were switched on. Khushi looked at him as her eyes widened. It was him and so close to her. Her heart beat started rising.

"Hi." Arnav said smirking.

"What are you doing and why'd you bring me here?" Khushi asked trying to get away from his hold.

"First stop moving. I ain't letting you go ever. Second I was missing you." Arnav said softly.

It seemed like all the blood on her body had been sucked by her cheeks which had become tomato-ketchup red. Arnav noticed this and smiled.

"I love how that happens." Arnav mumbled.

"What happens?" Khushi managed to say. He looked at her intensely and went close to her right ear.

"This thing that happens with your cheeks and your nose every single time I'm near you." He whispered while flicking her nose. Khushi's eyes widened like the shape of wheels.

"I... need to go. Payal must be..." Khushi got cut off by Arnav.

"She won't be finding you for a while. So don't worry." Arnav said shrugging his shoulders.

She looked at him with her big brown eyes and he looked back with love. He had started to close the gap between them when she interrupted again.

"Koyi ajaye ga." Khushi whispered with all the power left in her. Her Hindi accent was driving him crazy. She was so perfect and cute!

"Ane dou" Arnav whispered back leaning in closer second by second.

"Arnav please I..." Khushi said. Arnav backed up and looked at her in anger.

"Then when should I do this to you?" Arnav pretended and gritted his teeth.

"I don't know. I want to go downstairs." Khushi said not meeting his gaze.

"But I know." Arnav said with a smirk. Khushi still didn't look up at him.

"Shadi kerlo muje say." Just as Arnav said that Khushi's eyes shot up to him. It was like Khushi's heart did this somersault which created a weird sensation in her stomach.

"What?" Khushi asked in stunned.

"In what sense did you say 'what' in? Is it because you didn't understand Hindi or is it in state of shock?" Arnav asked in his husky tone.

"I...umm..." Khushi didn't know what to say.

"Khushi I want you to marry me. I can't take it anymore. In school I couldn't ask you to marry me because of our age but not in our appropriate ages I want you, I want you to be mine Forever and ever. When I heard you were going to England forever, I wanted to stop you but I couldn't. When you came back God gave me a second chance. Khushi I don't believe in God, I had forgotten what love was but when God gave me a second chance I took advantage. I did what I felt like. I don't care if other people are going to joke around all I know is that I have you with me. I love you Khushi, marry me please?" Arnav said all by his heart.

Tears had formed in Khushi's eyes. She just threw her arms around him.

"I love you too Arnav. You have no idea how happy I am. I just...don't know how to express it all that's inside me." Khushi said hugging him tighter.

"Sshh...Khushi. I love you more. Don't cry." Arnav said as he patted her back.

Khushi broke the hug slowly and looked at him. Arnav wiped her tears away.

"I will never give you chance to waste these again." Arnav said with a smile.

The whole night he kept looking at her. He followed her every where she went which didn't go unnoticed by Anjali and Akash. Anjali was sure and so she told Nani as well but Akash didn't have a clue but he knew that something was fishy!

They both were finally happy with each-other. Both had what they had wanted. He couldn't take his eyes off her. She shyly looked and smiled from time to time. It was almost 10 the guest had started to leave only family members were left. Khushi was busy in helping Payal's mother with the Haldi trays. She was talking to Payal with a bowl of Haldi in her hand. Khushi looked at the table behind her to see if she has missed anything and just then she collided with Arnav.

"Ouch"- Khushi said. "Can't you..." -She stopped right then as she realized it was Arnav.

"Oh it's you... I'm so sorry. I...SHIT!" She screamed.

Arnav was just looking at her in admiration but he was brought out of this trance when Khushi screamed. He followed her eyes and saw his shirt drained with all Haldi.

"I'm extremely sorry Arnav. I didn't mean it. Let me clean." she said but she saw him looking at her in anger. She looked back at him. She had seen the same look in his eyes when the first met and he misbehaved with her.

"I...I...didn't..." Khushi began but he started walking towards her. She took simultaneous steps backwards. Soon she bumped into the pillar.

"Ye kya kiya tum nay?" Arnav said in his husky voice.

DHAK DHAK. DHAK DHAK.

Khushi's heart beat had once again started to rise to its extremes.

"Wo...mene...I wasn't looking...and I...so..Sorry." Khushi said cautiously.

Arnav grabbed her from her waist and pulled her towards him. He took some Haldi which was on his shirt and flicked Khushi's nose with it. She flinched a bit with his action. Her eyes had widened and she looked at him. With the look on Khushi's face he couldn't take it anymore and his lips turned into a curve. Khushi looked at him confused.

"Why...are you..sm..iling?" Khushi asked hesitantly.

"Because you are adorable." Arnav said as if it was matter of fact.

"But what about the shirt?" -Khushi said.

"It can always be washed." -Arnav said with a wink. He hadn't failed to surprise Khushi for once. Her eyes widened again and he smirked.

He bent down and he kissed her cheek. But before he could kiss her somewhere else his phone ringed.

"Dammit." Arnav whispered. Khushi smiled and ran away. He just smiled at her child like behavior. He attended his call... "What?" Arnav said.

"But Aman I told you to cancel everything. I need to be with my family." Arnav explained while clenching his teeth.

"Fine. You know actually book three more tickets and make it a week." Arnav said with a smirk on his face.

"But sir...?" Aman said.

"Just do as I say." Arnav said. He disconnected the call and looked at Khushi who was laughing with Payal and everybody else.

Hey, an update after a all time! But seriously after the new magazine pictures of Barun, I was died. :| So yeah.. :P Hope you like it and comment too. Appreciates me! ^_^
