Chapter-26

Chaahat leaned forward and gave a sweet wet peck on taani's face…Sharon was looking at the two and was smiling all the time seeing chaahat's antics.. chaahat continued " eh bhi aap k liye .. paapa k taraf se" chaahat said chuckling

" eh tum kya bol rahi ho chaahat huhh??" taani asked holding chaahat close to her

" mammah .. paapa ne abhi chaahat ko call kiya tha… hum donom khoob saari batein ki.. aur mammah apko pata hai… voh yahaan aa raha hai…"

"KYAAA??" taani and Sharon exclaimed in chorus

Sharon walked upto taani and chaahat and bent down to chaahat " chaahat ye tum kya bol rahi ho?? Rey yahan aa raha hai??"

"haa chaahat …. Bolo …" taani asked

" mamma …. Sharon aunty aap donom aise kyu behave kar rahe ho.. is me darne ki kya baat hai… paapa chaahat ko milne yaahan aa raha hai.. problem kya hai???" chaahat asked with the most innocent and cute frown

"chaahat.. why did you tell paapa to come here huhhh??? You only wanted to come here na??? aur ab kya hua??? Huhhh"..taani was really angry now at chaahat.. it was her fear that was converted in anger … she didn't want yet another argument between swayam and rey…she didn't want the situation to be worsened …. Her mind was now in full chaos…

she squeezed chaahats hand in anger…. she was totally angry at chaahat now… chaahats tender cheeks started getting red … her frown was slowly being changed into sobs although the drops still didn't come out of her eyes…she started taking short breaths in while whining through her nose ,those were her intial step towards crying… she couldn't hold it when her mom was shouting at her … but taani continued to blame chaahat .

[don't blame taani guys.. it happens na??? when mom's get frustrated they show that to their daughters.. isn't it??? .. I have experienced that …n I treasure that , That s just because they are soo close….bonded from the womb…. So don't blame taani…]

Sharon noticed chaahat at the verge of bursting out..she caressed chaahats face and got her from taani's hold towards herself

"chaahat .. shona…rote nahi … mammah pareshan hai na beta …." Sharon assured chaahat cupping her cheeks … the beautiful doll nodded her head still making moans through her nose…

just then swayam entered the kitchen holding rehan in his arms …seeing taani rehan started leaning from swayams arms giggling and stretching his small arms to taani showing his toothless jaw while smiling…..

"champ.. tume bui k paas jana hai … "swayam stroked rehans cheeks with his nose as he walked towards taani..

"bu.. fu.. bu.. ii"rehan made several attempts to speak sending puffs of air out of his toothless jaws,as he stretched his arms to taani .. taani couldn't help but smile seeing rehaan's failed attempt…. she took rehaan from swayams arms and cuddled him

chaahat was getting jealous more than sad now .. her mom who was angry with her a minute ago is now smiling and playing with rehaan…. Everyone is looking at rehaan… she lifted her head up to see swayam , Sharon and taani playing with rehaan….holding his arms..holding his small legs... stroking his cheeks…' mujhe koi dekhta bhi nahi …. '

she waited for one more second for someone to notice her .. but everyone was engrossed in rehaans struggle to speak… she ran from the kitchen .. sobbing hard … ran to the bed room and jumped onto the bed and hid her head in between the pillows and started sobbing …

'mamma chaahat pe itna gussa kiya… koi chaahat ko dekhta hi nahi … sabko rehaan rehaan hi chahye ….' She pouted her cute pink lips in between her sobs… mmm … mmm… she continued moaning through her nose when her eyes caught sight of taani's phone … she pressed the button remembering what she did a few hours ago….the call was connected and rey spoke from the other end

" haa taani … you spoke to chaahat ??… we spoke some 1 hour back…."

" taani.. naiii chaahat haiii" chaahat managed to say in between her sobs

"re meri princess ro rahi hai… kya hua ..[a little pamper was enough for her to increase the volume of her sobs …so as to earn more affection...]chup ho ja…princess… kya hua… bolo…" rey was getting nervous now but chaahat wanted her paapa to pamper her more so she continued sobbing

"paapa … yaahan koi chaahat ko dekhta hi nahi.. sab ko bas rehan ki parva hai …. Mamma ko bhi…."

"re .. nahi chaahat…." before he could continue she interrupted again " aap nahi jaante … aap ko nahi pataaa… aisa hi haiii…" she increased the volume of her sobs…now taking long breaths whistling through her nose

"tum aise kyu bol rahi ho gudiya.. kisi ne aap se kuch kaha kya??…. Huhh??" rey asked softly

"kehne ki zarrorat nai hai… sab aisae behave karte hai….chaahat alone hai…paapa "

"pehle tum rona band karo gudiya… paapa feels bad when you cry baby … chup ho ja princess"

"mmm" she gave a moan … a first indication to stop sobbing

"ab bolo kya hua??? Puri baat batao .. maama ne aapko daanta ???"

"mmm …mammah chaahat ko daanta ,aapko yaahan bulane k liye… aur hands squeeze bhi kiya [OOO….OOO]…bohooot gussa kar rahi thi… [OOO]chaahat dar gayi[OOO]…" she listed out her complaints one by one while sobbing in between …

"meri gudiya ko daanta…huhh???"

"haaa"chaahat replied enjoying fatherly pampering

"meri princess pe gussa kiya???"

" haa haaa"

"meri chaahat ko hurt kiya"

" haa haa haaa"

"kahan hai apki mummah??? Phone do usse … dekhti hu … badi ayi meri chaahat ko daantne"

Just then taani came into the room "chaahat .. why did you run from there …"

"auuu paapa … mamma aa gayi phone rakhti hu… warna phir se maamaa gussa karegi… bye…" chaahat said in the most feeble voice possible and cut the call and threw the phone on the bed and hid her head back in between the pillows…

BEEP.. BEEP….. BEEPP… the phone continued beeping on the bed .. chaahat shut her eyes hard seeing reys name flashing on the screen while peeping out from the pillows to see taani's reaction…. Taani bent down and picked the call

" chaahat tum ne call kyu cut kiya??" came reys voice from the other end .chaahat was peeping out from the pillows…. taani looked towards chaahat from the corner of her eyes while chaahat hid back ..

"chaahat nahi mein hu.." taani replied

"taani…. "

" ha rey …."

Chaahat peeped out again…

" you scolded my princess huhhh??" rey asked from the other end … taani looked towards chaahat and went and sat by her side ..

" tum kuch bol kyu nahi rahi ho??"rey asked again.. "tum meri gudiya pe gussa kiya??" rey asked again while taani snaked her hand through the bed and grabbed chaahat 's ear softly…

"AAUUU PAAAPAAA.. mamma meri kaan pakad rahi haiii" chaahat yelled through the phone in a jump as she hugged taani leaning towards her ear where she held the phone…both rey and taani couldn't hold but smile at chaahat's antics… chaahat saw taani smiling and leaned more towards her ear and grabbed the phone while she made her seat on her mamma's lap… " paapa … muahhh …" taani snaked her arms round chaahat and placed her head near chaahat's shoulder….

" muaahhh princess .. ab mammah ko phone do..."

"kyu???... mujhe baat nahi karna….. "chaahat pouted her lips while taani stroked chaahats ear with her nose .. "auuu mamma its tickling….." she jumped down from taani's lap to the bed… rey was enjoying hearing chaahat… "mamma se kuch zaroori batein karni hai beta .. phone do mamma ko …"

"teek hai .. muahhh…. Bye paapa…." She handed over the phone to taani as she slid down the bed and ran away……

There was an awkward silence after chaahat left…. Finally rey broke the silence

"kaisi ho tum taani??" he asked softly

"kaisi hogi aapke bina….."she said as she shut her wet eyes ….if silence could speak then they were speaking their heart out … there was no need for any words ….

"taani …tum kyu ro rahi ho.. you didn't hear what our baby called me??...[she shut her eyes hard suppressing her pain]… vo.. vo.. mujhe paapa …[he was also struggling for words now]..sh…she.. accepted .. me…. she accepted me taani…[a soft smile formed on their lips whilst their sobs]…"

"ha rey….she is very happy .."

"aur tum??"

She smiled in between her sobs .. "mein khush hu chaahat k liye .. hamare liye… but rey….bhagwan ne aisa kyu kiya , kyu bhagwan ne is khushi k saath usse bhi bada gam diya???...kyu hum donom ko phir se alag kar diya……"he shut his lids as the salty drops assembled themselves beneath his lashes…

"taani … but this would not have been possible if chaahat was here … so God does everything with some purpose … shayad hume alag karne k peeche bhi koi vaja hoga…"

"mumma….. " chaahat ran inand jumped onto the bed .. taani turned towards the side to wipe out her tears before chaahat could notice

"mamma.. chaahat ko neend aa rahi hai…" she leaned towards taani's ear towards the phone and spoke "paapa aap mamma se baad mein baat kijiye .. abhi chaahat ko sona hai…"

"taani we will speak tomorrow … chaahat may be sleepy,aaj bohot ro rahi thi na.. so.. you both sleep… tum chinta na karo … sab teek hoga…."he said in assurance

"hmm " she replied while he cut the call…. Taani laid down next to chaahat massaging chaahats forehead while chaahat hugged taani round her belly…….. soon both fell asleep……

I know this chapter didn't have any further improvement in the story… but guys I was dreaming this scene yesterday, whole day .. whole day I was giggling in between imagining the scene ….i could see my chaahat in my mind , pouting … peeping from amidst the pillows… I couldn't hold…. I thought I will just write it .. may be you also find it enjoyable… don't know…. Just wrote it randomly….Sorry if it was a time waste …
