Arnav's care of Khushi was long due and he is distraught at his callous behavior for distrusting Khushi, who was innocent all along, which led to her suicide attempt.

Like the way NK is taking control and trying to be the support, this family needs at this moment. That was not surprising, because I always felt that behind his naughty smile, there was one hell of a guy who could shoulder responsibility very well. Arnav trust NK too

What the hell is Shyam up to now? It is high time; this man is exposed and punished.
