He entered his suite, very exhausted. It was a very busy day, after he talked to Khushi, he went to the office. He held a three meetings with the different departments' heads to figure out the reasons of the problem that they were facing and how to solve it.

Then, he spent the afternoon hours searching on the net about some unique ways to celebrate someone birthday. He coucluded from the several posts that he read that some girls like sweet gesture such as being the first one wishing them a happy birthday at 12:00 more than anything else. He was sure that Khushi was belonging to this girl's category. But for sure it well not be enough, he also liked the idea of taking her in a yacht trip that someone recommand, it was the most suitable one for him and he was sure that she will like it

In the evening, he discussed few things with AR's Mumbai branch's manager before he went to the small party that one of his business partner arranger as he heard that he was in Mumbai. And finally he returned back to the hotel, to his suite, to take the much needed rest.

There still many things he have to do here. He don't know how he will finish all his work tomorrow, but he should do it !.

He took his phone, and found 2 message from "chatterbox".. One reminding him to have his dinner, and the other reminding him of his medicine time.

He was happy that she still care about him and his health, though knew that she was angry after their phone conversation this afternoon.

It was the lunch time, and he was engrossed in his discussion with the financial analyst. His silent phone kept lighting in front of him, and he read "Chatterbox". It was distracting him from focusing in what the analyst was saying. So he took the phone inside his pocket. The buzzing of the phone that he was feeling, wasn't allowing him to concentrate again. For a moment, he thought that something bad happened to her or one of his family member and that why she was non-stop calling him.

He paused the meeting and went out of the meeting room. He answered the call and asked her with concern: " Khushi ?! Is everything Ok ?!"

she replied: "Why you did not answer earlier ! I have called you about 20 times !"..

" don't play with my nerve and tell me quickly, is very thing Ok!"

" Don't worry Arnav ji, Every thing is fine .. I just called you to know if you had your lunch !? and also to remind you about the medicine time!"

His jaw clinched and he said: " You called me 20 times just for that ! And I left the important meeting just to hear that!"

" Ermm.. yes !"

He instantly ended the call in anger. And returned back to meeting room. Again he felt the phone buzzing till he turned it off in anger.

After the meeting finished, he turned on his phone, and few seconds later, Khushi was calling him. He replied and said: " What the hell you are doing Khushi!. I told you that I was in an important meeting! why you were calling me again! Why are acting like a child?! If I didn't answer your call you should know that I'm busy with some important thing!. Do you know that I left the meeting room for the first time in my life, just to hear you reminding me about the lunch time!!"

Tooot .. Tooot .. was what he heard as she ended the call.

He tried to call her when he realized that he was harsh with her, she called him for him, as he asked her to. He was in a bad mood , the matter was more complicated than what he had expect! And the employees were giving him contradictory statements ! He called her but she did not replied. He decided to leave her alone till the evening so that she will calmed down, and he will do his work peacefully.

He sat on the Sofa, and called her, but there was no reply, again. He realized that she was still upset.

He walked to his unpacked bag, took his towel, and went to the bathroom to take a shower before going to sleep to take a rest after this pressed day and to prepare himself for more pressed day.

He was having his breakfast when he heard the e-mail notification.

He opened the e-mail and start reading it:

Dear my mysterious friend,

How are you? I hope that you are fine.

I will start my e-mail with a happy news :D.! I just talked with bua ji and she told me that Bau ji state has improved, he start uttering some words more clearly than before, and his body is responding very well to the treatment!.. Devi mayia ka lakh lakh sukar..:) I wanted to talk to him but Bua ji told me that he was still asleep. I cannot wait for the afternoon to talk to him. :). I missed him, Amma and bua ji a lot.. I wished if they are with me.. Specially, tomorrow..

Coming to Arnav ji . As if he was reading my mind, he called me yesterday morning! I don't know from where he got my number, I forgot to ask him!. :S

Anyway, he told me that he will return back within few days but he didn't specify. Then I told him about the glucose tablet and he told me that he will buy it, but actually I don't know if he buy it or not! And I will be able to know!

I will not talk to that Rakshas anymore! I'm angry at him! xo

In fact, I was angry, but after I thought about it , I realized that I was annoying too, and what he said was justified, but still I won't talk to him ;/ . He over reacted to what I did and myself respect won't allow me to talk to him, at least for one day :|..

I'm sure that you wonder what happen ! well, he asked me to call him and remind him about his medicine time so I called him. He did not answer, and I kept calling him, I called him about 20 times and finally he answered, I told him that it was his medicine time and he asked me angrily if that was why I had called him 20 times and made him leave his "Important meeting" and as I said yes, he hung up the call :o.. Then I called him and again till he turned off his phone. I didn't give up, and after about two hours, I called and he replied, and instead of me scolding him for hanging up the call, he scolded me badly because of my calls :(.. I was hurt, I felt that I had annoyed him, and that I'm behaving like a child. He then called me several times but I did not reply, and I will not reply till he come back. Though I'm not angry anymore, but he should be punished : /!

When will he come back :(! . It was just one day but I think that I'm missing him. Everything around me is reminding me of him. In the morning I remember all the time he offered me a drop to the college, during the meals time the dining table remind me of him, at the evening, I remember all the time when he came to my room without knocking the door :x , roses, his room, Anjali ji & Nani ji talking about him.. Everything is reminding me of him.

Ermm.. Though I didn't want anyone to know about it as it was embarrassing, but I cannot hide it from you! The taxi driver who drove me to my college yesterday, heard me when I was talking to Arnav ji! And you know what! He thought that I was talking to my husband! Devi Mayia, I was really really embarrassed.

I also want to talk to you about 8^th Jan . which is tomorrow '. I think that It will be better to talk about it tomorrow it self. : )

P.S: I'm still waiting for an e-mail from you, at least to know that you are fine !

He was happy to read about the improvement in her Bau ji health. And he felt bad for her when she said that she wish if they are with her tomorrow, on her birth day. But he will be with her and he will try his best to not make her feel that there is anything wrong or missing, he promised himself.

When she start talking about him, he was smiling! He was relieved that she wasn't angry at him anymore, and that she was not answering his call just because she think that he should be "punished". He hated himself for a moment for making her feel that she is annoying him or something like that, but he just that in anger.

A warm smile played on his lips as he read her confessing that she missed him. He was pleased that he was in her mind all the time. It feels good and it give him another sign that she "loves him"

His smile turned to a grin reading what the taxi driver had said! He felt a strange feeling swept over him as he has been referred as her husband. She is taking care about him as if she was his wife, and he too was pampering her, getting jealous, talking to her freely as if he was her husband. It seems that he in an about a week, changed his view about marriage. He shacked his head as he felt that it was too early to even think about marriage. " Let her give her feeling a name at first" he told himself.

He wondered, why she did not tell her mysterious friend that tomorrow is her birthday! Why she doesn't seem excited for tomorrow at all, he expected to read some of her previous birthdays memories, but there was no even a mentioning of a birthday. He kept wondering until his phone rang to interrupt his thought.

Unfortunately, he hadn't finished his work! There still some work to do In Mumbai and the problems hasn't been fully solved!

He should stay in Mumbai, but he cannot stay because it was an important day for Khushi! He took his decision! He will return back to Delhi tonight, and will come to Mumbai again tomorrow late at night. He will do anything but not leave Khushi alone on her birthday, especially that she was missing her parents.

The jet will depart at 10:30 pm, and it was 9. He was working on his laptop as he wanted to exploit as much as possible of the time.

His phone rang and it was his Di. She used to call him, chat with him, and tell him what was going on the Raizada Mansion while he wasn't there ' every time he traveled or went in a business trip.

He answered the call, and they talked about many different things. She talked about the family's members latest news, when she was talking about Payal she said:

" Chotte, I'm feeling bad for Khushi ji .. Poor girl!"

As he heard Khushi name with "bad" and "poor" he felt a sting on his heart. He straightened his back and all his attention was paid to his sister: " Kh..Khushi ?!"

" Ya Chottee, Khushi ji!.. Payal Bhabi told me that tomorrow is Khushi ji's birthday, I was happy to hear that and I thought of surprising Khushi by making a birthday party. But then Payal Bhabi told me that this cannot happened! Because it's Khushi's real parent death anniversary too!"

He was shocked, he was numb for many long moments..

" Poor girl!, Payal Bhabi told me that the Guptas were silently wishing every year to celebrate her birthday, but they never did as they feel that Khushi will not like the idea as it was her real parent death day too!"

His sister start talking about another topic, but his mind was frozen in the new fact that he came to knew about Khushi! His felt a heaviness in his chest, and his heart was pleading for Khushi.

Parent death anniversary is one of the saddest days! He know because he face this every year! It's a day which is devoted to remember how they died, how he felt seeing their corpse, how he and his sister suffered after their death and remembering all the times they wished if they were there..

He couldn't imagine what is Khushi's feeling when her real parent death anniversary coincide her birthday! He squeezed his eyes shut, he was waiting for his sister to finish his talk, he was not in a mood to hear or talk about anything else!.

When she ended the call, he leaned his head back. He was thinking about what he should do after this new facts! Obviously, he cannot celebrate her birthday, she will not be able to enjoy!. Should he go and console her! He don't know if it will work, people reaction varies in these situations!.

He sighed and admitted to himself! He don't want to go and see Khushi sad and depressed! He cannot see her like that! Just imagining her state made his eyes moist and stab his heart, what will happened when he will saw her! He always avoid consoling his Di in their parents' death anniversary because he cannot tolerate seeing her sad. And now, he cannot see Khushi like that too.

He sighed and took his phone, he called Rahul, his assistant in Mumbai, and asked him to cancel the flight of tonight. Then called Aman and asked him to cancel everything he asked him to prepare for tomorrow.

It was 12:30 am, he was lied down on the bed. He couldn't sleep. How could he after hearing what his Di said about Khushi! How could he sleep knowing that Khushi is sad!. He was questioning himself if he did right by running away from this situation ?!??!?? ?. a big part of him was telling him that he should be with her, she may need him as her Amma and bau ji wasn't with her! But he console himself with Payal, Her sister, she will be there for her!

His thought interrupted by the e-mail notification. His eyes narrowed as he was surprised to hear the e-mail notification at this late hour! He took his phone, open the e-mail, feeling that it will be describing how she feels now, and talking about her dead parent.
