Great update! You stopped there to keep us guessing. Is she pregnant or was it her cancer? If she is pregnant she will have to get rid of the baby because of her treatment and Yash will probably be angry with her. Thats when Sunita and Aman will tell Yash about the cancer and he is the one she loved for 12 years but Yash wont have time to apologise and confess. Thats my prediction anyway and maybe thats why Aartis parents lied to Yash and said she died. Can't wait to see what the real story is.
