What arnav though about the way he reacted when khushi said those words. I like it was a bit of guilt but still the anger he always has. But why didn't khushi think that I'm sure it's not the first time she heard someone say something about women. Just like it's not the first time for him. This story is mainly about Arnav's journey to the top rather than Khushi's however this point about how men have behaved with Khushi AND Payal in the past will be touched upon in later chapters.
