She was fondly remembering his almost-smiles, when the tips of his lips used to seem like they will curve up any moment. Very rarely she got to see that thing, like when he cracked a particular hard-looking deal with Mrs.Mishra's company,in a matter of few minutes. Well, not everyone could remain unaffected by his charms, she thought, even she wasn't an exception. But she wasn't just smitten by his charming aura. She wanted to reach to him, to make a place in his heart, where she would then live forever. She knew, if ever he would love, he would love with his complete being.
And it became true, isn't it?? she smiled again,almost mocking herself.
But there were times when she could see that smile for her and her only. Well, atleast she thought so. She recalled with a wary smile, that day when she was adjusting his tie, so that he could relax, for a moment she thought he too was lost in her eyes, the way she used to get lost in his, every damn time.
Labon se aake choo de apne lab zara,

Hell, she couldn't remember a time when she was not attuned to him. Anything for him, for him to spend some of his time with her, for him to give that almost smile to her...she could give every ounce of her life to see those eyes looking for her, waiting for her.
Aisa hota hai khayalon mein aksar
Tujhko sochu to mehek jaati hu
Meri rooh mein bassi hai teri khushbu
Tujhko choo lu to behek jaati hu
There came a time when she saw that longing in his eyes. That anxiety in his voice. That relief when she was around. He wasn't still laughing or smiling, but his eyes used to twinkle, especially when around her .And again,she was dis-illusioned enough to think it was for her, because of her, thought Lavanya with a painful smile. It was because Chamkili was always with her. Why she couldn't see it earlier, because she was getting what she wanted. In one year of their relationship, it was only after Chamkili's arrival that she got to see those reactions in him. And she allowed herself to think that finally her love was reciprocated.
Yes, she still loves him. Those few moments of disillusion are still her life-support, they make her go , day to day, hour to hour, minute to minute.

Koi to jadoo hai, tu muskura
Jahan bhi hai tu muskura
Her love might not be complete, but she was happy. She din't need to meet them or see them to know the depth of their love. Infact she was the first one to know, this time she smiled with a twinkle in her eyes, she knew even before them.
And now the only thing she wants is for them to smile, always. Especially Him.
