So, first things first. This is actually going to be a short scene based off of this concept that I had in mind.. I'm not sure if I'm going to start the FF but Khushi wanted an OS and so i figured, why not write a scene out to see what it becomes?

This is my life. My godforsaken life, She thought bitterly staring at the bland white ceiling trying to avoid the annoying bright lights. What happened to my life? Shaking her head, she forced herself to sit up on the bed ignoring the pain that shot up her arm as she pushed herself up. Beep. Beep. Beep. She groaned at the constant noise that the defribilator created. First it had made it impossible for her to get some sleep, now it was making it impossible for her to think clearly about everything that had happened. She was sitting in a hospital room injured and she had no idea how or why. Closing her eyes, she just sighed. Where was he? An image of a very handsome man around the age of 24, with dark brown hair and light brown eyes popped in her mind. Sahil. That's what he had introduced himself as. High school drop out, employed at Starbucks, lives with his Uncle. But that wasn't the truth, which she had learned a couple days ago. All she really knew was that, he had lied. He was not who he claimed to be. He was someone else but she never got the chance to speak to him. As soon as she found out about the truth, he had disappeared leaving her a mysterious note in her mailbox.
[Who knewI'd get to know you so well? Who knew I'd want more than friendship? But that's dangerous. Very dangerous. For me, and for you. Goodbye Kripa Sharma. It was nice knowing you.
-Your 'Coffee Man' ]
The door swung open interrupting Kripa's thought process and in stepped the one and only, 'Coffee Man'. She looked at him shocked. Here he was 2 weeks later, strolling into the hospital room wearing a black leather jacket and black jeans instead of the usual half sleeved shirt and ripped jeans. His hair was no longer disheveled and it definitely did not look unwashed. It was perfectly combed back with gel and he had a slight smirk on his face, replacing the friendly, apologetic smile he had always kept on his face since she had met him. Clearing his throat to snap her out of her reverie, he grabbed the uncomfortable hospital chair and pulled it near her bed so he could sit.
"How are you Kripa?" He asked simply crossing his arms across his chest. She opened her mouth to respond but nothing came out. Who the hell is this man? She thought almost horrified.
"First tell me what the hell I should call you." She snapped without meaning to causing him to raise an eyebrow surprised.
"Coffee Man should be alright." He chuckled leaning forward on his knees. She stared into his light brown eyes searching for that same warmth and helplessness that she had related to. The reason she had extended a hand of friendship. But she saw none of that anymore. His eyes showed absolutely no emotion. They seemed almost, empty. Shaking his head at her unresponsiveness, quite shocked at the transformation, he decided to continue talking.
"I'm Angad Khanna. That's what you can call me." She nodded slowly trying to understand every single word he spoke.
"You're so different." She muttered softly. Then she saw it. A flicker of emotion. It was pain. His eyes softened and so did his posture. He leaned back in the chair, head hung almost in shame. "Who are you? What are you? You lied to me didn't you? About everything.." Kripa choked out, wanting to lock herself in the bathroom and just let it all out. All the suppressed emotions she had within her. A gasp escaped from her mouth when he shook his head in 'yes'.
"My Uncle will tell you everything Kripa. Please don't take this the wrong way. I'm not sure what you think of me right now but i'm not wrong. I promise. I never was." He looked up at her and gently caressed her hand with his, sending a jolt of electricity through her. "I never meant to develop such strong feelings for you Kripa. I didn't mean to. If I hadn't, I wouldn't have had to leave. But I have to. I've put everything in so much danger. It's not right. It's not possible." He stated shaking his head pulling his hand away as if it hurt too much to touch her. So, she took the initiative. She grabbed his hand in hers and squeezed.
"Angad." She said, finding it odd to call him something else other than 'Sahil'. "Why is this so complicated? Why are you so secretive?" He shook his head moving her hand so it was back on the bed. Just as he about to speak, something buzzed. He patted his pocket and pulled out his phone. Replacing the old Nokia, he now sat there holding an Iphone. As soon as he put the phone back in his pocket, he was back to being emotionless. He clenched his jaw and stood up.
"I have to go Kripa. Take care of yourself. It was nice knowing you. Goodbye." He said formally stuffing his hands into his pockets, stopping himself from running to her and pulling her into a tight hug. From telling her how much he loved her. A look of panic crossed Kripa's face as she watched him take a step backwards still staring at her. Involuntarily, she rose a hand towards him, vision blurred with unshed tears. Upon that, he froze. He felt rooted to the ground, transfixed on her hand waiting for him to grab it. Oh what the hell. You're leaving anyway Angad, he thought before rushing over to her and pulling her into a hug. He pulled her away to stare at her, to memorize her beautiful face. Her beautiful big brown eyes that seemed to be staring right into your soul. Gently framing her face in his hands, he pressed his forehead with hers and blew out a painful breath. Kripa bit her lip holding back the tears that threatened to escape. She so desperately wanted to tell him to stay but something told her that he couldn't. He couldn't stay. She closed her eyes slowly as she felt his lips brush hers. He pressed a little harder and kissed her quickly before turning around and walking away as fast as he could without looking back.
