I loved this update. It was a trip down memory lane that showed Kushi how important she is to Arnav. Loved that he has a hobby other than making money! I wonder when he will tell her he wants her to be with him forever? Or will he? Because he hasn't really said anything, yet, has he? So she doesn't know for sure.

Part 32 (A)

Arnav Khushi reached Shantivan . Khushi was still confused as throughout the drive Arnav was busy arranging Mohan their driver to go and pick up Nandkishore from the airport , and then was busy with Amanji taking details about their meeting to be held the next day.

Now they were sitting in the hall of Shantivan with other family members , and her jiji was too there. It seemed like everybody knew who is Nandkishore , except her , even she too knew a Nandkishore , yes her buaji's Nandkishore , but then who is this Nandkishore who is coming by flight.

All were happy with the news of Nandkishore being coming and were chatting among themselves , when the door bell rand and mamiji , stood up all excited followed by the rest . It was within seconds that Mamiji without even giving touch up to her make up rushed to the main door , leaving behind HP to open the door. Khushi stood their still confused and didn't even realized when Arnav came and stood beside her. Arnav looked at his Mami and her antic and then at Khushi who was looking all confused , yet a bit excited to see who is this Nandkishore is. He wanted to tell her , who he is , but then it would be fun if she got to know , this crazy bro of his by her own , so he kept quiet and enjoyed her confusion.

Mamiji opened the door and shrieked

"Nk babua !!!" and within seconds the guy was enveloped in a tight hug and that's when Khushi heard his voice

"Maasi ji !!!!!!"

Mami relieved him from the hug and pulling his cheek said

"Humre NK babua kitna big hogaye hai , and kitna thin bhi' Hello Hi Bye ! Bye!" [My NK babua has become so big and so thin.]

"Maasi ji ' your Hello Hi Bye Bye , uff and then maasi ji dubla toh hona hi tha aakhir lakriyan duble patle lakro ko hi pasand karti hai' just like Akash and Nanav."

"Lakri or Lakra nahi Nk bhai ! Ladki aur Ladka !" said Anjali smilingly and went towards the door to welcome this Nandkishore.

"Di !!!!!! wooo Sorry merri hindi thodi bad hai , but yaha rehkar for sure I will learn it , by the way Di I missed you soo much" and with this he engulfed her into a hug , making Anjali giggle a little bit more.

"Nk bhai humne bhi aapko aur aapke hindi ko bahut miss kiya." [Nk bhai I also missed u and ur hindi a lot.]

That was when finally Khushi got to see Nandkishore aka NK and understood that he was their brother too. She smiled seeing the bond Nk shared with Mami and Anjali ji .

Nk came out from the hug and went to Naniji , touched her feet and then hugged her too , while Naniji blessed him , then he shifted to mamaji and did the same thing calling Mamaji as 'Maussaji' and making Khushi understand that he was their cousin and that perhaps the closest cousin to all three , coz Arnav , Anjali and Akash , were never like cousin , they were like own siblings . The behaved the same with all though both Arnav and Akash were a little bit more possessive about Anjali .

Nk went to Shyam and saying a big "Jijaji !!!" engulfed him too in a hug.

And Shyam smiled and said

"Chalo mere 3 no saalen sahab aab yaha maujud hai'." [My 3 brother in laws are present her now.]

Next he went to Akash and hugged him too , by some chance or so Payal was not present their , as she had gone to the kitchen to bring some water and so he jumped next to Arnav with a

"Nanav mere bhai !!!!!!!!!!" actually jumped on him , gaining a 'What the' from Arnav ad Nk smilingly said

"Yes Nanav I missed ur 'What the' 's too ."

And Arnav smiled and said

"Ya Ya I know you' now stop it" and then NK turned towards Khushi standing beside Arnav , since Payal was not there , so he guessed her to be Payal and being the jolly person he washe rushed towards Khushi and hugged her calling her

"Bhabhi !!!!!!!!!!"

Khushi stood there all shocked and looked at Arnav with confusion , while Arnav looked at her and shrugged saying I don't know.

He backed from his hug and said

"Ok I know ki aap mujhe nahi janti ho but I am Nandkishore aka NK !!!" he said with his trademark smile.

Khushi looked at him and smiled too, when Anjali from behind say

"Nk bhai , abhi woh aapki bhabhi nahi hai' Yeh hai Payal ji , " [Nk bhai she is not your bhabhi , this is Payalji] and brought Payal in front of him.

He looked at Payal and then at Khushi and said

"But then yeh kaun hai ???" [Who is she then ?]

"Yeh , yeh Payalji ki choti behen aur Chote ki'' P.A Khushi ji hai." She was about to say Chote's girlfriend , but then she somehow stopped seeing Khushi's scandalized face and biting her smile she said that Khushi is Chote's P.A .

Nk turned to Payal and hugged her too with the same warm smile and said

"It was nice to meet you Payal bhabhi !!!" and turning towards Khushi

"To u too Khushi ji , but I am really sorry ki maine aapko bhabhi bulaya , I mean I didn't mean to."

Khushi smiled and nodded and was about to say something when Anjali said

""Koi baat nahi NK bhai , chalta hai.. kyu Khushiji ???"

Khushi looked at Anjali and while stammering said

"Ha.. Haan '"

And that's when her cell started ringing and she picked it up and said

"Haan buaji !!"

"Titaliya woh Paheliya Shantivan gayi hue hai.. toh tum wapas aate waqat zara uhh ko saath lete aana , hum nahi chahte ki Akash bitwa ko uhh ko wapas phir aane ki takleef na utha ni pare." [Titaliya , Paheliya is gone to Shantivvan , so while returning do bring her too with you , coz I don't want that Akash bitwa to come again to drop her , as I don't want to work up anymore.]

"Ji buaji !!!!"

"Jaldi aa jayi o ."

"Haan buaji hum rakhte hai !!!!!"

She kept the phone and went towards all and said

"Buaji ka phone tha , aab hume aur jiji ko chalna chahiye !!!"[Buaji called , now I and jiji should get going]

And all nodded and before Akash could say anything else Arnav told

"Mai tumlog ko drop kar doonga , lets go."

Akash and Anjali looked at Arnav and suppressed their smiles while Payal was about to say something to refuse it , but then Khushi nodded and started biding adieu to every body.

The drive to Gupta house was simple and silent as Payal was their too , so they were not able to talk more and even Khushi had to sit in the back seat along with Payal . Arnav , poor soul just kept on glancing at her through the mirror , as he had not planned such an ending to thie r first day out , but what to do its said na MAN PROPOSES , GOD DISPOSSES. He dropped them at Gupta house and with a small bye , left for Shantivan.

It was night and Khushi and Payal were in their room , talking and making the bed , when Payal asked

"Waise Khushi mujhe ek baat samajh nahi aayi , tu Arnav ji ke saath Shantivan kaise aayi ???" [By the way tell me one thing , how you came to shantivan along with Arnavji?]

"Woh jiji mai aur Arnav !!! nahi mera matlab Anjai ji ne mujhe phone kiya tha aur bola ki Arnav ko bata dene aur ho sake toh mujhe uske saath aane ke liye. Toh kaam khatam ho gaya tha , toh Arnav ne kaha chalne ko anur isiliye mai , gayi , waise aacha h I hua na jiji kyunki mujhe buaji ke wajah se jaana toh padhta hi . "[Actually jiji Anjali ji called and asked me to accompany him too , so I went.]

"Haan who toh hai'." And with the Payal lied down , Khushi was about to lie down too when her cell started ringing , she looked at the caller id ab=nd a smile came to he r facePayal getting irritated with the continuous ring asked

"Khushi kiska phone hai ???"

"Jiji who Lavanya ka.. tum so , mai baat kar ke aati hoon" [Jiji of Lavanya ' you sleep I will come back after talking] and with that she fledout of the room to the front room and sat down on the sofa .

"Hello !!!"

"Hey !!!" came the reply and her skipped a beat .

"Haan !!!"

"Cmon Khushi !!! I just called to say a Good Night !!!"

"Thik hai Good Night !!!"

"Ok bye !!!"

"Haawww bye tum sach mein phone rakh rahe ho ??" [you are really disconnecting.]

"Ya I just called to say you Good night bas !!!" he said while controlling his laughter.

"Dekha maine thik hi kaha tha' tum sach mein bahut unromantic ho." [See I told you the right hing , you are really very unromantic.]

"Toh tum kya chahti ho mai saari raat tum se baat karta rahu." [So what do you want , me to talk with you throughout the night.]

"Maine aisa kab kaha ???" [When did I say like this ???]

"Toh tum yeh kehna chahti ho ki aagar mai tumhe puri raat baat karne bolu toh tum baat nahi karogi???" [Then you want to say this , that if I ask you to talk with me throughout the night , you will not talk with me.] he said teasingly , he was actually enjoying pulling her leg.

"Arnav !!!!"

"Haan Khushi mai sunn raha hu'" [Ya Khushi I am listening ..]

"Arnav nahi na '. "

"Ok ok fine .." and he laughed

"Arnav ?"

"Haan !!!"

"Thank you !!!"

"Kisliye ???"

"Aaj ka din mere saath bitane ke liye ' aaj mujhe bahut maza aaya'." [For spending the whole day with me. I enjoyed a lot.]

"My pleasure sweetheart."

"Sach mein .. aaj bahut Khush hoon'" [Really I am very happy.]

"And I am happy to know that I made you happy after giving you , after making you go through so much."

"Arnav !!! please jo ho gaya hai .. so ho gaya .. use bhool jao'" [What has happened just forget it.]

"I know , but still I feel guilty."

"No need."

"Ok aab mujhe jana chahiye warna mai kal time par office nahi pahuch payungi aur mera gussail boss mujh par gussa ho jayega." [Ok now I should go otherwise I will not be able to reach the office tomrw in time and my angry boss will get angry with me.]

"Ok Good night' and best of luck for facing you angry boss and use mere side se bol dena ki when he is in front of this beautiful lady , he should have the decency to control his anger"

And Khushi laughed and said

"Bol dungi !!! and Arnav ' "

"Ya !!!"

"I Love you !!!"

"I know sweetheart !!! I know'"

And they disconnected the call. She kept down the phone and smiled and went back to her room . She lied down on her bed and kept the phone just beside her .

She closed her eyes and remembered how everytime she told him that 'I love you' he always replied 'I know !!' but never said those words till now.

She too wanted to hear those three words from him , but everytime she said , he always answered her with a 'I know !!!' but does that matter , coz she always knew that Arnav was not a man of words , he was more a man of deeds and whatever he did always clearly showed her how he feels for her . So she was ready to be patient , she was ready to wait for that day , when he finally will say those words too. And moreover he too had waited 15 years to hear those words from her , so compared to his wait , her's is nearly negligible and other than that whatever he does always shows her , how much he cared for her how much he loved her.

So it doesn't matter to her if he says those three words soon or later , coz she knows this quiet well that love is not about those three words only , its all about how it feels and how it is expressed by . She closed her eyes and rewinded all the happenings of the day and smiled thinking how , he made her day such a special , from taking her to watch Dabangg 2 , then to a lunch and then finally to a place which showed how much , simply how much he had loved her and still loves her. She smiled with content and said

"Laad Governor kahin ka" and with that went to her own dreamland.

Wishing u all HAPPY VALENTINE's DAY ... though i dont celebrate it still , those who does , enjoy it ... and I guess you guys remember that its the 1st Marriage Aniversery of Mr . and Mrs. Arnav Singh Raizada.
