I read your story and I really enjoyed it. I understand the reason behind why you wrote in Hindi, as you explained. However I don't understand Hindi completely. So I couldn't understand some of the dialogs. I would appreciate if you translated the dialog. You wrote a lot in, so it's understandable if you can't change it.
Going back to the story, it was interesting to see what you have done with Arnav's character. First he was determined, out spoken and temperamental. After he returned this all changed in the opposite direction. This is different, because in many stories Arnav's personality changes after his traumatizing experiences in life, resulting in him being always angry and distant. Also Khushi seems independent and traditional, that's a nice touch. Even thought she was seen as helpless she did take a stand and move on in her life.
For me it clearly portrayed an important message:
Pain, betrayal, the hurt hinders you. But life doesn't stop there. Life goes on.
