Chapter 1: You Will Have to Stop Them
Aman and Shashi walked in front talking about some business deals and Abhishek and Arnav walked together hand in hand... Arnav listened to Abhishek.
Abhishek: Mamu you know when mom is busy... I play with Khush and today I didn't play with her she was busy eating her grapes and watching Kalmesh Kahbri... I wanted to play with her but I didn't want to disturb her as she was talking to Payal Mami... Mamu is Khush going to be my Mami too... because Payal Mami is khush sister and you are Akash mamu's brother so are you going to marry Khush... and if you do that means Khush would be with me all day long! Abhishek looked at Arnav who was busy in his own world thinking about his Khush...
Arnav smiled at his nephew... hearing about Khushi just gave the memories with her fresh... no one knew how much he missed her in those 4 years... the nights he just laid there thinking about Khushi... how he just wanted to be in her arms and forget about the world... just wanted to see her beautiful eyes again, to see her angel face of hers, and her silly little things, there late night chats, outings and just being with her again. He said when he comes back he would tell her how much he loves her it was just the matter of time.
This didn't go unnoticed by Akash who was silently standing next's to Arnav who was looking like he was blushing and lost in someone's thoughts' Khushi! Akash elbowed Arnav' and whispered "Khushi?"
Arnav: yeah' what huh? Akash shut it ok please
Akash: I just said Khushi
Arnav: so just'
Arnav looked at Akash and he smiled at him and then just walked in front with his dad and Babuji.
They sat in the car and the drove back to RM where they whole family was waiting for them.
Garima: Khushi so' what is your answer
Khushi looked at the two important ladies in her life' her Amma and ma, the smile on their face gave her the happiness and she wanted that smile to stay there forever' she was shocked, she knew they was going to ask her but she thought they was joking never to be true, she didn't know what to do and how to react' she thought if she said no then the most important people in her life would be broken' she couldn't see that happening to them she loves them too much to even see a scratch on them' she sighed and then thought if she said yes then what would' she stopped thinking when Divya touched her arm.
Divya: Khushi are you okay?
Khushi: huh?
She smiled "well' I...haven't thought about' it ma
Garima: then Khushi think about it' I know Arnav will keep you happy and you know him since you were small' you will be happy with his family they are practically yours already your sister will be here.
Divya: Khushi this is completely yours and Arnav choice.
Khushi: but' grabbed a grape out of the bowl and put it in her mouth' THIS ISNT WORKING I NEED JEALBIES!!... Amma' Ma can I talk to Arnav about it first?
Garima: sure Khushi
Divya: you can talk when he comes home
Khushi smiled and rushed out of the room, her heart pounding' head spinning flashbacks of their smiles' HIS SMILE! His words, his promise, her LOVE! She run to her room and locked herself and fell on the floor' hugging her knees and breathing so loud like she couldn't breathe at all' tears nonstop going down her beautiful face'
How can by one thing someone's world fall into one piece' thought of something else but it seems like something else was destined, she felt like all her dreams were coming down' she hid her face in her palms and cried' she didn't cry because she didn't like Arnav' she loved him, he was her best friend' her weakness, her happiness, her world but since Arnav left her things changed and soon so was 'he'' she opened her eyes and thought' I LOVE YOU SO MUCH' BUT I LOVE MY MOTHERS MORE' MY FAMILY MUCH MORE' BUT MY LAST HOPE IS IN ARNAV' HE WILL NEED TO SAY NO! I NEED TO TALK TO HIM FAST'
Payal: Ma!!!! Amma!!! They are here hurry' Khushi, Payal!!! Hurry they are here
Payal run to the door with a taal in her hand with HP standing next's to her and Garima and Divya coming down the stairs and Khushi coming after them with a fake smile on her face.
While walking down the stairs' her legs stopped, her heart pounded, her eyes came alert, and her hand touched her chest as she tried to keep control. Her hair filed with the wind' and she slowly walked down the stairs staring at Him!! Why she didn't know' she had a weird but beautiful feeling something she had never felt in time' to be precise 4 years'
Arnav touched his mothers feet and hugged them, he then hugged Payal' he looked up and saw her slowly coming down the stairs' her eyes stuck on him, he smiled at her' in 4 years he got to see that beautiful face' her eyes.
Payal: welcome home Arnav
Divya: I missed you so much
Divya run her hand over Arnav's hair and kissed his forehand she had tears in her eyes' she looked so happy' Arnav looked at his mum and kissed her cheek and wiped her tears away he saw his Amma and smiled seeing her happy' hands together with joy and still the same Amma.
Arnav: ma I am back why are you crying?
Ma: I haven't seen you in 4 years how do you want me to act
Arnav: normal
Divya hit his shoulder and hugged him tight.
Aman: Divya let him enter his house' how long are you going to keep him waiting?
They all sat down in the living room' Arnav and Abhi sitting next are to each other' Anjali and Payal sitting together, Aman and Shashi together, Garima and Divya together ' and Payal and Akash sitting next's to each other. Khushi who was standing behind Payal and Akash.
Everyone was laughing, catching up with the new gossip' but Arnav was just staring at Khushi who was staring right back at him' since he had arrived Khushi didn't take her eyes on him' she didn't know why but she suddenly felt how much she missed him.
Payal: Akash shall we?
Akash nodded'
Akash: guys!!!
No one stopped they continued talking about how Sharma's daughter got married to some guy and now they were already divorced' they were drinking their teas and having their biscuits' all focusing on the topic'
Akash: guys!!!... HELLO!!... OI!
He stood up and shouted "hello" but nothing again he then shouted
"PAYALS PREGNANT!!!!!!!!"
Everyone stopped and turned their heads towards the two couple including Arnav and Khushi' everyone was shocked with happiness' eyes filled with tears.
Garima: what?
Aman: I am going to be a granddad
Shashi: so am i!!
Divya: congratulations Garima you are going to be a Nani' and me dadi
Garima and Divya both hugged each other and so did Shashi and Aman
Akash and Payal sat their looking at their crazy family'
Arnav: well done Akash!
Akash: shut up Arnav
Arnav: come here
Arnav and Akash hugged tightly both hitting each other's back' Akash whispered into Arnav ears "stop staring at Khushi!"
Arnav pushed him of him and sat back down acting like he didn't know what he was talking about' Payal and Khushi hugged' Khushi was jumping and smiling, crying and laughing.
Khushi: omg thank you thank you thank you!! Jiji thanks' oh that's why you sat down!!! Omg Jiji I am sorry! I am so happy!!!
Garima: Akash' is that how you tell us this wonderful news
Payal: Amma' you guys were busy talking about some girls marriage life and wasn't bothered to listen and Arnav and Khushi were busy in their own world'
Khushi blushed and looked away'
Everyone started to laugh and hug the going to be parents.
At night when everyone returned to their rooms' the Guptas went home but Khushi she stayed behind as she wanted to be with her sister' so she said she would stay around' when she went into the guestroom she sat down and started to think about what had happened today' KHUSHI TODAY AMMA AND MA ASKED ME TO MARRY ARNAV' YOU CANT BECAUSE' BUT WHEN TODAY YOU SAW ARNAV YOU COULDN'T STOP LOOKING AT HIM! WHAT IS THIS KHUSHI?... BEFORE YOU DIDN'T EVEN CARE' WHAT DID YOU NEED TO SEE HIM TO REMEMBER YOUR FRIENDSHIP' YOUR MASTI'KHUSHI YOU KNOW YOU MISSED HIM BUT JUST DIDN'T WANT TO SHOW' YOU CAN'T BE AN IDIOT! ARNAV IS YOUR BEST FRIEND HOW DO YOU THINK HE WILL FEEL WHEN HE FINDS OUT THAT THEIR PARENTS WANTS THEM MARRIED! KHUSHI YOU NEED TO TALK TO ARNAV NOW!
Khushi was sitting on the bed hugging her knees in her deep thoughts when she thought to get up and go to Arnav's room even if it was late she just wanted to talk to him. She got up and turned towards the door but stopped as she heard someone knocking' she stepped back, froze and her hand touched her heart as it was a reflexes actions.
She didn't move all she saw was the door opening and Arnav's head popping in and shocked to see Khushi right near the door' he fully opened the door and stood up straight and smiled at Khushi who was just standing there eye wild open staring at him.
He smirked and walked up to her and waved his hand in front of her face.
She gasped and she said "Arnav"
Arnav: yes Khushi
Khushi pushed back the hair on her face behind her ear' "I was going to' come to you'"
Arnav: why
Khushi smiled and then just hit him hard on the chest, making him a bit confused.
Arnav: ouch
Khushi: good!
She kept punching his chest until he stopped her by holding her wrist' "Khushi calm down"
Arnav: It hurts
Khushi: you deserve it' Arnav we haven't seen each other in 4 long years, you only called me like 4 times in those years and that to when I was sleeping so we couldn't talk and when you come into my roomall you say is "yes' Khushi..," she said in his voice.
Arnav looked down and smirked
Khushi: and when I say I was coming to you' you say why? Arnav I know you made lots of friends and forgotten me' but before she could continue Arnav put his finger on her lips to keep her quite.
Arnav: Khushi I can never forget you' I'
Before he could continue speaking Khushi smashed onto him for a tight hug, her arms around his neck and literally hanging on him because of his height being a bit taller than hers. Arnav hugged her back tightly closing his eyes and held her from her waist tightly.
Arnav: I miss you so much Khushi
Khushi: so did I' I got so much to tell you.
She broke the hug and turned around and said "they want us to get married'"
Arnav was shocked but at the same time extremely happy' it was like someone just came down gave him the biggest happiness of the world' his Khushi. He thanked his family 1000 times for this!! But he didn't know this was going to happen'
' She continued' "Arnav you need to stop them'"
