At the beginning it was a nice update with cute Arshi moments. But then the shocking news in the end and I'm sure Khushi will not go for an abortion, but more will sacrifice herself and to top it, will tell Arnav only the good news of the pregnancy, but not about the complication. And of course Arnav had to miss this appointment, else he had got also known about the complication and for sure he would have go for saving Khushi first.
