ACTUALLY SHANKY HAS SIGNED A DEAL WITH SINGHANIYA'S ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT OF 250 FLATS ALTHOUGH ALL FLATS WERE READY BUT SUDDENLY DUE TO SHORT CIRCUITING 50 FLATS WERE COMPLETELY DESTROYED .
AND ACCORDING TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE DEAL IN CASE OF NON-ACCOMPLISHMENT OF THE CONSIGNMENT GUPTA'S HAS TO GIVE THEM 25% OF THEIR BUSINESS.
armaan: yeh toh bahut badi problem aa gayi hai but isse nikalna hi padega !
Pehle toh ye short circuiting hui kaise just 2 days before the date of handing over the completed consignment .
Riddhima: armaan yeh un singhaniya ka hi kaam hai maine dad ko mana kiya tha unke saath deal karne ke liye unki nazar to humaare business pe kab se thi ! .
Armaan : haan main bhi toh yehi soch raha tha it cant be an accident woh bhi last date ke sirf do din pehle .
Riddhima: ab kya karen ? Mera to dimaag bhi kaam nahin kar raha hai !
Just then the door bell rang .

Armaan : dekho riddhima if we will go to court we r certainly on the loosing side bcoz they have legal right over our 25 % business .but if u r right ki yeh accident nahin consipiracay hai then i have an idea !! Jisse ki hum case bhi jeet jaayenge aur humaari company bhi humaari hi rahegi ! .
Both of them heard his idea and appreciated his brilliant brain .

Next day the day to execute the plan .
Riddhima : hello mr. Singhaniya . If we took this case to court its not beneficial for both us so if u want we would settle this problem out of court .
Singhaniya: thats like a real businesswomen .so ms.gupta which time is suited for u ?

Riddhima: ok now i understand ur gr8 startegy .
So mr.singhaniya when i would give u that 100 crores and flat papers on half price!as now all the roads r closed for me to save my company
Singhaniya : now u sound good ! Its good u give the cash tomorrow and the flat papers day after tomorrow .i will come to ur office tomorrow get that cash ready .
I m feeling out of this world by defeating the gupta empire hahahaha...
