a beautifully written father daughter convo...and then payal's concern for her sister's happiness...you justified the characters that somehow CVs forgot to give some importance to...again some past unfolds..manorama and manohar...i liked their character too...an amazing update thanks for pm :)

First of all welcome back... Its long time you update last time superb as usal.. Khushi is in miseries that arnav didn't give the answers of her riveries... Its gud to read that khushi is very dear to shashi despite the fact that she is not related to him by blood... Khushi hate suspences thats why she run from the orphange for her parents search.. Flashes of khushi past related to shashi gupta is cute when first time she meet shashi gupta then first call him babuji... Like payal do and shashi to reciprocate lovingly... The red shawl is immensly connected with garima she felt love of the family in that fabric.. Love the mami character and its gud to know how important for them anjali n arnav.. After their parents demise how anjali move on but arnav controled his feelings payal n arnav bond.. Payal protect khushi from everything.. And she know life is not bed of roses above everything life come with rose with throns if she is dealing with akash immense love with that the conservative busisness men with limited time too she got overall family chapter brother sister, father-daughter, mother- daughter waiting for nxt one

I just love your writing because you explore the emotions of each person in such detail. Welcome back and I hope you will update soon. I had to go back and read last 3 updates again to get into the story to truly 'feel' the story. Love the depth you are giving every character in the story, Manohar, Manorama, Shashi, Garima, Nani, Akaash and Payal...everyone had a part to play in the story. They all love each other and look out for the family's happiness.

Garima's sister and Manohar's sister...their children, Khushi and Arnav are getting married...both Garima and Manohar's memories reveal some family history and the connections to the past, which at some point is going to come back and haunt both the families. Does Khushi and Arnav have any idea about each others real parentage and early childhood traumas?

Garima talking to her sister about Khushi was so beautifully poignant...I did tear up.

Khushi asked Arnav some questions, which still remain unanswered in her opinion.

"When you came to the study the other day I hadn't been prepared for what you had stated. I had come to believe that the chapter had long ended after your initial refusal to the proposal. For days I have wondered what changed your mind to agree all of a sudden." He trained his gaze on her while she looked back firmly contrary to her soft voice. She elaborated, "Why did you choose me Arnav, when you could have asked any other woman for her hand. Why did you want to marry me; does the reason still begin and end with heritage?" Her voice was as tender as dew when she ended causing an uneasy lurch. He couldn't answer her or rather did not want to answer the questions. What could he say when there were times he questioned himself on his decision, times when he wondered how his control of a life had space for uncertainty. Biting his inner cheek he averted the question by turning away to face the headboard instead."

But i think that by personally ordering he wedding outfit, Arnav is trying to answer in his own way...can she learn to understand 'Arnav speak'?

Payal knows Khushi's dreams and is concerned that will Arnav be able to keep her happy and she requests her gift from him in the form of happiness of her sister. He promises...does he realize that this promise is in direct contradiction to how he lives his life...by controlling everything and not allowing strong personal emotional involvement and this is why he has been running away from Khushi...because she makes him feel out of control. She will only be happy when he truly surrenders to the relationship and he thinks he will fulfill this 'responsibility'.

I am so looking forward to more of this enthralling story.

Firstly, welcome back, Sweta🤗.

Three people reminiscing their past...with Garima praying fervently that Khushi's background does not return to haunt her future, Manohar as much apprehensive as Payal is, with regards to A&K's marriage, and, Payal promising herself that she would do everything it takes to keep Khushi's happiness unmarred...

The father-daughter convo was so endearing...and, then Garima joining in to complete the perfect family...my reverence for Shashi soared quite a few notches..he is benevolent.. and, Manorama Mami is not far behind, either...her solicitude and selfless love for Anjali and Arnav is immeasurable.

Arnav's promise to Payal that he would always take care of Khushi and her happiness mattered, just cemented the fact that he respects this sacred bond...and, I really wish, he becomes a tad bit unrestrained , and, begins by answering Khushi's queries... but, then again, I believe,that would take some time 😔 !!!
