Chapter 5

On Monday in class La n Payal were talking about their slumber in which they had gr8t fun. Just then Arnav entered class with test results. He looked at everybody n at last at Khushi. He informed everybody he has checked d papers were really very impressed with all of them. Gave them their results n Khushi toped class along with La. Arnav went to Sheetal n said instead of doing time pass in makeup n clothes she should study.

Like this it till Thursday went well Akash used come regularly to college to complete his work n meet Payal. Payal started liking him. He used to even teach Payal n Anjali both or sometimes Payal Akash Anjali Shyam n even Arnav used to join them. On Friday Khushi had taken leave from college. She took permission from princi n even Arnav. He didn't wanted to say yes but still he permited her. Khushi took leave to search a descent home for them. But reluctantly she went to radio station. She was happily attending all the calls but on 4^th call everything changed. After the call she along with Payal went back home.

Caller 4 : - Khush Darling how r u. Hope u recognize my voice but still Harsh here. I hope u got bouquets of flower. I know u love flowers. Y don't u come to my place n have some special time u know wat I mean.

Arnav heard it wat this low thinking Harsh said. He was very angry he wanted kill this Harsh for talking so low about his Khushi. After hearing Harsh's name she got very nervous.

Roshni : - Hi Harsh this is Roshni hear y don't u invite me to ur house. I would love to have some special time with u as my boring husband is not interested in me anymore.

Caller 4 : - were is Khush I don't want anybody else Khush u can go n f**k somebody else

Roshni : - Same goes with u mr. Khush is not interested. N then cut d call.

At 1^st Arnav could here Khushi's sniffing. Arnav seared to find this guy. Akash kept a calming hand on Arnav's sholder

When Khushi n Payal came home they saw many costly gifts kept for Khushi. Khushi got very angry n threw every gift items out which were there. Khushi started crying n seeing her like that Payal couldn't controlled she called Nk.

Payal :- Nand Kishore I m not able to handle Khushi plz come here as soon as possible. I won't have disturbed u but I can't handle n see her like this.

Nk got tensed wat happened payal plz tell me. Payal told everything about the gifts n his frequent call proposing her n saying vulgar things to Khushi. He couldn't think straight wat to do while going to their house. He went n hugged Khushi n tried to explain her it was not her fault nobody is blaming her. Everybody loves her very much. Khushi had become like a statue she was not reacting anymore to anything around her. Nk made her sleep on bed tugging her spread over her properly n went out of d room. He was very broken seeing Khushi lifeless. He was feeling very helpless. Payal made him eat something n went in Khushi's room.Whole nite Nk checked Khushi time to time siting besides her along with Payal. Early in the morning Payal n Nk slept looking at Khushi. but their sleep broke due to a sound which came from out. They looked at Khushi's bed n found her not to b there so they ran to the source of d sound n found many flowers gifts chocolates. N Khushi to b unconsciously fallen down on d floor. Payal n Nk panicked took her to her room n called doctor. But not a single doctor was ready to come because all d doctors were having strike against Government. Alternately Payal n Nk went to call doctors while one went n the other stayed back to look after Khushi. but still nobody agreed. On the other side from Friday Arnav was feeling some restlessness for some unknown reason. He knew somewhere something wrong. He was not able t concentrate in anything. Arnav was very anscious to know wereabout n health of Khushi. He thought he will see Khushi on Monday in d class but she was not there. He asked La about her even she didn't know about her bcoz she had informed them that she will b late so she won't go to bring them to college along with her. Arnav couldn't even find Payal or Nk so dat he could ask about Khushi. atlast when NK n Payal couldn't do anything Nk phoned Arnav for help.

NK : - He said in a very choked voice Arnav. I really need an urgent help from u.

Arnav : - On hearing Nk's voice he got alert he knew something very bad has happened. Ya sure Nk y not just tell me what u want. I will do everything to help u out.

Nk : - I need a doctor urgently as today is doctors strike n nobody is ready to help.

Arnav : - y what happened r u not well. Just tell me were should I come along with a best doctor.

Nk : - No Arnav u have to attend the students just sent me a doctor at d address. I will send u d address.

Arnav : - Hell with my students my family n friends r important for me. Don't worry I m coming. But what happened to u buddy.

Nk : - don't worry nothing happened to me but my sister……. He started crying. N cut d call.

Arnav called Akash n their family doctor to come to d given address. 1^st d doctor was not agreeing to come. But Arnav threatened him afterwards doctor agreed due to Arnav's threat

Arnav reached before everybody n rushed to d address which Nk had send. He rushed to Nk n hugged him for support bcoz he knew Nk never asks for help. He asked for help for d 1^st time. Arnav asked what happened to his sister.

Nk : - he 1^st thing he said was Khushi. N hearing Khushi's name Arnav became tensed n asked Nk what happened to his Khushi. Nk then narrated the whole incident to Arnav. Arnav asked him how does he know all about this. Nk brought him in front door n showed him d gifts which were costly perfumes makeup kites n longeries . Arnav fisted his hand to control his anger before he breaks something. Then Nk took him to Khushi's room n said Payal n Khushi r my sisters. Arnav ran n hugged Khushi for his dear life. He held her shoulder n shook her called her name to get up. Payal looked at Arnav n then at Nk. Nk said its ok by indicating. Just then Akash came running with Doctor. Akash was shocked to find Khushi to b d patient. Doctor asked all of them to move out of d room. All of them very reluctantly left d room leaving Khushi alone. Arnav was restlessly roaming outside of d room. After few minutes of checkup doctor came out. Everybody rushed to him n asked what happened to Khushi. Doctor informed them dat her bp n nerves is low high fever. She needs 2 bottles of salines to b given. Arnav told doctor whatever he needs for Khushi's treatment Raizada house as he is taking Khushi there.

Arnav carried Khushi in his hand n was going to d door. Told Payal to carry all d things they need to stay there. Just then d landlord entered n saw Khushi in an unknown persons hand n Payal standing with some person n there brother. Landlord looked at all of them with anger n disgust. How dare u do all this disgusting things in my house. U characterless people I thought to b good people n gave u house for rent. Looking at arnav n Khushi he said I gues u sister found a big catch for herself. By hearing all this Payal was ashamed n held her head low n went to her brother.Nk held her shoulder n made her look up indicated her not to b ashamed. By now Arnav was fuming he looked at Payal n asked Nk to hold Khushi for him for sometime. As soon as Nk took hold of Khushi. Arnav caught hold of landlords color n dragged him out n gave him a punch on his face. After that blood was coming out of landlord nose he vinced with pain. Arnav again held his color n said nobody talks bad about my Khushi n her family n u dared to speak in front on me u scoundrel u swine. At last Nk n Akash had to separate Arnav from d landlord. After leaving landlords color Arnav told Akash to call Aman n Shruti (Aman's wife) now at our house I want talk to them.then they all went carrying Khushi to raizada house. Arnav set Khushi comfortably on back seat. Akash went along with doctor to get all d things needed. Arnav rushed to his house like maniac n then very safely took her inside of the house shouting for everybody. Nani Mami Hp come quickly. Everybody rushed to hear Arnav's panic voice. They were shocked to find Khushi all pale n colures drained carried by Arnav to La's room Payal n Nk following them.

Arnav then informed them everything about Khushi. They all felt very bad n were taking care of her by cold wipes. Then doctor came with Akash with d help of all medical equipments dat to b needed. N even Aman n his wife shruti came running in d room. Doctor told everybody to leave d room for sometime. All went out n then Arnav informed Aman to find out who is this Harsh becoz all d gifts look very costly so he must be from very influent family n asked Shruti if she can go in Khushi's place in Radio station as Khushi. N try to find out anything about this Harsh. Told Aman to shift all d things of Khushi n Payal from dat house here.

Doctor opened d room n all rushed inside to Khushi. Saw her in inserted by salines n tubes. Doctor informed them she will gain consciousness within hr. not to worry but let her come out of this stress as whatever way she can. Everybody were restlessly waiting for Khushi to gain consciousness. Within dat La came back from college all depressed bcoz she didn't were is Khushi or Payal n not even Nk. When La entered home she found it quit odd to find it so silent she went to her room n found everybody around somebody. While entering her room she found dat somebody to b non other than her Chamkili. La rushed to Khushi with tears in her eyes n asked everyone in d room looking at everybody. Then Payal told her she had fever n now unconscious

After about an hr. Khushi opened her eyes n found herself in new surroundings. She got afraid to b in new house. Looking at her Aran understoon she is scared. He hugged her n said Khushi don't worry u r with me Arnav. U r in La's room with everybody see. Nobody gonna harm u. Shhh he was telling sweet nothings in her ears to calm her. When Khushi calmed down she clutched Arnav more tightly n started crying loudly. Seeing this everybody in d room left Arnav with Khushi with teary eyes. Arnav kissed her hairs soothing her in her back. After some time Khushi stopped crying n was having hiccups. Arnav kissed her forehead n made her sleep. He said while tracing her face with his fingers. Sleep my sleeping princess u need rest n good sleep. He was getting up from bed when Khushi caught hold of his hand more tightly n pouted her face moving her head in negativity to tell not to go. He smiled at her childishness kissed her both cheeks smilig n said he won't go anywhere living her. After dat due to medicines n tiredness she slept. When Arnav saw her to b in deep sleep he sneaked out of d room to talk with everybody. Payal was telling how can they stay here what will everybody think of them. Hearing this Arnav said ok fine once Khushi is fully recovered u Khushi n Nk or even ur families going to stay in our outhouse which just behind Raizada house will dat do. They had to agree bcoz nobody can say no to Arnav when he is in Arnav Singh Raizada mode. Payal informed them dat next day their parents n buaji r coming. So it was decided Arnav Akash along with Nk go to station n bring them home here. After dat everybody had their dinner n went to their respective rooms before checking Khushi properly. La decided to sleep with Payal n Arnav will b taking care of Khushi

Next day early morning Khushi tried to get up. She had a big smile on her face. When she felt strong hands around her waist she looked up n found a very handsome face of Arnav without any rudeness. Khushi moved her hand to remove d hair which had fallen on his face n touched his face with her fingers. Trailing through his face till his stubbles. When she felt what she was doing took her fingers back n tried to get up from bed without disturbing Arnav's sleep. But fortunately for Arnav n unfortunately for Khushi he was awake. Arnav whose eyes were still closed asked Khushi in his sleepy husky were do u think u r going princess. 1^st Khushi was shocked to see them so close n he calling her princess. She again tried to getup but his hold on Khushi got stronger. After sometime Khushi told Arnav to let her go but he didn't let her go. Princess sleep now its too early to getup. Khushi said I m not ur princess to which Arnav came close to her face n just brushed his lips t her lips n said yes u r my princess n u r not going anywhere as doctor has recommended u total bed rest. Khushi was feeling shy after what Arnav said or did to her she hid her face in the crook of his chest.

Khushi said I want to use bathroom so I have to go so plz move. She tried pushing him with her small hands which were futile to his strenghth. He said straight looking at her eyes then at her lips he said I will take u to d bathroom come. He was getting up from bed along with Khushi with him. She screamed no n had her eyes as big as a saucers. She said plz call jiji or anybody. He again fell down cuddling her close to him while laughing. N hearing her scream everybody came running to see her in d room. Nani Mami Akash Payal Nk n La were shocked to see them so close. They all had their mouth open. Seeing them both Arnav n Khushi felt embarrassed. So Arnav took chance n ran from their left poor Khushi to deal with them alone.

So Khushi cleared her throat n said without looking at anybody else hesitantly said she want to use bathroom. Payal n La came towards Khushi with a teasing smile n took her to bathroom n then nani mami akash nk left d room.

After dat doctor came n checked her everything was fine but need some more rest. Khushi was very happy her parents were coming to meet them. It had been long she haven't met her parents. She was coming down running to meet everybody suddenly she was lifted up from ground. She started beating n screaming to let her down she wants to wish everybody good morning n meet her parent's n buaji have break fast with them. Seeing this everybody started laughing at them fighting like kids. Arnav took her back to her room n made her sleep but she again got up he tried again to make her sleep again she got up. So atlast Arnav had to threaten her to sleep otherwise he will make her sleep forcefully. Khushi didn't want to sleep so she crossed her hand in front her chest n moved her face to otherside. The very next moment she was sleeping on d bed her legs traped in between his legs . very close to him. Arnav said now u won't b able to run.

Khushi : - but I m not sleepy I don't want to sleep. Arnav asked her so want do u want to do. Run around n fall.ok fine lets chat. They were chatting everything family friends college. While chatting she slept then Arnav tried to get up from there but Khushi's hold on his t-shirt was tight he couldn't move. When he tried she moved more close to him. He continuously stared at her face. After sometimes Akash n Nk came to call him before they could say anything Arnav indicated them to b silent by showing finger on his lips n through eyes toward Khushi. He told them to go ahead without him. They understood n smiling went to go to station to bring their parents n buaji.
