Okk...that was AMAZING! every emotion so well portrayed...as I was reading it, I felt as if it was happening right in front of my very eyes...What Arnav did is unforgivable...he was indeed very selfish and absolutely insensitive...he was so focused in his quest to protect himself from his growing attraction towards Khushi, that he completely lost sight of Khushi's well being. He might have a golden heart which is filled with a lot of love for his family, but he has never done right by Khushi...he has always received some sort of a sadistic pleasure in causing her grief, particularly after realizing that he was attracted to her...as if that was also Khushi's fault in some twisted way. I understand that he is not happy with the circumstances under which they got married and he doubts Khushi's intentions. But it still does not justify his treating her thus. What he feels for Khushi right now is nothing but lust...even if he had a shred of affection for her, it would have caused him some concern over her whereabouts for the entire day...he might have chosen not to act on it...but in this case the point is that he never really felt any worry...he was so consumed with himself and his feelings, that he did not even for moment think what she must be going through...but one can take only that much...Khushi's anger is justified...If I were Khushi it would take me a hell lot of time and effort (from Arnav) to forget and forgive...In the real show, I did not like the fact that Khushi forgave Arnav so very easily...that according to me is unrealistic...every woman wants to be loved, cherished and respected by her husband...in this case Arnav has done NOTHING. He has always insulted her, treated her like dirt (except the time when he took her to that dhaba) and looked down upon her. Arnav thinks that because he is rich and Khushi is not, it gives him the right to disrespect and manhandle her as he wishes. Its high time Arnav got a reality check...well done Khushi...I only hope Khushi does not jump into falling in love with him just because he apologized or tried to do something nice for her in the following days. I would expect her to be wary of him and take one step at a time. Arnav now has to earn her love, trust and respect. It would take him a great deal more than a mere apology to redeem himself in Khushi's eyes. Not that I expect him to go running after Khushi to make amends...but as long as he realizes his mistake and treats her with the dignity that she deserves as a woman.

I could read the earlier chapters before this update. They are fabulous. Arnav has had a horrible past that has left it's mark. One of the conversations between him and Nani indicated Khushi is somewhat related to it and is indirectly responsible for the deal that resulted in their marriage. While Nani tried to convince him that she is a kind and genuine person, Arnav has a preconceived notion regarding Khushi and the fact that he is married to her only made it worse. In response to the unavoidable feeling of attraction, Arnav distances himself and wears a mask of indifference. The need to prove it to himself that he is least bothered about her, made him behave the way he did in Australia. In all this Arnav only focused on his sentiments, his resolve, his choices oblivious to Khushi's.

Khushi caught him of guard by rebuking him, giving two hoots about his anger and ego; and this was the only time his mask completely slipped to show shock. She demeaned his beliefs regarding her, the insults he had hurled her way and expressed her displeasure at meeting a poor excuse of a man like him. For the first time Arnav stayed silent, while having to hear his grave mistakes, which he knew could not be defended. The only times he uttered the word 'enough' being when he was made to listen to the belief and trust his family had in him while he ill-treated Khushi. Wonder what made him snap when she spoke about his mother and what he felt when she expressed her hatred towards him.

Khushi has gone through hell ever since her marriage; having to show a happy face to the family and fulfilling their wishes while Arnav blamed and taunted her at every possibility. The fear during the day, distress from their marriage and frustration at Arnav's indifference, transformed to fury and she snapped. She criticised and pointed out his faults, spoke out her hurt and sentiments and for the first time ASR apologised. Beautiful Updates.
