Chapter3.


"Another hurdle in your way" Jay poured out the champagne into two glasses and offered Arnav's his and then took a seat in one of the chairs in front of Arnav.

"What's that exactly" Arnav dragged his gaze towards his face sipping his champagne and jay straightened himself looking back at him, "New M.D has joined the company and she has announced she would prefer to complete the old projects first taking another one"

"It's meant our plan failed'now there is no chance I could get loans as who will give me that much amount only on the basis of future uncertain profit that we would get if we succeeded"

A frown appeared on Arnav's forehead silently cursing the person who was behind this, ofcourse he didn't know who was the person but he knew one thing he had been again lost the chance to get what he always wished in his life-- he kept back the glass on the table. Jay sighed and straightened to meet with his eyes, "there is---if you want."

His lips twitched into suspicious smile and Arnav crooked his brow in a confuse manner.

"What do you want to say?"Arnav took a small sip, letting the champagne dissipate in his mouth before swallowing. Jay leaned back against the chair and then parted his lips gulping down his whole champagne glass in one go and then lifted his gaze at him who was looking confused.

"The new M.D is none other than your old admirer."

Before his drink spill out from his mouth Arnav gulped quickly the sip and then looked back at Jay who was chuckling at his expressions.

"Whom you're talking about?" he cocked her head in confusion.

"Ms.Riya Shah"

"Oh!"

Arnav's eyes momentarily held at Jay and then he jerked his head slightly still not getting the reason why he was talking about her.

"So what? She is my old admirer---now she would hardly recognize me "

"I don't think so"

He pointed out leaning forward and Arnav's brows raised as he scanned his face for a guess.

"There is no harm in taking a chance and you know how much this project has mean to you'if you get this job you avail this chance to work on your dream project"

Jay spilled out what was in his mind and finally after a mere second of thinking something a smile touched the corner of Arnav's lips, he stood on his heel stepping towards the counter and poured the champagne into his glass, and then took a long stride towards Jay"I think you're right" he clinked his glass to his giving him a meaningful smile and jay smiled back.

"Yes-Arnav can make his own way"

He thought gulping down the whole glass of champagne into his throat.

Khushi felt the rush of cooler air as it swept over her bare shoulders when she opened the window of her apartment. It was again, dark--lonely night when it was not,she suppressed a smile of grief she'd spent her childhood in Orphanage, the dark lonely nights of a dark old decayed room how could she forget them'they were the part of her past'a decayed, vulnerable past-- she gulps the lump formed in her throat, the old memories ached inside her and she didn't know when the tears spilled on her cheeks she realized when they fell on her navel'she raised her hand and removed them roughly. She sighed painfully and dragging a chair sank down onto it still looking at the sky, she always wished to touch it for once but couldn't know how much it was far away from her access'may be she couldn't touch it ever. She thought and smiled at the irony of her life.

Someone tapped the door, and she made a dash for it because she knew it'd be Arnav as who would be else at this time of night'she thought.

She was bare-legged, wearing her nightgown that fell below her hips, those surprising expressions, silky hair playing with her bare 'narrowed shoulders, she was looking the most beautiful, inviting creature he'd ever seen'of course she was the only one girl who had the guts to overpower his all senses'when he would've with her he couldn't think anything except her. She was a witch---A beautiful witch, who could have given him comfort that he could never get in his life.

"I thought you were not going to come today"

She slipped her arms around his waist suppressing a warm-welcoming smile and roaming his arms around her he pulled against his broad chest, a moan slipped from her lips and she narrowed her gaze at him giving him a sultry smile seeing the same passion oozing from his eyes that she'd seen many times. Her scent drifted up to his nostrils as she pressed against him, He caught her shoulders and trailed her cheek with his fingertips dropping his gaze back at her.

"I've changed my mind as couldn't keep myself stay away from you"

He had dipped his face nibbling her bare shoulder and heard her moan of pleasure which was enough for him to lose his already lose senses. He had nibbled the side of her other shoulder giving her some time to recover and had heard his own unstable, deep sharp breath as she moved her fingers on his back. He pressed his lips to the side of her neck and she heard his whisper. 

" Khushi I need comfort'love me the whole night".

A slow, gruffly yet husky voice had rushed blood in her veins, the voice that could make weak her to her bones. She gazed up at him with half sleep-sultry eyes having the same demand in them.

"I'll'I want to spend all the nights with you'I don't want to be alone Arnav"

He couldn't breathe for a moment, her words went clear-through him like a silver blade, forcing the air out of his lungs and it was his turn to get lost in those deep eyes, How could he waste even a mere second after such a heartfelt plea, he needed comfort and she had needed the companion'the demand, the need was from both the sides. He kissed her deeply and thoroughly, she responded like a desperate creature, inviting his tongue into her mouth, blood throbbed in his groin, and his body demanded more' gradually, the writhing stopped, and her tongue retreated into her mouth tasting her warm saliva, exploring the each part of her mouth. She curled soft and warm against him. He sipped at her lips. She let her arms drift around his neck. He dallied and stroked her back roaming, exploring her skin. She heard herself sigh as he abandoned her mouth to pick her up again. She didn't know when he made her lay on bed, when he undressed her; his need was urgent and demanding and was her. 

How he wanted to kiss her mouth till their tongues were sore and their lips were raw and make love to her till neither one of them could stand up straight. And then, after that, exhausted he wanted to drift into a peaceful sleep taking her in his arms .As They had passed together all the boundaries of sensation; they swayed, arched and cried out together giving each other the most needed comfort.He rolled on his side but didn't leave, taking her with him.

It was a bit cold outside but she was feeling warm clinging against his broad chest, she burrowed deeper into his chest, closing her eyes getting another warm sleep.
