Chapter Nine
It felt like just yesterday, just yesterday I was locked up like a zoo animal in a cage with that rakshas and now I am shopping with a stranger. How is it possible that in a matter of days my life took a three hundred sixty-four angle turn. I went from a happy going college student, to being forced in a marriage with the guy i loathe to death. How can papa just make me get married to some guy without my consent. And now I am living with and a P.A. of a total stranger. But that stranger helped me more than my forced husband and an excuse of a father.
I was in deep thought until I felt a tap on my shoulder, when I turned around I saw the "stranger", what was his name, Oh yes Arnav. Arnav was standing there with two sub-way sandwiches in his hand. One of them he was eating. "I didn't know if you're a vegetarian or not so I bought you non-veg sandwich.", he handed me a sub-way with a heart-warming smile. "Thanks", I muttered. "Anyways have you spotted anything you like", he asked again. I nodded my head in disapproval. I didn't know what to say or more like words refuse to leave my mouth. "Ok I will take that as a no", he chuckled. "Ok C'mon I will help you, and luckily I do have a decent sense of fashion for ladies apparel", he let out another chuckle as he leaded the way.

"Uh huh uh huh..Okay..Gottcha'...I am on my way just gimme a couple of minutes...Yeah see ya.", Arnav disconnected the phone once he was done talking to one of his workers at his office. He made his way to the guestroom where I usually slept. He knocked on the door a couple of times, before I could response. "Come in", I said in an audible yet a shaky voice. As predicted I was crying, no not just a couple sniffs here and there, But a full crying my eye balls out. Gross I know! I quickly wiped my tears off of my cheeks, and positioned myself in a lady-like way.
"Um..sorry to disturb you khushi, but I have to head onto office and take care of some matters before we have to off to london, which is tomorrow...I am terribly sorry for leaving you alone but I must go..The food is on the table, I have organized your closet with your clothes, and packed your bags for the trip...Thanks again for helping me out on such a short notice. Don't forget to eat.", Arnav went on with his instructions. It kinda felt nice after ages to have some boss me around in a caring way. "Ok bye khushi", Arnav headed out through the door and closed it behind him.
I laid back against the head of bed, taking the pillow besides me and burying my face into it. Crying all over again, crying over my unfateful life, and past. I placed the pillow to the side, as sleep took over.
It was around eleven P.M. when Arnav arrived back to the suite, all tired and stressful. He headed straight to his room and changed into some casuals. He then walked over to the dining room and saw the food was just like it was before he left. Untouched, not eaten. He sat down and began eating.
Arnav slowly headed over to guest room, he carefully turned the door knob and entered the room. Walking over to where I am sleeping, he took a hold of the blanket and placed it over my body. Gently tucking me in. Leaving right after that, and closing the door behind him. Making sure not to make even a slight of a sound.

I am so so sorry for taking forever to update, I just didn't know what to write. This chapter was just a filler and was essential to be written. I had to develop the story right, LOL. Anyways from onwards the real action and drama with start. Alot of things to be revealed and with time it will, hopefully. Happy reading, do comment and hit the like button
