Sharon had cleverly informed Kriya and Rey about coming to the rehearsal hall at 4.30 pm. So that she could spend some time with Swayam as well as clear his misconceptions. Kriya was not going to come as she was not well. It was only Rey who was going to come. It was 3.55 when she entered the rehearsal hall. Swayam would be here in 5 minutes. She thought.

Swayam entered the rehearsal hall carrying some papers with him. He was stunned on seeing the rehearsal hall empty except a petite figure sitting in one corner of the Rehearsal hall doing some paper work. Her hair was on her face. And she was trying so hard to put it back. Swayam smiled on seeing her cuteness but immediately reminded himself that he was supposed to stop admiring her because she didn't see him more than an assistant.

She sensed someone's presence in the hall and instantly knew that it was Swayam.

"Swayam" she called out.

Swayam was shocked when she took his name.

"How do you know I am here?" he asked her.

She put the lock of hair behind her ears and turned to look at him. "Who else would be here?"

"Rey? Kriya?"

"Rey is not an early bird Swayam and Kriya is not well. So she isn't coming. We can start discussing. Rey will be here soon." she said. Obviously she couldn't tell him that Rey was under the impression of coming there at 4.30.

"Fine."Swayam moved towards her and sat near her, maintaining a suitable distance.

"So the college is planning to hold the fest between 25^th-28^th Feb..." He was hesitantly talking to her but she was keen on talking to him. Forgetting all the professionalism between them, she indirectly started talking to him about his personal life.

"Why can't you make an eye contact with me and talk Swayam?"

"What?"Swayam asked escaping her glance.

"Don't say that Swayam. You very well know what I am talking about. Make an eye contact with me and speak."

"Can't" Swayam said.

"Why can't you Swayam? What's the problem?" she asked and got up from there. Swayam got up too.

"I just can't." He prepared to leave.

"Swayam you can't go without answering me..." she tried to stop him.

"What do you want to know?" he asked rudely. "Huh?"

"The reason. Justify your cold behavior Swayam. Towards me. You are normal with the whole world and you are behaving curtly with me. Why is that?Tell me. Justify your behavior in front of me Swayam. I want to know the freaking reason!" She was extremely angry now.

"Then how should I behave with you Sharon? You want me to behave normally with you? Do you yourself do that?"

"Yes I do!"

"No you don't Sharon. Your behavior is confusing. It confuses me. Sometimes, you come closer to me, otherwise, you have your Rey to support you."

"I broke up with him. Even though he asked me out once again, I rejected him." Sharon's face turned pale.

"Yes. And then you said that you only consider me your assistant. Nothing else."

"Yes I did say that...but..." she paused. He didn't let her complete.

"After this, how can I stay normal Sharon? How can I behave normally with a girl who is in a stable relationship?"

"I cleared that I broke up with him. I am not with him Swayam." she said. "And why can't you? I want an answer."

"I want to add something else to my previous sentence Sharon."

She kept quiet. She wanted to let him speak.

"How can I stay normal with you Sharon? Especially after falling in love with you?"

Sharon was shocked. But at the same time, ecstatic. Her happiness knew no bounds. But she didn't show it.

"Swayam what did you say?"

Swayam didn't want to confess it in front of her, but he had to eventually, in anger. But that was the truth.

"I am in love with you Sharon." he hung his head as if he was ashamed.

Her happiness was valid. The best feeling is when a person you love reciprocates the same for you.

He looked at her to analyze her reaction. He wanted to see how she was feeling. He was surprised when he saw her coming closer to him.

She came closer to him. They were just a few centimeters apart. She could sense his hot breath on her face.

"Sh...Sharon what are you.." She didn't let him complete. She put her finger on his lips.

"Sh..." she said.

She removed her finger from his lips. He gave himself in. Slowly, she pressed her lips on his. He was flabbergasted. But he was lost in her. She kissed him passionately,and delicately. He responded too. He began kissing her with the same intensity. They kissed each other each other as if they were longing to do that. They kissed each other in such a way that it depicted their timeless, eternal love. It was not lust, it was pure love that they felt for each other. Sharon never thought that she could fall for someone like him. Swayam didn't think that he could fall for his best friend's ex. But they did. They did fall for each other and both of them loved the feeling. They were kissing each other softly, but the kiss grew deeper.

They withdrew their lips and were softly panting now. Their breaths were heavy. Sharon slightly smiled looking at him while Swayam was still surprised.

Suddenly, they heard a strong masculine voice from other end of the room.

"Swayam" someone called out.

They turned to see who it was and were shocked to see that it was Rey.

Done! I know it is a short update but I couldn't continue it like this..Cliffhanger toh rakhna chahiye na.. This is a small cliffhanger.
