Many of you will hate me for this epilogue, but this is how I planned to end it…… You can bash me, kick me all you want to… I would deserve it O:)

EPILOGUE

Arnav stood looking out of the window in my room, unable to believe that she was gone. They had all been through so much, and she was gone. He wanted to see her once, but knew that he'd have to wait for VERY long if I wanted to see her… He could meet her RIGHT now if he wants to be, but that'd be plain unfair…

He sighed leaning against the window and turned to look at the reflection of her photo which was kept on the nightstand. He would miss her… A lot. He had lost three years in his life and had been deprived of her love, but now she was gone. It was inevitable, they had all known it… But when the moment had finally arrived, it was more difficult than he had expected.

He walked downstairs and saw the fire dying out, the last wisps of smoke fading into the air.

He felt a hand on her shoulder and turned around to see Khushi looking at him with sad, misted eyes.

"KHUSHI!?" he said shocked.

"Yes Arnavji…"

"But I-I thought you were-"

"I couldn't leave you like this Arnavji…"

"Does anybody know?" Arnav asked.

"No Arnavji. No one saw me."

"Thank you Khushi…"

He looked at the clock. "How long have-"

"Two hours…" she said sadly.

He hugged her tightly. "Why Khushi…"

"We all knew it had to happen Arnavji…"

"How can she just leave Khushi….?"

Khushi smiled sadly. "It is written in every daughter's fate Arnavji…It was written in mine too right?"

"It is so difficult to believe that my headstrong little princess is married now…. And that in two hours she will take off to France for her ho-honeymoon…" Arnav sighed. "How time flew by…" [I know I'm evil! Muhaha!]

"Aditi is grown up Arnavji. She herself told me that you would be- er- crying and asked me to stay with you… She is not the same child you held in your arms when she was born. She is a woman now… Besides she married into the same family as Adi did. It'll be fine… You'll see her anyway…"

"Khushi, it's just that during those three years, she hated me so much. That's a void I'll never be able to fill and-"

"Arnavji, she just pretended to hate you. How many times I have told you that…? She loves you, and you know it!"

Arnav sighed and hugged her. "I want to go and meet her right now, but…"

"…but that'd be unfair on our part to interrupt her honeymoon. And I won't even be able to become Nani…" Khushi smiled.

"KHUSHI!" Arnav said indignantly.

Khushi chuckled and stood on her toes and kissed him and both of them were back in their personal happy little bubble.

So how was it!
Yeah I was just being overly dramatic in the note before the epilogue and in the P.S after the last chapter… And er, well be-lated April Fool's on my behalf ;) I know it is supposed to be on 1^st of April, but well… It is still April.
