Wasn't it Arnav that left her? Isn't it Arnav who should be chasing her? Shouldn't it be Arnav apologizing to her? And he is the one who did not tell her when he found out about her being his Kushi, so really I'm confused! And he still has not told her the reason for leaving her in the lurch!
