Oh dear! More bad news. How will she handle it? She's pregnant, too. I'm so glad that Arnav is with her. He'll make sure she pulls through, if not for anything else, then for their baby's sake. Oh! What horrible news at such a time. I hope her pregnancy is not affected! That would be the last straw!
