Dengue is caused by the dengue virus heenu and virus are target oriented meaning they will attack only the specific organs. The main organ for the proliferation of dengue virus is the bone marrow which i guess u know is the place from where thrombocytes i.e. ur platelets arise

since the bonemarrow itself is affected the platelet count decreases as the virus enters the blood this condition is called viremia

this condition is called the incubation period

Incubation period is the time phase where virus does not show any symptoms but is super active in the body

every micro organism has a cycle of incubation period the first phase is lag period iss dauran there will b no symptoms of fever or anything infact patient normal lagega until u do a routine check up and find out otherwise

fever ke symptoms tab dhikaye denfe jab virus log period mein pauchega and this time varies on the basis of the strain of the virus and the type of the virus
