--------- EDITED---------
My comment to your message to those people who quoted those lines.
It's not because you're my friend and I love this story.
But because there is an element of Honesty, and Reality of Relationships here in your story! The reality that the show shows us with Shyam as the antagonist is the negative side of the World or you can call it the Bitter Truth! But there is always an Opposite to everything and also to this 'Bitter Truth'. And that is 'Sweet Truth' of what you're portraying in your story.
You here are concentrating on the aspects of Relationships and their Pros and Cons and also the Evolution of every Single Human Being, in the form of Khushi, Arnav, Shashi, Garima, Buaji, and soon to be coming in Payal, Akash, Anjali, Nani, Mama, Mami!
Everything has Likes and Dislikes and you can't force people to like what you like or dislike what you dislike. Perspective of every single Human Being in this World is different!
Naina what you got through those mails was Criticism and am happy that you took it in a positive way and are stuck to your resolve and know where you stand and what you are actually depicting through your story.š³ Your story has an even deeper meaning to it than anyone can really see or read into it. If for one minute you just ponder on the highlights of every single update of yours, the depth of it all comes to the fore, because I feel that every single dialogue and sentence you've put in here is measured and fully thought of.
Coming to the up-i-date, I am sincerely sorry for not commenting soon enough!š³ Tell me when do you update eh? And another thing, that this was just Honest and Brilliant in its own self!š
I like Honesty too and respect those who are honest and have a sense of the things going on around them and with them.
Arnav's honesty was uncalled for, given his demeanour that has been mostly shaped because of the Cut-throat Corporate World and also the only form that all see, except his own family and now Khushi and her family. But I liked that he is trying his best to learn and implement it when it's most needed. Even his impatience and anger could be justified by his nature here. The impatience and anger of Khushi not introducing him the way she should have and also on himself.
But even Khushi's actions are totally justified given that even I would've done the same thing. If Khushi would've introduced him as her Boyfriend at the first meeting then I would've been sure to have seen Buaji cracking up the ground beneath them by her fall and Shashi's eye twitching in that Partial Paralysis state!š¤£
Khushi was like a Cat on a Hot Tin Roof!! This cracked me up so bad!! š¤£
Shashi ji is an experienced man and is of course wiser than his Age actually. Most parents even in his age would have blown down the roof with all their stupid lectures, but he was patient with Khushi.
Why do I get the feeling that since there are no villains in this story, Khushi and Arnav, themselves will be the ones who will put in and erase the distances?? Gosh! Weird thought, but a Sensible one still!
Hope my comment is as long as you may have hoped it to be!
Annie
P.S.: I Love You!!!
P.P.S.: I so wanted to write the above phrase!!š
