Or maybe, you'd be forced to sit with them in class 5,and then you start hating them for making you the centre of all the "Haww she is sitting with a boy" jokes; and then suddenly, after maybe so much of time, you start noticing how their eyes crinkle when they smile, or how perfect their teeth are, or how grecian their nose is, or how they make everybody feel comfortable around them, or how they their eyes sparkle, when they talk of their dogs. But it is not love. Never love. Of course not! Didn't you just call him a stuck-up nerd infront of your friends?
And years later, after being in the same section for about 6 years, you decide you like the idea of their hands on your waist, or that when some random loser comes flirting with you, how they quickly come to your defense, is actually not that bad; you wait eagerly for them to get the signals. And when they finally do, you probably don't even wait for them to say the "My knees are hurting so make it quick, please" dialogue, before saying yes, and crushing himself to you, not letting go. Ahh, first crushes, magical they are.
First crushes indeed. The feeling. It is addictive. That rush of blood when your friends start nudging and whispering, and you are pretty sure that he knows. Then when they lunge at friends, and you start tracing the sinews of their scrawny, thin hands with your eyes. When they grin around impishly, when being told to get themselves out of the class, and you smile back. When they crack a particularly bad joke, and how you feel laughter bubbling up, even though everybody else gives him a "what the f**k??" look. When they lose notebooks, and because your handwritings are similar, you agree to do five pages out of the ten pages of work. When you fight with your best-friend for him. Ah... memories. :)
