[Shakti's POV]
I was clutched in between two pairs of arm, when I entered through the doors of Kunwar's flat. The greet was breath taking as I found his lips chastely on mine.
"Kun..w..ar?" I tried to speak between his quick pecking on my lips.
"Yes" He dragged me to the couch, making me sit over his lap, never leaving my lips.
"The guys are coming over tonight." Kunwar narrowed his eyes breaking the lock.
"Why?" He said that one little wording slowly stretching it out, and in a low tone.
"Oh..umm well...I sort...well you see...this is how it is...well..."
"Spit it out!" Frustration clearly evident in his voice. I knew I was the reason. Before making out my New York trip, I promised to spend my entire day with him, but now I was making him go on nerves by declaring our friends arrival tonight for the farewell party.
"They wanted to celebrate the occasion. They didn't have any place to hold the party so they ended up on your place. I told them you wouldn't like it, but they all promised to behave and they'll be here by 7 o'clock tonight." I said hurriedly, all in one breathe. Kunwar shoved me off his lap and stood up. He looked down at me with hardened brown eyes.
"Good first they are stealing my girlfriend and spoiling my plans and now they want to end up on my place. Sorry, I'm not that generous." He said and went towards the door.
"Pleeeaseee Kunwar. They are friends."
"No"
"I promise...I'll be with you."
I hugged him around the middle and placed a soft kiss on his covered stomach.
"No"
This time his voice lacked the heat that was displayed previously.
"Tomorrow is all yours." I placed an open-mouthed kiss on his chest. A visible terror ran through his body.
"N...No."
Kunwar's resolve was slowly crumbling.
"I'll make it up to you anyway you want me to." I whispered against his neck and dropped a soft kiss there, before attacking his mouth to the pale column and proceeded to suck on it gently.
"You...better believe...ah...you've going to ma...make up to me."
Kunwar had completely given in. with a low growl he tangled his fingers in my hair and brought his lips to crush mine but in middle I chuckled.
He pulled back to look over amusement lingering on my face.
"I said tomorrow is yours, not today." I winked and I bet he murmured something like he'll pay back.
"Uhmm look at the time...I've got to get ready for the party and you're gonna behave." Not expecting an answer to his declaration, I marched towards my house to get ready for tonight.
[Amar's POV]
The doorbell rang and I inceliately went over to answer.
"Hi. Welcome." I greeted the person standing on the door.
"Hey Amar, How is it going? Sorry to disturb your date tonight." Shan entered through the door, chuckling. He was carrying a large bag filled with cans of soft drinks.
"Aah! All thanks to you." I muttered.
I was about to close the door, when the trail of people entered nudging me sideways.
"Hey watch'out guys." I said, caressing my abdomen. I stared at them for a few seconds then sighed exasperatedly.
Their li'l party was on when it clicked 8. What a farewell party! I thought. The person who is getting the farewell is not only present here.
*The doorbell rang*
"Lemme check." Sneha offered, covering her tracks that lead to the main door.
My head straightened up by the next statement she delivered after few seconds. "Hey Shaks, you are looking WOW tonight."
Sometimes I wonder she has a connection with Edward Cullen or a female version of him, because she never fails to catch what's going in my mind. I chuckled on my very own thought.
"Thanks Sneha." Shakti chirped, leading the next moment with a blow in my heart and head, together. My eyes raked up those legs, passed those perfect hips, grazed those shapely curves and landed on a creature that was like nothing I'd ever seen before. Her black satin attire was smoothly and sensitively wrapped over her feminine frame. I was sure that everyone's eyes were on her. I would have looked to see, but my own refused to leave this slightly being. Her fine figure was an eye catcher and her looks were so dreamy.
"Shakti, you're looking s*x-y darling" Archie complimented when she came and sat beside me, but got a glare from me and Alisha. Shakti blushed.
The party was on full mood. The light background was not at all helping me to open my eyes. My head plopped up when I heard Priyanka suggesting "How about if we play a game?"
"Oh yeah!" hollered Archie "Let's play some drinking games."
"Umm..let's not and say we did." said Sneha raising an eyebrow at Archie. Sam quiet wisely moved the can out of Archie's reach.
"How about if we play 'spin the bottle'?" Alisha suggested looking over at Archie. May be her luck would win out and she would be able to receive a kiss against a dare from the man of her dreams.
All around the group were nodding their heads agreeing to the idea.
"I know everybody know the rules but just to be sure enough and avoid cheaters. I'm announcing the rules again," Sneha said skeptically, eyeing Archie and Maccie, who in return gave a good boys' look to her.
"We spin the bottle and whoever the bottle lands on gets to do the dare to answering. And then that person spins the bottle and whoever it lands on, they ask them the question or dare and so on & so forth."
Everybody nodded their heads in consent.
"So everyone's in." Shan asked looking around.
Girls nodded their heads vigorously while boys just grunted their agreement.
"All right then, since I suggested the game, I get to spin first. Oh, and you have to completely honest while answering." Alisha said, holding on to an empty bottle. She waited while everyone got placed in a large circle and then placed the bottle in the middle and gave it a good spin.
The bottle spun several times before stopping, pointing right at Sam.
"Truth or Dare, Sam"
"Truth" Sam wisely chose truth.
"Hmm, Ok let's see." Alisha said tapping her chin. "Well, since this is the first try, I'll give you an easy on. Tell me, where would you have been if you hadn't been approached for the Channel V show?"
Sam thought for a few moments. "If I hadn't been in D3, then I would have pursued my other passion. I would have enrolled for the DJ-ing."
"Oh wow, Sam" Shakti said amazedly.
"I didn't know that." I added.
"Neither did I." murmured Maccie, who was sitting right next to Sam. For some reason, her face took on a reddish tint. She then grabbed the bottle and gave it a good spin. This time the bottle landed on Archie.
"Truth or Dare, Archie"
"Dare" Archie said confidently.
Sam thought about what to dare with him, when her eyes fell on Alisha. By her mischievous grin, I could tell she had an amazing idea.
"Archie, I dare you to stay away from Alisha for a whole day. No hugging, no kissing and definitely no touching until..." She looked over at the clock.
"...9:3o p.m tomorrow."
Archie's expression was crestfallen. He looked like he was about to burst into tears. Alisha looked up at Sam with sharp, hooded eyes when we drown in our hysterical laughter.
Everybody was giggling helplessly, Archie snapped out of his stupor when Bharat gave his shoulder a shake.
"Hmm? Oh yeah."
He grabbed the bottle and gave it a good spin. This time the bottle landed in front of me.
