Yes, you guessed it right. Arnav has never been broad minded and you can call it is as unrealistic thing. When he wants to take revenge, he'll chase the person to hell, hence the indirect blaming. As far as Shayam is concerned, of course he holds him guilty, more than anyone, and since he has died, Khushi is his target.
