Both Arnav and Kashi are cynical why run one down and uphold the other. After this conversation, my belief in the karma theory is strengthened and also Kasi and KH may just be unattainable for Arnav and he may want one more than the other, which one it will be at the end of the 7 days?

Anecdote - When we were younger, my brother found my reading habit rather silly. According to him, it was a waste of time and would thicken the glasses I already wore. My reply to him was similar to what Kashi gave Arnav; there is more reading to do in this world other than a newspaper and India Today (a magazine, he still reads regularly, the only one in fact)

Both chose exactly opposite way to evade from what is eating them from within,didn't they?Though cynic she lives in a world of superstitions,lore and he lives a world with no entry for others...Tender moments,becoming vulnerable to the other...I don't know what I am feeling...something is making me happy and gloomy at the same time...but the teasing brought a huge grin...

Arnav's factual presentation of their life after her father is no more... i am sure she already knows about the consequences... and i am sure her father too knows about it... and that is why arnav is asked to stay... maybe... or maybe not... because she is manglik and no one within their community will marry her... someone like arnav will because his is a non-conformist?

the fine line she crosses when she asks arnav -
