Chapter 5: What's her Pain?
Arnav was in the parking area of the hospital...He wanted to get out of the place, to cool down, to refresh his mind and get her memories out of his mind...
He was leaning with closed eyes on his car when his phone started to ring...
First he wanted to let it ring but then he thought that maybe it was important...
Arnav: Hello...
Anajli: Hello Choote, where are you??
Arnav: Actually Di, I was going back to office...Important meeting...
Anjali: But you just left from here without saying a word...
Arnav: Di..I will be right back after my meeting...Till then you can spend your time with..with Akash...
Anjali: Choote, don't be stupid...you know he has work to do..
Arnav: Me too...
Anajli (now disappointed): Ok if you can't come then its ok..I will sit her all alone...without any company...you go do your work...
Arnav: Ok..Ok I am coming...
With that he cut the call...
Arnav: I hope I don't have to see her face again...

Anjali's room:
Arnav came in Anjali's room...
Anjali: Choote come sit...
Arnav: Di...I will inform all at home so that they can come and...
Anjali: And you can leave, right??
Arnav: No, and they can meet you...he said with a slight smile on his face...
Anjali: Choote how about you ask Khushiji when I can go home, so you don't have to trouble yourself everyday...
Arnav's smile vanished at the mention of Khushi...
Arnav: Ehmm...I...
Anjali: Btw you know I met Khushiji today in the temple she is such a nice and sweet girl but with soo much problems and difficulties...
Arnav looked up at her with questions written all over his face..
Arnav: You know her?? And what problems??
Anjali: Yeah I do know her when I was in the temple I saw her running the stairs up and down and then I accidantly heard her talking to her DM..ehmm and..actually I myself don't know wht exact problemz she has but she strictly said me to not say anyone what I heard and in hurry she even forgot to tell me her name..But she is a sweet girl..I hope her problemz will be soon solved...
There was a knock on the door and both Anjali and Arnav got a chance to change the topic of KHUSHI...But luck...
Anjali: Yes..Come in...
The door opened and Khushi came in...Arnav was shocked to see her...he looked at her from top to toe...Khushi's eyes were wide open to see Arnav again and she quickly looked away from him to Anjali...
Arnav (to himself): Oh no not again...Shit...
Anjali: Khushiji...Come in...Why are you standing there??
Khushi came next to Anjali's bed...
Anjali: You know Khushiji I was just talking about you with Choote, right Choote??
Arnav who was still looking at Khushi just managed to say: Huuh...Yeah Di...
Khushi just ignored Arnav...which didnt went unnoticed by Arnav...she didn't looked at him for a second time...
Khushi: Ehmm...Ms.Anjali I just wanted to ask if you are allright...Do you feel any pain or weakness??
Anjali: No, No I am perfectly fine...
Khushi: Good...
Arnav interrupted with his cold voice: When can I take Di back??
He wasn't even looking at her...
Khushi: I don't know...We will have to look after her more days...she said in the same cold voice and still didn't looked at him...
Before Arnav could say another word Khushi excused herself and went from there...
Anjali: Choote did you notice...Khushiji changed her dress for the 3rd time this morning and its always white colour...
Arnav: Ehmm no I didn't...
Arnav excused himself to call the other Raizada members...

Arnav was informing Nani wht happend and that they should come to the hospital to meet her...He saw her again
She was resting her head against a wall, her hand was on her head and she was massaging it, her eyes closed and tears coming down from her eyes...She didn't let tears come out and quickly wiped them away...After a while she opened her eyes and walked back his Di's room...
Arnav cut the call and walked back to the room but didn't entered the room...
He listened wht they were talking...
Anjali: Oh Khushiji...plz come in...
K: Thank you...Actually I came her to do a check-up...
A: But you where here 5 min ago...Is everything ok?
K: Ehhh...Yes...I...I saw you talking to your brother so I thought to come back later on...
A: Oh...Its ok...I know my brother is a bit rude but believe me he is a very nice person, for his beloved one he can do anything he can go to any extence to make them happy...just sometimes some situations make something out of us which we don't want to be...she sighs
Khushi smiled: I know sometimes situations make something out of us which we never wanted to be...she said in a painful voice...
Before tears could come out of her eyes and Anjali could suspect, Khushi checked her belly, her pulse and her eyes...She lightly massaged her belly to look whether her stomach is fine all the while she was giving her a reassurring smile...
A: Khushiji is everything ok?
K: Yes...she smiled...
A: Khushiji you know that I have polio...and my left foot...are there any problems in my pregnancy?
K: Yes I saw your report and if you will follow my instructions then you won't have any problemz in your pregnancy...Mrs. Jha you don't have to worry about anything...For the Problems I'm there...Trust me I will handle everything...I will make your pregnancy comfortable for you...You just have to enjoy the time...I'm sure your family will pamper you a lot...she said with a cut smile...
A: Thank you so much...you know I was so afraid bcoz its my first pregnancy... But now I can rest...And you are right my family will pamper me a lot...They already do it but know they will double it...she said with a dreamy expression on her face...
Hearing this Khushi lost in her own thoughts:
How does it feel to be loved by so many people at one time? Surely it will feel really nice to be pampered so much...
Her smile was miles away from her face and she didn't noticed when her eyes got teary...
Anjali's sweet laughter brought her back from her thoughts...She saw that Anjali's family had arrived..They all were loving and praising her soo much...They hugged her and kissed her...They were so happy just like a perfect happy family...her husbands was making her complements at which Anjali just blushed...Khushi had a sad smile on her face...
She didn't saw that two eyes were continuously watching her every step, every expression, every word what she said...
It was Arnav he was also thinking:
What is wrong with her??? She got out of Di's room bcoz I was there and came back when I wasn't there...I see she doesn't want to face me and tries to ignore me...No one ever ignored Arnav Singh Raizada...
We will see how long she can continue this...But why does her pain, her tears effect me?? If she cries its good, she is just worth of crying...
And maybe she is just acting and trying to get someones symphatie...
But why I felt like she understood wht it mean that situation can change a person into something which he didn't wanted to be...
what is her history...her secret...her pain???
She slowly went out of the room...She passed by him but didn't looked at him as she was in her own world...
She was walking to her cabin, lost in her own thoughts:
They look so happy...Anjaliji is very lucky to get such a loving and caring family and husband...I wish I also had someone like them...Do I will meet someone like them??...It would be the most beautiful day of my life when Amma, Buaji or Payal would hug me, love me...Who I'm kidding?
This isn't my life...I can't get all this life...And I should accept the reality.
She was about to go to the children ward...when somebody called her...
It was Riddihma and Geet...
R: Khushi where have you been?
K: What do you mean?? I was doing my work what else?
G: You forgot it, right?
K: What did I forget? What are you both talking about?
R: Khushi...we wanted to have our lunch together...you now we waited at the restaurant but you didn't came...
K: Oh...yes...I totally forgot about it...Sorry guys...
G: Anyway you know whom Ridzi met today? she said with a naughty smile
on her face...
K: Whom...she asked with the same naughty smile...
R: Shut up Geet...Khushi you know whom Geet met today?
At this Geet's smile vanished and she started to blush...
K: Whom...she asked again with the naughty smile on her face...
Before Riddihma and Geet could replay...Khushi screamed:
MAYBE IT WAS ARMANN AND MAAN...and run away from there, forgetting all her pain for a moment, with Riddihma and Geet running behind her...
R: Khushi wait till I get you...
G: Yes...Just wait I will not spare you...
K: Try to catch me...she said while showing them her tongue...
She was running and suddenly bumped into someone...
K: Ouch...
She was about to fall back from the force when someone catched her...
K: Oh I'm Sor...but she stopped when she saw who it was...
It was Arnav...
