"I will come and pick you up tomorrow morning'" Arnav confirmed it with Khushi.

He was planning on telling Buaji and everyone else in the family about their contract marriage just as Khushi stopped him.

"I will come with you tomorrow morning'"Khushi replied back without looking in Arnav's eyes.

He very well knew that when Khushi doesn't look at him while talking, it either means that she is lying or something's cooking in her mind. This time the great Arnav Singh Raizada wasn't sure what his wife was up to.

He very well knew that even though his wife would try to use her silly tricks to deny leaving her house, he would either way take her with him. That's what he'd been doing for the past few days, making up excuses to give her no other option but going with him.

But this time, Arnav Singh Raizada was going to lose and that too hard. Something was waiting for him to go through, and he wouldn't be even able to stop that.

If he was Arnav Singh Raizada then she too was Khushi Kumari Gupta Singh Raizada. If he was capable of blackmailing her, then she was not less.

These thoughts played in Khushi's mind while teardrops led their way down her soft cheeks. She wanted to catch a last glimpse of him and so she walked out of her house and before her beloved could make his way through the clustered street, she stood in front of his car.

"What the!" he boiled.

'Sunle Khushi' yeh shayed akhri baar hai 'What the!' sun eke liye'' Khushi smiled.

Arnav was still in his car while Khushi walked up to it. She allowed him to roll the windows down and she stuck her head through causing him to jerk back.

"Khushi what are you doing?" Arnav asked.

But Khushi didn't answer him, she lowered near him and firmly placed her lips on his. She put all her concentration on that one kiss which was her first and last with Arnav Singh Raizada. Arnav's eyes widened at the shock of his wife kissing him in public. Although they were in public, but no one could really tell what Khushi Kumari Gupta Singh Raizada was doing.

While kissing her beloved, a single teardrop fell on his chest and she broke the long, passionate kiss. He looked down at his chest to feel the wetness until he realized it was her teardrop.

'Why is she crying? I didn't kiss her, she herself came to me then why?' he thought.

Before he could make an attempt to ask her, she turned and walked at a steady pace towards her house leaving Arnav in the car with his thoughts spinning around in his head.

Tears of pain fell from her eyes. Pain of leaving him. Pain of leaving Arnav Singh Raizada. Pain of leaving her love.

"You have to control yourself Khushi' this is your decision of going away from him. It's for the best." She convinced herself and bent down a bit to see through the window of her beloved leaving.

Khushi sat on her chair taking out a notepad and a pen. She planned on writing a letter before leaving.

'Arnavji' we met a year ago on June 6 2011. Time passed and we went through many emotions. Although you have always shown hatred for me , but you also cared. People must of thought that this middle class girl Khushi Kumari Gupta had changed the great ASR. They never knew that you weren't always like ASR. Deep down you had some emotions which you only revealed in front of Di. I know we never got along much and we had many misunderstandings, but I still wanted to say this before leaving. I don't know if you ever meant it when you said 'I love you' to me, but I just want to say that yes. I do love you. I love you more than anyone I've ever loved. I've tried hating you but it never worked. Every time you hurt me, rather than hating you, my love for you deepened. I don't know why but it just happened and I couldn't control it. Being your wife, I should have been able to write my own destiny, but looks like you couldn't either' that is why I'm leaving today. You are not at fault' I am. Di would have been happy but because of me she is in depression and so are you.

Take care of yourself, don't eat anything with sugar in it and take your medications on time. Don't stay late in office otherwise Di will be worried, eat proper meals and healthy food. I have told Shuklaji to make less oily foods for you and you will only eat those or homemade foods. These months, Di will be getting many mood swings, she would be crying at one time and laughing the other but you have to deal with it. Control your anger issues' it's only me who could handle it' so be nice to Di and let her eat whatever she wants.

No need to tell anyone the real reason for my leave as they will be hurt. I don't exactly know where I'm going, but very far from Delhi. Just tell them that I didn't want to be in this relationship and that is why I left.

One more thing Arnavji' if you ever loved me a single bit then you won't follow me or try to find me. You will move on in life and enjoy it. You won't become the arrogant ASR again' and you will love your niece or nephew'

I have left all the things given by you in Shaantivan but I am only taking two things with me. One, the mangulsutra you had forcibly put on me, and two, the sindoor which you had smeared in my parting. Although it doesn't mean anything to you, but it does to me. Our contract is finished but I will still consider you as my husband and I will never take these two symbols of our wedding off my body.

Khushi stood up from her chair and folded the letter and securely placed it in an envelope. She went to her cupboard and took out her suitcase. Taking her anarkalis and her Devi Maaiyaan idol' she placed it in her suitcase giving a last glance at her family photo. She had securely placed a picture of Arnav and her picture from the time he had gifted her bangles for the first time. She wanted to keep a memory of him, but she was already taking their symbol of love with her'
