honestly i hate knowing that the update is nearing toward the end

Oh my gosh! He confessed before that he never slept with Natasha. So either they created some MU and made Khushi believe that he had spend their wedding with that B Natasha
I hope he answers her q correctly and tell her the truth.
Clear the MU fast and then work together to find the culprit.
